Lorsque vous vous tournez du foyer vers le hall menant à la grande salle, votre vue est simplement les eaux du golfe! This condo is beautiful and the location is great. We stayed here with our 2 toddlers and 2 sets of grandparents (8 total) in mid-May of 2026.Pros- beautiful and spacious- stocked kitchen-beautiful views and directly on the beach- beautiful property, the pool and outdoor restrooms- minimal sharing of elevators so we didn’t have to wait for one- spacious patio great- the ocean itself was amazing: comfortable temp, crystal clear, soft sand- walkable to gift shop and ice creamCons- dining and living room rugs were gross. Left my crawling child’s pajamas visibly dirty- 90% of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty so we ended up buying paper plates. The dishwasher seems to leave crumby residue on everything (needs servicing)- every time we used the oven, the smoke alarm would go off. I think the oven needs cleaning or replacement- pans for cooking need to be replaced- unclear instructions on entering the property with the fob. You need to be wearing the rubber bracelets if walking and bring the key fob when entering the main gates with vehicle or security guards will question youOverall, we would stay here again if the dishwasher and rugs get a deep clean! This is definitely a nit-picky review but these are the types of details I look for when booking for my family.Also, we paid for LDV chair rentals but there is a space of private beach in front of the building where you can go down early and set up your own chairs.

Condo was lovely. Very clean and well stocked. Nice touches like provided toiletries and beach towels. Location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to many shopping and restaurants. We were only a group of four but the condo could easily fit eight people comfortably. Rental agency was very responsive. The only complaint is the instructions to get in after security hours were a little confusing and the gate fob wouldn’t work one evening. Not a big deal.

We had a great time! The beach condo was beautiful and in impeccable condition. It was clean and very comfortable. The extra shower towels and pool towels were a plus also! Royal Destinations was extremely easy to work with and responsive to anything we needed. I began getting welcome messages two weeks before our stay with information we would need so we were well prepared for what to expect. The views of the pool and beach were incredible! Great location just steps to the pool and beach and also closer than expected to surrounding shops. It was our first time in Rosemary beach and it won’t be our last due to our enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Great condo, in a great location, you can walk, or it’s a very short drive to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Awesome view from the balcony, and the kitchen is well equipped. We are thinking about renting the place again next year.

Perfect vacation

My family and I spent a week in this beautiful property! Lovely balcony with amazing views of the pool and the gulf, with enough living space to comfortably accommodate 7 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and we all had a fabulous time. You won’t be disappointed with this place! Thank you for everything and we will be back!

The condo comfortably sleeps 10, the kitchen is well stocked, and the location is great! Not to mention the gorgeous views! The community pool is heated in the winter months and the patio is perfect for watching the winter sunsets over the water. Wonderful location - walked ever,y where if we didn't want to bike. Bikes seemed relatively new. We were on the fourth floor and loved the view of the pool and ocean.

This 4th floor unit is professionally decorated and had a lovely of the gulf and the pool. The Villas at Sunset beach are conveniently located near Rosemary and Alys Beach. The gated neighborhood and private beach make it a nice, quiet place. We hope you come back and stay with us again soon!

Beautiful condo but crowded beach!

Beautiful spacious condo and LOVED the ocean view. Overcrowded beach though. People start putting up their chairs on the beach as early as 6 am. If you are looking for a quiet beach this is not the place for you.

Hi Michele, we are glad to hear you found B204 Sunset Beach Villa to be beautiful, we couldn't agree more. This condo offers great views of the Gulf and we are glad you could enjoy them. As more and more people discover the beauty of 30A, 30A does only have 19 miles of beaches and the beaches are a little more crowded during peak seasons. Great Condo with Amazing Beach Views
