Cette unité peut accueillir 6 merveilleuse avec un lit king size dans le maître, une reine dans la roue de secours, et un canapé-lit. Avec beaucoup de fonctionnalités comme une télévision à écran plat, wifi, des comptoirs en tuiles sommets et bar, cuisine bien équipée, de belles portes coulissantes donnant sur la plage et accès au balcon avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique. Ce condo crie le meilleur de la vie de plage! (Dont la Grande-côté de la plage de la pêche et de côté de la baie!)

Lei Lani Condominiums possède 2 bâtiments (côté plage et côté de la baie), et cet appareil est situé sur le côté de la plage. Les installations comprennent une courte promenade à la plage, un barbecue avec une table de gazebo et pique-nique, une piscine intérieure chauffée et 2 piscines extérieures (un côté de la baie et un côté de la plage), 2 courts de tennis, jeu de palets, et de la sécurité sur place.

A quelques minutes de Publix, grande salle à manger, Gulf Shores State Park, Perdido Key Area, Marina de Zeke, Cobalt au Point et la Flora-Bama club. Si vous êtes à la recherche pour des vacances Golfe avec de supers équipements et un environnement décontracté vous ne pouvez pas obtenir un meilleur taux ou le lieu puis Lei Lani 403!

Nice place & location - poor communication

The property was very nice and right on the beach. Beds were comfortable. It was a nice condo. Communication was good until we got there. Ice maker did not work, no ice trays and owner/manager never responded. Reported damage in the condo but no acknowledgement from owner/manager. We paid our parking fee but never received a parking pass. Lights were burned out. No one would be able to sleep on the sofa sleeper as the refrigerator is extremely loud. Would stay at this location again just wish communication once we got there would have been better.

Perfect location

I was very impressed with the condo. We actually did see dolphins swimming by. We were right on the beach. It was our first time, we will be back and hopefully stay in this condo again.

Great time!

We had the best vacation! We got to see dolphins most of the week from the balcony! Everything was great and exactly as described. We had no issues with the property other than the parking lot. We would definitely rent here again!

Would stay again!

We enjoyed staying in this unit and will be returning again. The only issue we had was with parking but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Parking is scarce in the afternoon. Beach side parking lot isn't big enough for everyone and you will sometimes have to park across the street and walk over. There is a walkway and light for you to walk across the street. Location is fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very nice and had good communication as well.

Positives: The location was great The view was phenomenal The condo was clean The beds were super comfy The shower had great pressure The cons: The elevators were very sketchy, one was basically broke down at all times. You have to pay $50 cash parking for each car and your allowed 2 cars minimum. They make you pay cash only and aren’t there on the weekends, and tag your car if no pass. Also if you go out past 9pm you will have zero parking in the lot. There is 7 floors with 7 units on each floor, that’s 98 cars allowed with maybe 45 spots out front and an overflow parking across the street with maybe 20 more!! NOT enough parking, and the parking I feel should be included in the fees. The pool on bayside could use some updating as chunks are missing on outer edge. The man who takes care of maintenance is not friendly at all, and very hard to talk to. Overall good experience, would rent else where if we were to go back to gulf shores!

Absolutely perfect!

I have NEVER been more impressed with a vrbo in my life. Ease of access, private parking (well lit at night), carts for getting luggage up to the room, the code worked every time. Getting into the room it was spotless. Very, VERY clean. No dirt or sand or dust anywhere. The pictures do not do it justice. This was place was very spacious and surprisingly quiet!! The exterior windows appear to be burglar/shatter resistant that put me at ease with two small kids. The very large balcony overlooks the entire beach of white sands! We saw several dolphins (bring binoculars!) from our balcony. The beach is well maintained and very clean. The kids loved the night time crab hunts. The private use boardwalk has a station to wash off before going upstairs. Both pools were clean and not too strong of chlorine. There isn't enough good to say about this specific condo rental. 10/10. Will absolutely make this trip again! Very well priced for how amazing of an experience we had!

Beach and location great - condo complex not so much

Condo was somewhat worn down. Cracked tile and warped floor on balcony. Cracked tile in kitchen. Carpets were loose and worn. Parking fee went from $30 to $50 September 1st. Not communicated. Umbrella and chairs cost $40 a day! Barely saw the property manager. Office was closed a lot!

Great views!!

