We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a block from the beach. Communication with the host was clear and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. We loved having plenty of beach and game equipment available, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Highly recommend!

Great place for friends or family

Everything was well stocked, the walking to the beach was not too far and the amount of space was perfect. We loved the fenced in yard for the dog to get some freedom.

Great beach getaway

The property was very clean, well furnished and supplied. Would have been perfect if the weather was not so darn hot! Had a great time though. You won’t be disappointed if you book this cottage.

We travelled to OBX for the first time and brought our dog. The listing was as stated on VRBO and very clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was so nice for our dog. She loved it. The king bed was so comfy! The house was only a block and a half away from the beach. We will be visiting OBX again and plan to revisit this home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was a close walk to the beach. It also had everything we needed for cooking and grilling as well as plenty of beach chairs and toys. Check in was easy too.

Annual OBX Family Vacation

The property was described very accurately and was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. We had plenty of room and entertainment at the house which helped keep our kiddos entertianed. The location was perfect, just past Kitty Hawk, a couple of blocks down from the welcome to Nags Head sign. Plenty of food and entertainment immediately surrounding the house. We would absolutely rent this property again. Alice, Thank you! Your beach house is a gem.

Our stay was amazing. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Host was quick to respond to any questions before or during our stay. This beach house had everything you would ever need. The house was clean and inviting. Would definitely book again when I am in the area!

We had a wonderful stay

The house was exactly as expected. We appreciated the provided starter items that we normally have to go out and buy the first day. The house was in the perfect location for the music festival we were attending at the nearby Ramada. It was great having the option to walk over for the evening events. I personally enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch and painting in the mornings. Thanks for everything!

Thank you for letting my Family and I stay at your beautiful home, we loved it. We come to O.B.X. about 3 to 4 times a year, but it's our first time staying here. So glad we found it online.
