The property was beautiful and spacious. Great location and very clean. Only issue was front bathtub wouldn’t drain. It would be more convenient if we didn’t have to check in and out down the rode and if there was a lock box on the door instead.

Great Girls Getaway

Our trip was great from beginning to end! The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful gulf views. The property management company was very responsive when we contacted them making sure we had everything we needed and I love their app! Probably should give a little more instructions on initial access to the gated community but the security officer was very helpful. Loved that we had access to games and puzzles too. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in many of these at Villas at Sunset Beach over the years and this was one of the best! The sofa and beds were comfortable. The decor was pretty. Three suggestions for the owner-replace the 2 swivel chairs (they are very uncomfortable and low to the ground), buy a Keurig for the kitchen, and have the house keepers windex and wipe the plexiglass on the balcony before arrival of new guests so you can see the ocean. Thanks

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in a row staying at this property and we loved it just as much the second time around. It is a perfect location - you can walk up the street to get donuts/coffee in the am, you can walk down to Alys beach (this was a little bit far for my 3.5 year old but was no problem for my 5.5 year old), and you can walk over to Rosemary for dinner or to Sugar Shak for a treat. The condo is clean, updated and has a great view of the water. It was spacious and came with everything that you'd need/expect for the week. Traveling with small kids, it is key to me to be beach front with a pool (and clean bathroom access). The beach is a little crowded but if you reserve your chair set ahead of time it is not a problem. The pool was never too crowded and was well maintained. We met several other families with kids sitting near us at the beach and our kids were able to play together all week. We did see several groups with teenagers or with no kids, so I'd say this is a good location and property for all kinds of groups. The staff at Royal Destinations is great to work with. They provide timely information and were available by phone the couple of times I had a question or needed to contact them. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

The celling fans in all of the rooms need to be cleaned. There was a lot of dust throughout the condo. Specifically on top of the beds and furniture.

Perfect vacation

My family and I spent a week in this beautiful property! Lovely balcony with amazing views of the pool and the gulf, with enough living space to comfortably accommodate 7 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and we all had a fabulous time. You won’t be disappointed with this place! Thank you for everything and we will be back!

Great condo, in a great location, you can walk, or it’s a very short drive to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Awesome view from the balcony, and the kitchen is well equipped. We are thinking about renting the place again next year.

Exceptional property Beautiful beach

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, stylish, perfect location, great amenities and wonderful management team. Beaches and pool in property were clean and managed very well. The only slight negative was that beach chair rentals were packed together tightly as the property management transported guests from other properties to this properties beach access, but the beach is why we are all here so this is somewhat expected. We will be back!

As a repeat renter in this area, I was also pleased with the communication from the management company and the general condition of the property. We stayed near the end of the season and the refrigerator is about to go out. We almost lost all the food we bought because it doesn't work well when you fill it with groceries. The place was tidy however, the tables and ceiling fans were dusty. All in all, as rentals go, this was a good one. The management company was accessible for our needs. The bikes were in great condition. The beach was minutes away. There was a closet full of beach chairs and toys! Wow! That's a surprise bonus. We rented chairs but it would be very easy to stay at this location and be on the beach early with beach chairs. The bedrooms were spacious. We would happily stay here again. Thanks so much!
