Superbe condo au premier étage avec vue sur l'océan au Colony Reef Club

Entièrement meublé 3 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bains disponibles tous les soirs, toutes les semaines et tous les mois. Ce magnifique condo a été surnommé le "Octopus Odyssey" en raison du charmant thème de la plage et de la mer. Il y a tout nouveau lit king en mousse à mémoire de forme dans la chambre principale, un lit queen en mousse à mémoire avec deux lits superposés dans la chambre et deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre plus petite ("Crows Nest"). Cette unité comprend de grandes télévisions à écran plat dans le salon, les chambres des maîtres et des invités, le câble numérique privé WiFi et Comcast avec HBO. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes confortablement et le bar comprend quatre tabourets. Il y a un beau salon reposant avec une vue sur votre propre patio privé avec des sièges pour huit et deux chaises pour enfants afin que toute la famille puisse profiter de la vue sur notre cour active. Vous serez à quelques minutes de la promenade privée de la plage. Profitez de la grande piscine extérieure en bord de plage, du bain à remous et de la piscine pour enfants, de l'aire de jeux pour enfants, de la piscine intérieure, du sauna, des courts de tennis et du club de santé.

By far the best vacation we have had in a long time. Beautiful and clean condo. Short walk to great beaches. Close to St. Augustine, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Although the pictures of the rooms had been updated since we originally rented and the 3rd bedroom was 4 bunk beds instead of a twin and 2 bunks. We had hoped for a single bed in that room. Also instructions for using the TV’s to get local channels would have been very helpful.

Excellent location

Overall this property was excellent. The location was perfect especially for families with younger kids. However, the property could have been cleaned better before arrival. Bathrooms were still a little dirty and floors weren’t cleaned.

Perfect getaway!

The condo was clean, nice modern/beachy decor, and decent space. The beds were comfy, couches and seating in living room were good for fitting a good number of people. The location couldnt be better with ground floor next to walkway to pool and beach. The kids loved playing in the grass, and it made running back for a quick minute or forgotten stuff very easy. It was quiet and peaceful, the beach was huge, spread out, and so pretty. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans you could ask for. Great pantry space and brand new washer/dryer. The bunk bed room is only big enough for literally the beds (has a closet) but the 4 kids loved it bc it was like being in a treehouse lol. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, and would come back.

Nice but

We stayed in two side by side units. This unit was clean on the floors but the furniture was not clean. It’s disappointing to see how people who rent them just don’t respect them. We had to cover the chairs and couch with towels to sit on them because they were so soiled. There was a sour smell in the master bedroom but not the bathroom so I don’t know where it was coming from. The management company was wonderful though and the actual property was great!

Spring Break Vacation

This was a great vacation. The property and condo look just like the pictures. My kids enjoyed going from the pool to the ocean all day and playing in the courtyard in the evenings with the other kids. The property management company were easy to communicate with. The other guests were kind. The location of the property was great. We ate at local restaurants, went to the alligator farm and rode the trolley through downtown St. Augustine. I would definitely return and rent the same condo. Just a note that beach chairs and beach towels are not provided by the condo. The condo had all the basics for cooking and even had a Keurig. The beds were comfortable and our kids were comfortable in the third bedroom. This was a great vacation. One of the only times I was not stressed out by all the rules that go with renting. Thank you.

READ BEFORE BOOKING

While this property is a great location note a few things before booking! 1. The condo is much smaller than the pictures show. 2. The couch is stained and the unit itself is a lot less fresh looking than the pictures show. 3. The entire property is completely non smoking both in and outside 4. We arrived and the first bathroom was not cleaned , they said they were sending cleaners but they never came. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. They did refund the cleaning fee which was the right thing to do. Overall it was fine, again amazing location right on the beach with a pool view NOT an ocean view. It is totally fine and I would stay again but manage your expectations as the pictures make it look a lot brighter/cleaner and bigger than it actually is.

