Venez profiter de l'intimité et de la détente dans notre luxueux appartement de 1 ch, 1 salle de bain récemment rénové et prêt pour votre prochain séjour.

Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons du club de comté de Del Paso, à 8 miles du centre-ville de Sacramento et à moins de 10 miles de la capitale - nous sommes également à seulement 1 mile de la I-80 et à 5 miles de l'autoroute 50, ce qui permet de nous rejoindre facilement et aller partout où vos voyages vous mènent dans la région du Grand Sacramento.

Que vous vous réunissiez avec des amis ou que vous cherchiez l'endroit idéal pour vous reposer en famille, vous aurez une intimité totale avec votre propre entrée. Une fois à l'intérieur, vous profiterez d'un espace spacieux et calme avec de très hauts plafonds dans le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Vous trouverez beaucoup de repos sur le matelas queen super confortable dans la chambre, le futon pleine grandeur dans le salon ou le pouf pliant en mousse à mémoire de forme double. Clean, comfortable cottage with friendly hosts!

Clean, well-stocked cottage in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of groceries and other shops. Great for a couple's getaway. Nice, friendly hosts. Would stay here again!

Great overnight getaway!

The hubby and I needed to somewhere to stay since we had a late concert. The property is stunning and the space was large and clean and well stocked! It was a perfect getaway spot for the two of us!

Great stay!

Great location for our jam packed weekend in the Sacramento area. Hosts were very welcoming. Arrived to a nice Anniversary card and ground home-dried coffee beans. Would definitely recommend!

Sister time

We were in Sacramento to visit some friends and take care of some family business. This was perfect for us -- nearby to anything we needed. Clean, comfortable and wonderfully quiet! Good hosts. Loved the cork oaks.

This rental checks all the boxes! Safe neighborhood, easy access, responsive owners, super clean, plenty of towels and hot water, and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Mountain View VRBO in Sacramento. Neighborhood is pleasant, walkable and feels safe. Property is gated, quiet and secure. The owners are very nice and accommodating to all our needs. Property had everything we needed including freshly ground coffee! Great location for us. We’ll definitely stay here whenever we visit Sacramento.

Fantastic Hideaway

This was a great stay! Super private. Safe neighborhood. Hosts were amazingly helpful and great to communicate with. Location was easy to get in and out of to main roads. Super spacious. Appliances and amenities all worked great!

Comfortable Oasis

I had an amazing 4 night/3 day stay at this in-law unit in Sacramento! The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe with the gated property. The unit itself was perfect—fully stocked with everything you could need, making it feel like a home away from home. The WiFi was strong and fast, which made working remotely a breeze. With several grocery stores just a 3-minute drive away, it was super convenient to pick up anything I needed. The hosts were very responsive and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Sacramento!

Excellent location in Quiet neighborhood

We stayed for 4 days and nights and could not have asked for a better location. The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to stores, restaurants and anything else you might need. It was also easy to find. The hosts were great. It was an easy check-in and they checked in to make sure everything was alright after we had been there awhile. The house was just as described, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for us. If we have to go to Sacramento again we will definitely check to see if this location is available.

Love this place!

We love this place! We have stayed here before and will come back again anytime we need a place to stay in the Sacramento area. The place is always spotless, the owners are communicative and have the place set up very thoughtfully. I love the neighborhood and feel great about getting to park my car behind a locked gate. They have games and a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space and comfortable beds for a family of 5. Thanks again! We will be back!

Comfortable and spacious apartment

We enjoyed our two-week stay in this wonderful apartment. It is very spacious and it has several comfortable recliner chairs, perfect for reading or watching TV. The kitchen is well-appointed and contains everything you will need for cooking, including a large array of spices. The neighborhood is pleasant and we enjoyed daily walks. Kristin and Peter are welcoming and attentive hosts and they made sure that everything went smoothly.

Our second stay in this great apartment

We had enjoyed our first stay in this apartment so we returned for a one-month stay. The unit is very comfortable and has everything you would need. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, and we enjoyed frequent walks. Kristin and Peter are superb hosts. The water heater went out during our stay and they had it replaced before the end of the afternoon. That’s great service!

Great place to stay

We really liked this home. Our hosts were attentive and welcoming. There were an abundance of cooking supplies and full size kitchen. The washer and dryer were excellent and put to use after a week of traveling. There isn’t anything you would need to add except groceries! What a great place and so easy to find. We would stay here again. The bedroom TV was only issue we couldn’t resolve and didn’t bother Kristin about. Thank you for the great stay!!

Mountain View Retreat

From beginning to end, the communication with the owner was excellent. The accommodation is very private and in a lovely neighborhood. I was recovering from a hip replacement. I had plenty of room to walk around the property. The apartment was very comfortable. The owner provided cooking oil, spices, and the basics for cooking. We felt we had everything we needed.

We enjoy gardening, board games, hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors.

We are centrally located, close to shopping, professional sports events, hiking, biking, and dining. It is a quiet, separate unit on the back side of our detached garage, in a nice quiet neighborhood on 1 acre.
