Vous voulez être proche de tout, mais vous vous sentez toujours isolé avec des vues magnifiques? Alors Golf Vista est fait pour vous! Ce condo spacieux est situé juste en face du parcours de golf de Gatlinburg, où vous apprécierez la vue calme et sereine du parcours avec les Great Smoky Mountains en arrière-plan. Regardez de l'autre côté pour voir le centre-ville de Pigeon Forge. Ce condo est proche de Dollywood où vous pouvez voir les feux d'artifice pendant l'été.

Golf Vista est situé à 800 mètres de la promenade. Vous pouvez vous promener dans les magasins et les restaurants, ou prendre le tramway de l'autre côt�� de la rue et traverser Pigeon Forge ou même aller à Gatlinburg. Il y a beaucoup à faire, de la gastronomie ou des repas décontractés uniques au golf miniature, en passant par des charrettes à roulettes ou du shopping en passant par les sentiers de randonnée.

Notre condo comprend une chambre principale avec accès à un balcon et un jacuzzi privé dans la chambre. Salle de bain principale privée comprend une grande douche et deux lavabos. La chambre principale est équipée d'une télévision par câble à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre dispose également d'un lit queen et est décorée avec goût sur le thème du golf. Il est également équipé d'une télévision par câble à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD. Le salon comprend un canapé-lit queen avec un nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire sur un canapé sectionnel confortable, une grande télévision par câble à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et une cheminée à gaz pour les nuits d'hiver fraîches. La salle à manger est dans une magnifique alcôve ronde avec beaucoup de fenêtres. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend toutes les commodités de la maison et un bar arrondi avec des sièges supplémentaires. Salle de lavage avec grande laveuse et sécheuse.

The Golf Vista 141 is a very nice unit and is has a very convenient location for everything in the area. We were there during a very slow period and definitely between seasons, this is what made the stay odd for us. There are only 14 units at the location which makes it very nice and definitely less crowded than other stays we have had. It was unusual to feel like we were the only guests there for 2 of the 4 nights of our stay. The unit itself is very nice and has plenty of room for 4-6 guests. We did have some issues that we addressed with the owners (who definitely & graciously asked if they could come and do a thorough inspection and cleaning…. However we took that job on ourselves to clean the unit…. The lack of just simple cleaning & dusting of the unit is what caused a less than 5 star rating. The counters were definitely not wiped down recently, the shower door was not wiped down recently, the jacuzzi tub had definitely not been wiped down recently and mold was very visible, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had not been cleaned off in quite some time. It was not a bad stay at all but not the best either.

We always want our guests to feel comfortable reaching out so we can resolve any issues right away. After checkout, we inspected the unit and addressed the areas mentioned. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we have since made changes with our cleaning team to ensure our standards are consistently met moving forward. We loved every thing about the stay, however the outside was not lit up at all and should be improved, the use of motion sensors would help to save money.

Thanks for staying with us. The complex’s outdoor lights stay on from dusk until dawn. Unfortunately, the breaker tripped during your stay but was fixed the next morning as soon as we were made aware.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay over the Fourth of July. We were able to see fireworks from the dining area windows. We could also see the fireworks from Dollywood each night.

Awsome stay

This property is unique in its own way, the condo inside was great and updated. A great little pizza place a convenient store a walk way, trolley stop right in front to get you straight to dollywood. It over looks the golf course and great mountain view.

This is a great place to stay for a family. I would’ve gave it five stars but the bed my son slept in he said was hard as a rock and hurt his back. Sorry. It’s in a perfect location to get in and out of town.

Fantastic Place!

I took my mommy on our annual Girls Trip and we stayed in this property. It was FANTASTIC! Spacious, convenient, clean, and welcoming! It is a great location central to all Pigeon Forge has to offer and still fairly close to Gatlinburg! We especially loved the dining area windows and listening to the Dollywood train whistle during the day! It was an awesome getaway! Highly recommend!

Great spot for a family vacation.

Our second time staying at the Golf Vista complex. It is a great location. Trolley stop is just across the street. The unit is very spacious. It could have been cleaner, and a little better stocked. Plan to take trash bags, tissues, paper products etc. Also, the kitchen worked out ok, but it is limited, so if you are planning to cook a lot, you may want to bring some of our own pans/utensils. Overall, it was a comfy place, great view of the golf course (and Dolleywood fireworks).

Great Stay Except for the Noise

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. No trouble getting in or making ourselves at home. The only thing we didn't like was the noise. The condo sits on a not-particularly-busy road, but holy cow was it loud. Every car driving by sounded like it was right next to you. Made for a rough time sleeping sometimes. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Don't look too closely.

The unit needs extensive paint and a deep cleaning and minor structural attention. The building is in desperate need of a power wash, Detail cleaning, cobwebs the elevator is filthy. The dumpster area is being used as a dumping ground, old furniture and garbage are scattered around the dumpster. The fountain (golfer) is in terrible repair.

Unfortunately, some passerby had illegally left furniture and trash near the dumpster just prior to your stay. The city was notified right away, and it was promptly removed. The fountain with the golfer statue is actually located next to our property and is not managed by our team, but we understand how it can appear connected — it has since been cleaned up as well.
