Lumineux et magnifique dernier étage de 1200 pieds carrés, appartement de 3 chambres situé à Jefferson Park, à 9 minutes de l'aéroport international d'O hare et à 18 minutes du centre-ville. Une cuisine entièrement mise à niveau, four à gaz, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, est livré avec toutes les fournitures pour préparer des repas à la maison.
Patio et arrière-cour pour s'asseoir et profiter au soleil ou un barbecue et des boissons le soir.
Le parking se trouve facilement devant le bâtiment. Gratuit et ne nécessite pas de permis.

Comfortable, cool and clean!

Great decor, amenities, spacious and very clean! Within walking distance (6 min) of CTE and in a great Chicago neighborhood! Really enjoyed the unbelievably comfy bed, relaxing living room and huge dining room and kitchen.

Perfect for our family

This property was exactly what we needed. As a family with 4 kids we needed a place that could support us all and this was it! The location was on a great street with easy parking and the decor was nice but all at heights friendly for a 7 month old. If we come back to Chicago we would love staying here again.

Chicago Fall Weekend

We were so pleased with this property! Adrian is a responsive and gracious host. The apartment is spacious, very clean and has all the amenities needed. It was a great location for us while visiting our son in Bucktown just a few minutes away. It was helpful to have free street parking in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this find to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area. We’ll definitely return!

Nice, clean and comfortable

The apartment is just as described, communication is easy with Adrian, the neighborhood is nice and secure, you can get back late at night,. Even tough the apartment is not near downtown, you can find public transportation in a short walk. We would definitely stay at Adrian’s place again.

Great location, extremely well kept place

Our family had a great time exploring Chicago, and after a long day of walking around town, it was nice to come back to this place tucked away in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was extremely well kept - clean, well stocked with everything needed to cook, and high end touches throughout. As an added benefit, there was ample free parking on the street out front, and it was a quick walk to the Jefferson Park 'L' station; be sure to stop by Westons Coffee & Tap to grab a drink (across the street from the station).

This property was perfect for us. The right location. The property manager was excellent. The place was clean and inviting. Had everything we needed and more. The extra touches were appreciated….plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies. Appliances were top notch and everything worked. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Spacious, clean, convenient

Great location, convenient to OHare. Quiet despite being close to the highway. Free parking out front. Modern kitchen, comfy new furniture, and nice little extras provided. Our A/C went out one evening (it was a cool night thankfully) and the owner showed up in 15 minutes to fix it.

Wonderful stay!

What a very nice place to stay! Having three bedrooms was fantastic. Very clean and many thoughtful little amenities. Was so very nice coming "home" after a long day of sight seeing and being able to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. Short trip to a local grocery and Joe's Pizza. Thank you Adrian! It was such a pleasure meeting you and thank you for such a great experience. Will recommend for business and leisure.

Positive experience.

Our stay in Adrian’s apartment was perfect and very clean. I cannot say anything negative. Neighborhood is walkable and safe. Lots of restaurants, stores to pick up any necessities. Cool Old Modern Brick Apartment

It was everything Adrian shows and more. Very clean, spacious and solid remodeled brick upper apartment. We stayed on a warm humid weekend and the apartment was a cool quiet respite at the end of our days of sightseeing. It is located within easy walking distance of the train from O’Hare and to downtown. We parked our vehicle in front and dropped off our luggage and didn’t have to drive the entire time. We’ll be back and thank you Adrian!

Beautiful place in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at Adrian's place! It's just like the pictures and then some! It's tastefully decorated, very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The cabinets were well stocked with everything you need including coffee and filters! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was really nice with a deep tub, hot water and good water pressure! Since we were here for the Chicago Marathon it is worth noting that it's a bit of a walk to the Jefferson Station and a longer than expected train ride to downtown. If you have a car this place would be great for you since it is on a dead end street with plenty of free parking (and it's SAFE)! I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable stay that doesn't mind commuting. Also, there's a GREAT Italian restaurant several blocks away called Joe's!

Bummer

I found the owner very unpleasant to deal with. We are four adults who race sailboats and we have rented through VRBO many times as we race around the country. This was the only owner I haven't liked and who was openly unpleasant. The floor in the one bathroom was perpetually flooded by a leaking shower. Otherwise the place was fine. But we would never return here--which is probably fine with him, too. (Final note: Be careful not to set a pizza box on the dining room table as this owner will come to the conclusion that it burned his table and charge you an extra fee. Funny how this never happens on my dining room table at home, which is a hell of a lot nicer.)

Everything was fine until I filed a claim with Vrbo customer service about the dining table. Probably if you check in at my place and find the dining table the way you left it, I think, you will leave me one of the worst reviews. "The fee", that I charged you, I paid for fixing the table, pictures, and receipt sent to Vrbo customer service, which I think they emailed to you. Even after the professional fixed the table the spot still sees it little bit. I didn't buy used furniture. All the furniture I bought them brand new and the unit was completely rehabbed when I started doing this. Anyway, all the previous reviews talk... I'm fine and respect your future decision. Thank you for choosing to stay at my place. God bless you! Final Note: (If you have a plastic or metal dining table, you are right, nothing happens... ...o, I forgot or a real solid wood one, sorry I can't afford the last one.

Great kitchen/dining room

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment. It is convenient to the Kennedy, a short walk to the Blue Line and not far from a grocery store. The unit is clean and appears to be recently updated with a fully appointed kitchen and large dining area. It was everything advertised and a very convenient and comfortable place for us to prepare and serve a Thanksgiving dinner for six adults. The owner/host could not have been more responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

We had great stay and will encourage other family members to stay here as well. Very clean and updated. Away from the city but still very close. We did a family members stay to watch the football game at northwestern. It was only 10 miles away. I highly encourage anyone needing to visit the area to stay here. Plenty of restaurants close by.
