Hello Cynthia, I am sorry to hear that our condo was not to your standards. There were 6 towels and 6 wash cloths provided for your stay. There were also 4 pool towels on the bottom shelf of the cabinet in the master bathroom. I am sorry you were not able to locate them. Please call or text next time so that we can direct you to the pool towels. We do provide a fully stocked kitchen with 16 plates, cutlery sets, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups and cooking utensils, but we do not provide paper plates or cups. I do apologize, but that is something that guests are required to provide if they wish to use disposables. We do appreciate any and all feedback as we strive to make each guest happy and comfortable during their stay. If you choose to stay with us again, I would be happy to bring more towels if asked. Hello Marion, I do apologize that you had a bad experience but we've tried everything to accommodate you and make your stay as best we could. Weeks before you arrived you asked me to waive fees and asked if you could clean yourself, as I wish I could allow that for all of our guests, I cannot because I still go through and clean EVERYTHING after everyone's stay, from sanitizing door knobs, light switches and even the base boards plus the standard cleaning I do. Thank you for cleaning but we still had to go through and clean everything again after your stay, it's our policy to ensure every guest gets the condo VERY sanitary. When you called me and demanded more cooking utensils, I personally went out and spent $119 on utensils of YOUR liking. You also called me and said you don't have hot water and the heat didn't work in the unit, but when I arrived at the property and let the hot water run it got WARM not HOT within 5 minutes and your husband said "Well that's the warmest it's gotten." Then when I switched on the heat, the condo warmed up extremely fast...funny how things started working when I arrived. As for the water not getting hot, you are correct, so we gave you a partial refund. The plumbers did mention that it was very hard to get any work done as you stood over them the entire time telling them how to do their job. I understand that you were "offended" that I wouldn't give out codes weeks before your arrival, but that is a safety precaution for our other guests. The reason is, in the past we have had people show up and make themselves at home before their scheduled time. I know you feel we should trust everyone with these things (as you mentioned to me) but it's our job to ensure safety to all of our guests. We truly did try to make your stay the best we could, but everyday we received texts about things you didn't approve of, such as "the pool lighting wasn't bright enough" (out of our control) and asking us things such as coming over to show you how to slide the light dimmer. We don't mind doing these things but we ask that you please be kind and not ask for refunds for the slightest things that are out of our control. I wish we could have made your stay more pleasant.
