Nous sommes heureux d’annoncer que la piscine Village Walk Phase 1 est maintenant chauffée!
Les riches teintes tropicales vous feront savoir que vous êtes effectivement entré dans une île paradisiaque! Le grand téléviseur à écran plat dans le salon est prêt pour le prochain grand jeu ou votre film préféré et la troisième chambre dispose d'un autre téléviseur pour divertir les enfants le soir!

Chacune des chambres a aussi sa propre salle de bain. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et un futon, la deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles. La troisième chambre est située dans la calèche reliée à la maison principale par un escalier intérieur. Cette chambre dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un lit de repos et dispose de son propre mini-réfrigérateur et d'un four micro-ondes. 10 personnes et dispose d'un parking pour 3 voitures. Avant de vous rendre à Port Aransas / Village Walk, veuillez planifier le nombre de véhicules que vous conduisez conformément aux règles ci-dessous:
1) Pelican's Perch VW21 offre 3 places de stationnement pavées dans l'allée. Si vous louez une voiturette de golf, celle-ci doit tenir dans l’un de vos 3 espaces.

2) Les étiquettes de stationnement seront fournies par Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals. Tous les tags doivent être retournés à Port Aransas Escapes au moment du paiement.. 25 dollars. 00 frais de remplacement pour chaque étiquette perdue

3) Tous les véhicules doivent être garés dans l’allée de la VW 21. Pas de stationnement dans la rue, pas de stationnement dans les zones rouges et pas de stationnement dans d'autres allées du Village Walk

Another Great Stay in Port A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican’s Perch is a comfortable and happy place to stay with great beach decor. One bedroom is outside the main house so your group needs to be OK with that...it was perfect for us. The only problem we encountered was no handrails, either inside or out. All bedrooms are second floor, and handrails would have been much easier for the grandparents in our group. Same for front and back outside entry areas. The back steps are a little scary with nothing to hold onto.

Fridge wasn't cooling, internet login info was incorrect, TV wouldn't work (Spectrum problem). Mgmt sent a very competent guy (thanks Justin!) quickly to take care of everything. Why, oh why, are there no towel bars in this house?!?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is advertised as a 3 bedroom but the room with the king bed is truly unhabitable. It is either mold or mass amounts of cigarette smoke. This property needs to be advertised as a 2 bedroom as the third is not usable. Besides that, the house was fine. It was bare-bones in the kitchen compared to the other families we were with who had rented houses in Village Walk. They need a new coffee machine and some upgraded cooking appliances. I would not rent that particular house again but Port A Escapes was great and I will rent from them again.

Reviewer Comments: Even though the weather was HORRIBLE we still had a great time and the house was perfect, EXCEPT the AC wasn't working until Saturday around noon; the coffee pot needs to be replaced and there is no DVD in the rental that we could find...which would have been great since we basically were stuck inside all day on Saturday...HOWEVER, I would rent it again! I loved it! And Sara from Port A Escapes is WONDERFUL to work with!

2018 Port A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Port A has always been a yearly excursion for us since I was a child, for my children and making it so for our grandchildren too. Port A has made a miraculous come back from Harvey..still some to go, but getting there. Our stay at Pelican's Perch was wonderful. The house is neat and very clean and has all the amenities/cooking tools you need. The home is not direct access to the beach, but only a few blocks away...less than 5 minutes...even in golf cart. It was wonderful to see so many local establishments up and running. Kudos to "FINS", your dinner was wonderful. See ya next year!!

Reviewer Comments: We waited to go to Port A due to the hurricane, and thought since 5 months had passed, this was. Good time to go. When we got there, there was obvious mold growth on downstairs walls, we turned a light switch on and it blew the bulb out of the base. This happened twice and glass was everywhere. Plumber had to come fix hot water, cable didn’t work properly, etc. Port A is definitely not ready for visitors yet.

Not the best experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I arrived at my rental I found out that we weren't allowed garage access. The photos that are displayed show a two car garage but it does not say that you will not have access to it. We found dead and alive roaches, two black catapiller on floor and say two rats on the porch during our 7 day stay. The house didn't come with a dust pan but we were given one after we requested it. Other then that the place was nice but I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

It was nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay, we had trouble with the lights in the entry way and it took a full day for them to get to them. The house is nice and very comfortable for 8 people. The off bedroom is kind of a pain since you have to go thru just about the whole house to get to it. Next time we will get all the bedrooms under one roof. Pool is super super small and they do need an outside grill at all the villas. On check in no one knew the combination, the one they sent us didn't work and the one they gave us at check in didn't work. Lucky we just needed a key for the front door. Finally got the right combination and worked out.

The house was very nice, convenient location, enjoyed the back patio and the carriage house set-up for the teenagers. Only thing missing was a grill. We would recommend and return. Property mgt front desk was a little disorganized, but did quickly send out maintenance when we had a problem with the front door code for a quick solution.

Not what we had in mind due to all of the things we needed to store during our stay. The parking was barely enough to accommodate our vehicles. The house had a good layout and was clean. Wouldn't recommend staying here though unless you drive a Fiat.