This condo had everything we needed and it felt like home. It also had a beautiful view from the 4th floor and we appreciated the type of furniture on the balcony. We only had 1 small complaint. We had a difficult time opening the balcony doors. The door doesn’t have a standard handle it’s just a plate and for older people with weakening hands it was a bit difficult. Just an FYI the cost of parking went up the day before we arrived and it is now $50 for the week.

Great Condo

Our stay was very nice. A short walk to the beach, seen dolphins, gathered shells, the chair rental group were super, almost witnessed turtle eggs hatching. The unit was perfect in size and very comfortable. Great location. Just a note, we purchased and replaced the AC filter beings it was very dirty.

Great Trip

Great beach condo! The location is fantastic and the view is amazing!! Very comfortable for my little family. The owner was great to work with and immediately answered all questions that I had. Will definitely stay at this condo the next time we travel to orange beach!

Fantastic location for a family get away

This condo was perfect for our family’s first beach vacation. We ate out 4 nights and in the condo for 3, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. All of us absolutely loved the location and the view. We have four children (2 are teens) and we all were able to be comfortable in the condo, however, we were out on the beach most of the time we were there! The sand is powder soft and the sandbar creates a perfect play area for kids and teens. Because it’s a smaller complex the beaches aren’t overly crowded. One thing I would mention, if you purchase your own tent shade, like we did, you are required to set it up off the Leilani property. We weren’t expecting this, but it wasn’t that big of a deal because there is an empty lot directly next to our building. (we purchased a sun ninja, and were very pleased with it!) Also, there is an umbrella company that sets up umbrellas for rent, filling the beachfront area starting at around 7 AM so if you have an umbrella and want to get a good spot, you have to be out there early to claim it. The balcony views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed several spectacular sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed spotting dolphins nearly every day both from our balcony, and while we were out swimming! The kids loved going out at night looking for crabs along the water, and we got to enjoy a super moon while we were there. We hope to return and would happily rent this unit again!

It was nice. The beach is great. Nice view. Lei Lani is older and starting to show it. Elevators soooo hot and jerky. Outdoor pool not that great. The condo was nice though. Lynn was great to work with.

Condo was perfect for my family. Beach view was amazing and we did actually get to see dolphins our last night on the beach! Pool was never crowded and beach wasn’t too bad either. Parking was a little scarce later in the evenings but there is parking across the street-just not as convenient. Would still highly recommend!

Family vacation

This was our second time staying in this condo and it did not disappoint. Plenty of linens, dishes. Easy access to the beach and wonderful views from the condo. Beach is not overly crowded and plenty of restaurants near by. Perfect condo for the 4 of us.

Loved the Lei Lani facility. The perfect location to the distance to the beach. Just wish we received the up to date info on the available beach rentals. It was a different company than the info provided and the prices were double. Other than that it was a great get away location.

Right on the beach and very clean

Simply amazing balcony and beach access. Immaculately clean home. Just wonderful . We tried to help keep it that way. A mop bucket would be good to go with the mop. Didn’t notice one. In any case , we enjoyed our stay immensely. My teen kiddos also spent a lot of time at the indoor and outdoor pools. Really convenient easy walking to both pools and the beach. Not a fan of the chair service hogging all the available beach space in front of the condos and quite a ways on either side. We saw an officer taking photos and giving them a talking to. Maybe they are supposed to leave more gaps ? Who knows. However, being so close , we often managed to go down very very early with our stuff and find a spot. They already do say they don’t provide much but it’s hard to remember everything you might need to bring . Here’s a bit of a list : shampoo, extra tp and pt and detergent. A scrubbing sponge and extra trash bags. No sandwhich baggies or tinfoil or seasonings are available either . Not even salt and pepper. No coffee. No consumables generally but many appliances and pots and pans.

Shortened Trip

My wife and daughter and I all tested positive for Covid 2 days after arriving. We decided to go home to avoid becoming more ill while there. Jean and Lynn were wonderful about our situation and refunded a portion of our expenses for our booking even though they didn't have to. The condo is very nice and a perfect place on the beach. We will definitely stay with them again when we return to Orange Beach. I would highly recommend anyone looking at Orange Beach to book with them because they are honest people who do the right thing when no one is watching. Tim Bland

Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Love that the beach was not as crowded as where we stayed last year. The only thing that would of been better was if we would of had a view of the gulf from the pool. Also would of been nice if more restaurants were closer. But our over all stay wss great.
