1. GENERAL:
Renter is responsible for the conduct of guests and their adherence to the rules and regulations at all times.
2. CONDUCT:
(a) The activities and conduct of Renter and Renterâs guests on the grounds, landscaped areas and parking areas must be reasonable at all times and not be annoying or disturbing to other persons, whether on the property or on neighboring properties.
3. CLEANLINESS AND TRASH:
(a) Renter agrees to keep the Premises clean and sanitary.
(b) Renter and guests shall not deposit or permit litter on the property. Trash must be deposited in the appropriate container(s).
4. USE OF BALCONIES, CELLAR AND GARAGE:
(a) The porch and balcony railings may not be used for sitting.
(b) The cellar and garage are for Ownerâs use only and may not be used by Renter for storage or other purposes.
5. SAFETY:
(a) Renter must always close and lock all entrances to the property upon departure.
(b) If Renter misplaces, loses or is otherwise without a key supplied to Renter by Owner, Renter agrees to pay Owner a fee of $25.00 for a new key. Renter will not copy keys to the Premises or lend keys to others.
(c) Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
(d) Firearms are not permitted on the Premises.
(e) All appliances must be turned off before leaving the Premises.
(f) Renter shall protect his/her belongings. Owner is not responsible for loss or damage to Renterâs property.
Spacious, comfortable cabin a couple of miles from the beach. Spent an idyllic few days here and would love to to go back again. The owner was very helpful and got the cabin ready for us with less than 24hrs notice.
If you're planning on spending time at the beach it's worth taking bikes, otherwise it's quite a long walk or you'd need to drive. But traffic is minimal and the speed limit is adhered to. My four children aged 8-13 had the time of their lives freely cycling everywhere because it's such a safe environment. They felt like the Goonies.
