The pictures did not show how spacious and close to pool and beach 107 was . It was well decorated and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again . Elevator goes right to room from parking garage which was great for luggage and groceries.

As someone else mentioned the pictures do not do it justice. It is very roomy and the two bedrooms are nicely separated from the main suite. You actually feel like you’re in a different apartment. The decor, though not brand new, was very classic coastal. I don’t know when it was built but has held up through time and definitely does not look dated. Very tastefully done. The kitchen area was also nice and roomy.

The place was as advertised, but the check-in was terrible. They gave us the wrong fob and after driving seven hours being tired and hungry we couldn’t get into our place. They did send somebody with the right fob, but standing outside waiting in the heat wasn’t pleasant. Also, from a communication standpoint every time I sent a message on Vrbo, it didn’t seem to be read. There were things that needed to be fixed in the condo which is the last message I sent them through Vrbo, but there is no acknowledgment of it. It was very close to the beach and the pool was very clean and not crowded. I would stay there again, but would probably call and talk to them because they communicate over the phone just not through Vrbo.

Even with less than desirable weather conditions for our Spring Break trip, we were still able to have a fabulous vacation due to the spacious accommodations and walking proximity to other attractions. Tybee Island is a little slice of heaven and we loved being able to walk to most places, including restaurants, playgrounds & parks, ice cream shops and shopping. The elevator that opens directly into the unit made the trip with our disabled daughter feel easy and care free and the beach access made sure we never had to sweat. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed our visit, the property was clean and a great size for a 8 person girl trip. My only complaint is we couldn’t get the master tv to work. I sent a message and never got a response.

Stellar Location and Super Clean

This condo was so charming and right on the beach. Very spacious and very clean. The parking was extremely safe and within a few steps to the elevator.

We were a little surprised that the elevator opened up right into the room. After staying for a couple days, we really realized the convenience of that. The unit was clean and in a good location. The pictures make your view appear that you can see the water better than you actually can, but all in all the porch was relaxing. Our biggest gripe was that there wasn’t many ‘extra’ items to be had. The tub on the porch that is meant to be filled with beach toys, was filled with rusty chairs (mostly broken). There wasn’t a game to be had in the unit for the rainy days we experienced. And although there are a plethora of restaurants around, there was a day where we wanted to stay in and cook. They have most of what you need, but it’s all the basics (didn’t have a muffin tin). Overall 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Tybee Beach Location!

Pictures only capture a glimpse of the condo. Very clean and certainly puts you in a vacation mood! Elevator is a plus, especially since my 77 year-old mother was with us.

Family spring break

The location was perfect. More than enough room for our family of four. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The property over all is extremely well maintained. The location is perfectly situated to explore the island and surroundings. It exceeded our expectations.

Great location beachfront

Loved how quick and easy it was to get to beach. Rode bikes to sightseeing locations, restaurants and parks. Wish the condo pool was heated because definitely too cold to swim in in April.

Great location! Love the layout! Perfect for our family gathering! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t get the door key pad to work. We could only leave the unit secured using the elevator entrance.

Perfect place right next to the beach. Check in is smooth. Love the elevator that opens right to the condo. Beach is perfect. Not super crowded. We had a great time. Would def come back again!

Great place to stay

My family and I had a great visit to Tybee Island. The condo gave us enough room to spread out after being confined to two rooms for the first part of our vacation. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars was because there were a bunch of rusted paint cans, other flammable items and faulty wiring in the closet where the AC and heater was. Should probably be looked at..

Wonderful Vaca!!

The property was as described. The only issue was the beach chair and items need an update. We brought our own so it was not an issue for us. Otherwise, the condo was good for our family of 8.

July Getaway

A little hard to find the office along the highway, otherwise everything went smoothly. Kitchen was well equipped. Refrigerator door a little tough to close for younger children.
