AMERICAN MANOR est une belle maison de quatre chambres à coucher et quatre salles de bain située dans le manoir de West Haven - une communauté fermée située dans le prestigieux quartier de ChampionsGate, qui comprend une aire de jeux pour enfants et des courts de tennis.

La maison dispose de deux suites de maître, chacune avec un lit king-size. Les deux suites de maître ont des baignoires d'angle et douche séparée et une dispose d'un accès pool-patio privé. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux (pas de télévision). La quatrième chambre a deux lits doubles
Ces deux chambres ont également une salle de bains attenante, faisant ainsi de l’American Manor une maison idéale pour tout groupe!

My stay was wonderful extra clean , covenient to area,,the pool was fabulous welcome sign to our family made it very personal. I give it a 10, quite love it would stay again .

Spacious

House was spacious and design was very good - 2 master bedrooms, large living room. House seemed clean but when daughter pulled sheets from bed when we were leaving, there was a large stain on mattress. Outside around pool there was dirt - we had a 2 year old so that was not ideal - and the cushions were pretty worn. But there were LOTS of other great things about this property. Kitchen was very well stocked, convenient location, quiet neighborhood (some noise from fire trucks but a sound machine will cover it up), gated community, showers/jacuzzi/regular tubs, hot tub was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice,but a little tired. good, as always--but the property was a little tired. The mail box had been knocked down by previous occupants, of example. In addition, one of the beds broke in the middle of the night. Needless to say, the person in the bed was taken aback. The bed was never fixed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day of check in it took us 2 hours to get ahold of someone to get into house. The house was dirty. The pool heat didn’t work. I will never book threw this company again.

Joshua, we do regret to hear of the difficulties you had at the start of your stay. As we discussed via email, text, and phone correspondence, your check-in details were sent to you via email the day prior to your arrival with all information to access the home during your stay. Our after-hours emergency service was able to patch you through to a member of our team that was able to assist you with the access information to the home upon your arrival. The homes are professionally cleaned between each reservation, being inspected after the clean is done and again prior to the next arriving reservation. When asked if you could provide any photos regarding issues with the clean to be addressed by our cleaners, you disregarded this request and said a manager needed to contact you. When attempting to contact you, you did not answer any of our calls to assist. Pool heaters are tested prior to a guest's arrival, but just as with any items in a home, unexpected downtimes can occur. When our staff stopped by to look at the pool and test the system, they found that an actuator was not operating properly and causing the spa to heat slowly, so staff contacted our licensed pool vendor to come take a look. The actuator was fixed the next day by our vendor (as they do not work on Sunday), and up for use during your stay. We do regret the inconvenience of the actuator's downtime and do understand that this can be a hinderance to someone's stay. We always strive to complete any needed repairs within 24 hours of the initial report, which we were able to do with the actuator. We wish you nothing but the best in your future travels. American Manor Stay Easter Week April 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a great lay out for our family. There are two master bedrooms. The main master bedroom bed foot board had damage to it prior to out arrival and was a bit noisy to sleep on. We were at the parks early each day so the noise of the construction in the back did not really bother us, but it did sake the house at times which may explain a number of the cracked ceramic tile. The house was large and clean. Good stay here.

Big and Beautiful!

Beautiful Home

This house was absolutely beautiful. Great location if you’re going to Disney and the hot tub will help you relax after a long day walking in the parks. Would definitely stay here again. FYI the lawn care people come very early on Tuesdays.

We were not able to use the hot tub at all because it never got hot. Called for maintenance a few times but it never got fixed.

Do Not Stay Here. Horrible experience.

I have to take this moment to write this, we were so disappointed with this place, the CDC Cleaning was not done when we came in, the sheets were dirty and just remade from previous use, there were hair on the sheets and crumbs of food. Not washed. I had to wash them on the first day, and I had to clean all the surfaces and wipe down the surfaces especially because of Covid. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and sprinkles water all over the place. And out of courtesy I wish there was some soap here, we did not bring soap with us thinking we will survive the first day with whatever is in the property and then go buy more, but not even a single soap in the property. There’s COVID going around, how can this house be this dirty and without any soap. Also, we were supposed to have several Garbage bags according to the sign on the fridge, but we had 1 garbage bag. The pool has frogs in it so we couldn’t use it. All I can say at this point is that please don’t do this to the next guests. Please clean the property, especially due to COVID CDC compliance. We are local so we checked out a day early. We are a family that vacations a lot, we have never had such a horrible experience.

(WARNING) This home is actually being managed by 3rd party

The home was okay. Clean but alittle out dated. This home is being managed by 3rd party which made the check in not so welcoming. They wanted a physical check in which was very new to what I am normally use to. They want me to show up to there office before 5pm which was hard to do since I am in fl on vacation. I had to contact VRBO so they can contact management. Austin told me through email is I don't show up for a physical check in I won't be able to check in and I will get charged for the day. Be careful renting homes like this.