Alexa, We are sorry the clean was not to your expectations. We did send the cleaner back to the condo and they informed us the issue was taken care of it so I apologize that it was not. I am glad we were able to help remedy the situation by refunding the cleaning fee, we always want to make things right. These condos are approximately 1000 sq. feet which can be small to larger parties, we always recommend booking two condos if you come with a large party. Yes, we are a completely smoke free property which is listed on our website but we do have smoking areas outside of our beach gate. While the ground floor condos are great for quick access to the pool, they do have limited views of the ocean due to the dunes, this condo is listed as a 'Pool View' condo to notate that. Beautiful Complex -- Disappointed in the Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Items that disappointed us and needed attention in our opinion:- No hot pads in the kitchen for use with the oven- Zero liquid dishwashing liquid provided -- not even a small starter set- Only1 dish washing towel provided- Only like 5 teaspoons and they were "beat" up -- hurt to use them. For a condo that has 3 bedrooms this isn't enough spoons- NO serving bowls -- we found one large plastic bowl and one glass mixing bowl. So frustrating.- One of the patio chairs was broken and wouldn't swivel without dragging on the ground and doing more damage- One of the screen doors wasn't functional- The "rugs" in all the rooms were filthy. When walking with stocking feet your socks got black.- Not one roll of paper towels was provided.- Living Room chairs were worn and uncomfortable- Zero spices - salt/pepper and foil/clear wrapAppreciated:- Mattresses were comfortable in the two big bedrooms (didn't use the 3rd bedroom)- Ample bathroom towels provided- Ample cooking pots/pans and cooking utensils- Lots of glasses- Ease of checking in/checking outShowers/bathroom fixtures- Colony Reef resort was quiet with a beautiful pool and beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the pickleball courts. The indoor pool was nice too even though we did not use it. We were very happy with the beautiful weatherOverall for the price we paid for the one month we stayed in this condo we were very disappointed. Perhaps there was "fine" print in the contact to not expect any condiments/paper products -- but in our 10 year experience of renting condo's we've always been given a few items to get you through the first few days.

Janet, We are sorry that you were disappointed in certain aspects of the condo. We do you wish you had brought this to our attention during your stay as we would have rectified the issues quickly. We have extra hot pads, dish washing towels and such in the office and work very closely with our owners to make sure any missing or lacking items are corrected. While we do not provide liquid dish soap or paper towels as of now, we do send out an informational email 5 days prior to arrival highlighting what to know and what to bring for your stay at Colony Reef Club. Additionally, we have a wonderful on-site maintenance team that can address items like the screens and the patio chairs. Perfect place for kids and they love it here. We love the location of this unit and the beautiful decor, but I was very shocked in the state of the floors. I could tell the unit had been cleaned and smelled wonderful, but the floors really needed a deep cleaning. Our feet were black the first day. For how the prices have been rising every year, the guests should really deserve a spotless condo. My friend’s condo also had dirty floors. Previous years we have not had this issue. Besides the floors and black feet we had a wonderful stay!

That’s what they looked forward to but what’s going on with the grass? Lawn has always been beautiful. Loved the location and decor in our unit, plus bed in master was comfy but the floor needed a good cleaning. We’re still disappointed that the pool is still closing early but that hasn’t stop us. Will be back!

I loved that the patio space went right out to the grass and my son adored walking around and saying hi to everyone. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, without too many knick-knacks around that I needed to hide away from my son's hands! The pools were lovely, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and everyone we encountered from guests to office staff were friendly and helpful. I never had a problem finding parking and the condo isn't far from Publix (groceries) and other eating establishments. I highly recommend Colony Reef Club and this condo in particular!

Unit 2111 is on the ground floor which works great for us as grandparents now. We easily stored the beach toys and chairs on the porch. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was stocked except they need to get another set of silverware. Not enough if having a full dinner with kids and grandkids. Clean and cheery! We will book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Colony Reef for the past 3 years now and this was my favorite condo so far! The unit was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The food trucks this year was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed Kona Ice after a hot day at the beach. The playground also had a wonderful upgrade this year and the kids loved it. Colony Reef is the perfect family friendly beach getaway.

Honest opinion

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, but was a little disappointed in the condo's condition. It is considered Gold, but not sure why. Living room sofa is comfortable but old and stained. Microwave door was cracked. Sliding door handle broke off while we were there. Front storm door needed maintenance. Shower door very hard to close and open. Called office on Sunday, but no one came to fix anything while we were there. Wouldn't recommend because of the cost of this condo. Best thing was the big courtyard for grandkids to play.
