VUE SUR L'OCÉAN INCROYABLE !!! Ces photos ont été mises à jour en mars 2019. Cette maison en bord de mer récemment rénovée de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan et est très proche de la piscine communautaire. Le pont est en composite, donc pas d'éclats! Le salon et la cuisine ouverts au 2ème étage offrent une vue imprenable sur l'eau et une cuisine améliorée, des meubles relaxants et une terrasse spacieuse. A l'étage, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un lit king size, une salle de bain complète, une terrasse spacieuse et une télévision. La deuxième chambre à ce niveau a un lit queen size et une salle de bain complète située juste à l'extérieur de la porte. Jusqu'au premier étage, vous trouverez un salon pour les enfants ludique, 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète. La première chambre a 3 lits jumeaux et la seconde un lit simple superposé. Il y a aussi une grande baignoire entre les deux chambres. Les deux téléviseurs sont en HD et le rez-de-chaussée a une barre de son et est compatible Bluetooth. Il y a aussi un réfrigérateur à chaque étage de cette maison. Lost Colony est le complexe le plus proche de la plage dans tout le port A. This was such a a lovely property with great proximity to the beach. So much room for our family and friends. It had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Will definitely keep this in our inventory of places to stay!

Check in and check out is very easy. Access to boardwalk to beach and to the pool is only a few steps.

Amazing place!

This house is amazing! It exceeded our expectations, the view was spectacular and just as the pics show. The entire home was very nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need and then some. We will definitely book this house again for next summer!

Summer 2023 Vacation

House and location were perfect for our needs. We love Lost Colony. View of beach was wonderful. We were very close to pool and walkway to beach. I would definitely stay here again.

House was great...comfortable beds, fully stocked, everything worked. Lower level rooms had an odd smell; however, property manager went above and beyond to help overcome the odor.Community pool needs more maintenance e.g. daily cleaning.

Family reunion

Fantastic home. The property was spacious and well supplied with everything we needed for our beach reunion. You can walk to the beach in minutes. The house is located in a small gated nice neighborhood. It was perfect for our gathering. We had a ball and would definitely rent this home again.

Labor Day couples retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has plenty of space and beautiful sunrise views. We had our 2 dogs with us and enjoyed the easy access to the quiet beach. It was much less congested than the actual Port Aransas beach access areas. There are stickers that are on the grassy grounds, so be aware.

Weekend stay at the beach

We booked this home for a long weekend in Port Aransas for a cousin reunion. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and in the perfect location (easy 4-5min walk to the beach). We will definitely be back! One pointer- make sure to bring bug spray- mosquitos on the ground level outside are vicious. We had a small maintenance issue upon arrival but the rental company was extremely prompt and professional and arrived with a solution in ~15min. I highly recommend this property for a chill weekend on the beach.

Perfect Getaway!

It allowed for all of us to have our private space with separate bathrooms while having an awesome open common area with living , kitchen and dining . The views were outstanding, the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was so easy. We would definitely rent this unit again. It was super clean, lots of hooks and towels and very thoughtful in the decor. One of the better rentals we have stayed at in the area!

Reviewer Comments: OVERALL WAS GREAT, THIS WAS THE 1ST HOUSE WE RENTED BACK IN 2015 GREAT IMPROVEMENTS, THE BOTTOM OF THE HOUSE DID HAVE A CAROSINE TYPE SMELL, THE LIGHTS ON THE PATIO NEVER WORKED. BUT THE VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR, KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.BEACH WAS PERFECT, POOL WAS ALWAYS PRETTY CLEAN. MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME.

Reviewer Comments: Location 10 miles out, beach clean, bedrooms downstairs did not get cool enough, bunk room downstairs not suitable for adults, kitchen nice size, Internet did not work that was a big deal as one in party still needed to work. Port a escapes management could not figure out why it wasnt working, but they did send someone out. Location was quiet for holiday weekend. :)

Thank you for submitting a review on our vacation rental. We wanted to update you on a few repairs in hopes that you will stay with us again. The AC has been serviced and is now running at full capacity. We also replaced all the flooring, with a wood floor, in all the bathrooms and the entire downstairs area. The futon mattress was also replaced with a new very comfortable mattress and the internet has also been repaired. We value every customer and hope that with these repairs we will see you again in the future. Thanks again for staying with us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place looks very much like the pics! Spacious enough for a group of 10. The location, literally just steps away from the beach, is fantastic. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs. Only one suggestion: if you aren't an early riser you will be here. Three of the 4 bedrooms face the east and the window coverings (blinds) in our opinion aren't enough to keep the sunlight out. Other than that, a great place and we will be returning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house is great! Wonderful ocean vie from both balconies. My family loved the house and it was plenty of space for our group. Great proximity to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. A few issues: 1) during the crazy storm on Thursday evening, water was pouring in the front door from bottom and top of the door. 2) string lights on balconies were not working. We followed instruction in the guest book and nothing worked. We really wanted to use those lights. The GFI breaker in the breaker box was missing actually. 3) The pool on Thursday was absolutely filthy. We looked for a pole cleaner because we were going to try to clean it ourselves but nothing available. Again, we had a great time. Mentioning these items in hopes they could be addressed in the future for other guests.
