Cette fabuleuse maison dispose de 4 chambres spacieuses, de deux chambres principales, toutes deux avec salle de bains privative et d'une salle de bains commune supplémentaire qui mène à une véranda surdimensionnée avec télévision et piscine. Espace de vie spacieux, avec espace repas formel séparé et coin petit déjeuner hors de la cuisine. Les deux chambres principales bénéficient d'une belle lumière naturelle grâce aux portes coulissantes en verre donnant sur la piscine. Le garage a été transformé en une salle de jeux amusante avec table de hockey sur air, table de billard et baby-foot. Le Manor à West Haven, est situé près de Champions Gate qui offre des magasins, une vaste gamme de restaurants et un accès facile au golf, à tous les parcs à thème et attractions locaux ainsi qu'un emplacement idéal pour les déplacements quotidiens.

La maison vient d'être entièrement carrelée dans le salon principal, la chambre principale et la salle de bain principale, toutes fraîchement peintes avec tout le nouveau salon et le mobilier de la chambre principale.

Great Location for Disney / Universal / Florida Holiday

Great location, easy to find. Had an amazing 2 weeks in Florida and found this Villa perfect for what we required. Plenty of amenities a short car ride from the villa.

The Manor at Westhaven, Davenport Fla.

Well thought out layout with up to date modern decor. Excellent pool and spa. Only addition I would make is a railing (s) installation for the pool steps and spa to aid entry/exit. Well planned out games room in tiled garage area. Multiple tv’s definitely an asset as is the closeness of all the restaurants and attractions. Found the Manor to be comfortable and quiet. Property Manager were attentive and quick to respond to a few small issues. Special thanks to owners for purchasing a crock pot and air fryer for our stay.

The house had everything we were looking for and more. It was close to a lot of different attractions in Orlando. Community is gated and clean. No complaints at all. Great place to vacation!

Beautiful property

The property is well located for Disney, clean, decorated nicely, well equiped and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the air hocky table was broken and there was no football table as shown in the pictures which was disappointing for our kids.

Spacious and modern, great for all the family

We stay for 2 weeks over thanksgiving and the property was just as good as the pictures, we opted for pool heat and it was worth every penny after many long days at all the parks we can unwind in the heated pool and spa to finish the day off. Communication with agent was seamless and when we had a slight issue it was resolved instantly. Great location for all parks and shops/restaurants We are planning on return in a few years and will be planning of staying here again

Kids loved the pool and the adults did too. Everyone had their own space when needed and lots of room in the common areas to spend time as a family. Communication was excellent with property management and everything was seemless.

Fantastic property

As a family we spent a tiring week, doing everything that Disney had to offer. It was fantastic at the end of a day to return to such a beautiful and well maintained home. We have stayed in the West Haven area on a number of occasions and it is a very safe, quiet area which is also well maintained. The home is very modern and comfortable with everything you need / want for a holiday. The pool and games room were big favourites of our daughter. We would thoroughly recommend this home and are already looking to return.

Really perfect!

We spent 2 weeks in this amazing property. The villa is pretty ,clean and modern. Location is almost perfect to reach highway 4 and in few minutes you can drive as well to supermarkets and restaurants. Check in was very easy and fast.Arrival is easy too and community is quite, elegant and safe. We spent many time in the pool that was clear clean and very well manteined. There was a tv on pool deck and it made our stay so enjoyble. Inside the villa is so roomy ,new and well appointed. Our king size bed was comfy as well as the ensuite shower of the master room. They provide game room in the garage full of funny items and games. The owner was kind and quick to answer to me,but during my stay i didn't have to contact her because all went very smoothly. Hope to find this property for my next Floridia vacation ,again. Thanks for having us.

We were amazed with the way the property looked. The house looks just like it does on pictures. The pool was heated as promised (for additional money), so was the grill. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. I only wish, the bed in one of the master bedrooms (wooden one) didn’t make noise every time someone change sleeping position. That was the only annoying thing. Other than that, we are very happy with our one week stay at this property and would be happy to return (if the bed will be upgraded to a new one lol)

Nice place, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable master bed

The house itself is well kept and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The listing itself you can see online is accurate to what you'll get on arrival too and the photos were accurate. Sharon helped us out with a couple of minor bits and pieces too - they were trivial. Just the door alarm to the pool had a battery run low. So it beeped all night. But a new battery was dropped round for us to fit the next day. The neighbourhood is really quiet. But it's clearly a fully maintained HOA area, and the gardeners start early... like 7am on 2 days of our 16 total stay. Either mowing lawns or cutting back bushes. Keeps the place looking lovely, but it would be nice if they weren't outside your window at that time in the morning with the mower going. The rest of it was really peaceful mind. I would say you're probably going to want pool heating though. The outside temperature averaged in the mid-80's during our stay and the pool was a bit too chilly for me. Kids loved it, but they don't seem to feel the cold when it comes to pools :) Only pain point was Junction 58 on i4 - there's roadworks there and traffic is a pain. When that's done I'm sure it's going to be much easier going to and from Disney/Universal.

Best vacation home in Orlando!! AMAZING!

Where to start! This place is literally exactly like all of the pictures! SO private, and SO immaculately clean! We had literally everything we needed at the touch of our hands. All the extras were included and we only bought a few things like food! We used the incredible pool and spa so much and it was the most relaxing vacation we've had yet. The outside chairs were comfortable and everything was kept up like precision. If we had any questions, they were answered immediately and taken care of. Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. The entire house was absolutely perfect! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. They had a guest book to write comments in and every single one was positive! (as was ours) Don't pass this place up on your next vacation. We came home to snow so we are already looking to come back! Thank you again Sharon for everything. You made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. The perfect vacation!

The property was in a excellent location and very comfortable. The home was well kept and clean. They can probably invest in better Linen such as towels and face clothes. Rather then that everything was wonderful. Also there was some hair in the shower maybe pay more attention to cleaning that area. Loved the property and so did my wife.

Exactly as advertised…..

Property was very clean and communication with Property Management was great. After checking in the spa was a little cooler than what I thought for August but they came right out and turned on the heat for the spa. It’s about 30 mins from Kissimmee and Orlando and with traffic it was longer. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time! The villa was beautiful. It was an amazing experience for us, convenient location. Everything was great. The property manager was amazing! My friend had left her engagement ring at the villa and Sharon found the ring and was kind enough to mail it back! We appreciate it so much. Wonderful property with plenty of room

My family of four spent 11 days at this property. We were very impressed with this property. It's conveniently located in a quiet area and very easy to get to. The house was spacious and very well maintained. It was clean and clutter free. The kids enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone. We would stay here again anytime! Thank You
