Ce condo de Gulf Front, 4 chambres a été rénové avec de nouveaux planchers de tuiles partout, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une salle de bain principale mise à jour. À côté de magnifiques volets blancs de plantation, de nouvelles peintures partout et des téléviseurs à écran plat avec de nouveaux meubles et de la literie. Venez, détendez-vous et profitez de la vue imprenable sur les plages de sable blanc et les eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Lorsque vous vous tournez du foyer vers le hall menant à la grande salle, votre vue est simplement les eaux du golfe! La villa B402 a un grand plan d'étage ouvert englobant la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger. Ces chambres s'ouvrent sur un grand balcon avec des sièges. Perfect vacation

My family and I spent a week in this beautiful property! Lovely balcony with amazing views of the pool and the gulf, with enough living space to comfortably accommodate 7 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and we all had a fabulous time. You won’t be disappointed with this place! Thank you for everything and we will be back!

Family 30A Trip

Great condo, in a great location, you can walk, or it’s a very short drive to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Awesome view from the balcony, and the kitchen is well equipped. We are thinking about renting the place again next year.

Exceptional property Beautiful beach

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, stylish, perfect location, great amenities and wonderful management team. Beaches and pool in property were clean and managed very well. The only slight negative was that beach chair rentals were packed together tightly as the property management transported guests from other properties to this properties beach access, but the beach is why we are all here so this is somewhat expected. We will be back!

The restricted beach area is a major concern. This specific unit decor, clean and readiness was fantastic. The initial entry into the property was a significant issue, as there is NO security guards up front for in-person help. I would recommend this property ONLY during non-peak times OR if someone did not need use the beach area.

Location and Amenities can't be beat!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were impressed with the size and location of this property. As a repeat renter in this area, I was also pleased with the communication from the management company and the general condition of the property. We stayed near the end of the season and the refrigerator is about to go out. We almost lost all the food we bought because it doesn't work well when you fill it with groceries. The place was tidy however, the tables and ceiling fans were dusty. All in all, as rentals go, this was a good one. The management company was accessible for our needs. The bikes were in great condition. The beach was minutes away. There was a closet full of beach chairs and toys! Wow! That's a surprise bonus. We rented chairs but it would be very easy to stay at this location and be on the beach early with beach chairs. The bedrooms were spacious. We would happily stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great Girls Getaway

Our trip was great from beginning to end! The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful gulf views. The property management company was very responsive when we contacted them making sure we had everything we needed and I love their app! Probably should give a little more instructions on initial access to the gated community but the security officer was very helpful. Loved that we had access to games and puzzles too. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location - walked ever,y where if we didn't want to bike. Bikes seemed relatively new. We were on the fourth floor and loved the view of the pool and ocean.

The only downside was that the company changed the door code at 9:30 and checkout wasn’t until 10. It was frustrating to deal with while we were packing up and trying to load up the car. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.
