Cette nouvelle unité de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain à un étage est spacieuse, confortable et proche de toutes commodités à Pirates Bay. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon spacieux et ouverts sont parfaits pour toute la famille. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king avec une salle de bain privée et une télévision à écran plat. Les deux autres chambres ont toutes deux des reines et des bains privés. Il y a un ensemble de lits superposés intégrés dans un couloir. L'unité offre également une belle brise pour se détendre et une douche extérieure. Le complexe comprend 2 piscines lagon avec des barbecues pour votre usage et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Il y a aussi un parking supplémentaire dans ce complexe. Pirates Bay est à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la plage. L'unité est sans fumée, veuillez sortir pour fumer. L'unité est idéale pour les locations d'été et les Texans d'hiver adoreront le plan de chambre à deux étages.

Cette unité dispose d'un parking pour 2 voitures. Toutes les voitures supplémentaires seront remorquées.

Girls weekend

Not quite sure what to say other than it was terribly dirty inside. I think Port A Escapes is to blame for that though. I can see the potential for this place but there are better rentals in Port A for similar pricing. We found pubic hair in the shower, there was blood on one of the dressers, the glass partition wall for the shower is wobbly and is a concern when showering or bathing toddlers and children. The floor was so gross that our kids feet were black (literally black) from 20 mins inside barefoot. There was food in 2 of the cooking pans, there were uncleaned toilets, honestly we had to leave. We booked the place for 4 nights and left after the first night. We reached out to management and they returned the cleaning fee. If you ask me that wasn’t enough. But it’s all they were willing to do. I wouldn’t stay in any of these units again.

A Little Hard to Find

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from July 26-31. The property was very clean. We did have a few issues upon arrival including a toilet that only wanted to flush occasionally and a pocket door that was off the rail. They were addressed immediately. My only concern was with the location. It was located close to town, but was a bit hard to find since you cannot see it from any street. After we did finally find it, and found our landmarks for when we were returning, we were fine. I would recommend this property!

It did what it was supposed to do

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a place to stay. That’s really it. The pots and pans were stained and dirty. The kitchen utensils were old purchases from dollar tree that barely worked. The couches had at least 20 years of wear and tear... felt gross sitting on them.

Awesome experience overall

The unit itself was amazing!! Check in, check out and communication throughout was so easy. One word of caution concerning the location: if you’re flying to port A and staying here, rent a Jeep or other 4WD vehicle NOT a golf cart. No legal way to get to the unit.

Decent place to stay

This is definitely not a brand new condo. It suited our purposes and was clean. One of the bedroom doors was broke and did not close all the way, making it less than convenient when putting the baby down for naps and for the night. The cocktail table was also almost broke and not safe to have around the children. Also some door pulls or knobs on the cabinets would relieve some frustration. Communication was quick and easy. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Good time!

Property is nice and clean. Good layout for families. Missing a few basic items in the kitchen for cooking meals so would recommend bringing any cooking utensils/spices you may need. Had a few minor issues on our trip and notified the property management company. They were very responsive start to end and would bring the family back.

We had a wonderful trip. Our condo was very nice but needs a few maintenance items which I reported. We utilized the pool everyday. I would recommend and we would stay again. It was a good location. We met some very nice people. The McNea/Winfrey family

Good overall property.

After we got in, the a/c stopped due to poor drainage. The two parking permits we expected were also not provided. However, a couple of calls to the mgmt. company got both issues resolved quickly. The staff I spoke to were very courteous. The only really negative things was that the pool rules were NOT enforced. We don't really care about people drinking and having a good time but the music was loud and there were many, many glass bottles in and around the pool. The latter can be very dangerous.

Perfect for families

We loved Pirates Bay! The property was clean and the check in process easy. We used all the amenities in the home. The oven appeared to be brand new and never used. We used it twice to make meals and the heat from the oven set off the smoke alarms (but there was no smoke). The alarms would intermittently sound off while the oven was on. Annoying but there wasn’t anything to be done in the moment. I alerted the property manager and they said they would look into it. Other than that, the property was wonderful. And the town grocery store (IGA) was well-stocked with everything you would need! The beach was a short 3min drive away. The complex was quiet too. Apparently we had just missed the crowd the weekend before we arrived (Memorial Day), so that was a bonus! We would stay here again!

Checking In

The entire stay was awesome. The only nervous time I had was better communication day of stay. Being new to the process I was unclear or missed the process of how to check in. A small text the morning of would be great to say your preparing the property and instructions there after. Other than that we had a great stay and property was awesome! Will look forward to coming back.
