Restez prĂšs de la cĂŽte de la cĂŽte d'or du Michigan dans une communautĂ© avec d'excellents restaurants, boutiques, parcs et l'une des 10 meilleures plages d'eau douce du pays.  En 2013, Grand Haven a reçu le titre de zone mĂ©tropolitaine de taille moyenne la plus sĂ»re aux États-Unis.  Portside vous offre tout cela et plus encore.  SituĂ© Ă  quelques pas du marchĂ© fermier, des parcs, des plages, du centre-ville et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Grand Haven Yacht Club et de la marina du quai. Ce condo de 1750 pieds carrĂ©s, trois chambres et 3. 5 salles de bain, construit en 2018 par Dave Dusendang Custom Homes, vous fournira, Ă  vous et Ă  votre famille, toutes les commoditĂ©s que vous recherchez.

La maison est entiÚrement meublée, dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et d'une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur à cÎté des chambres.  Nous vous fournirons des serviettes propres (bain et plage), des draps et un assortiment d'agrafes de cuisine.

DES CHAMBRES:
La chambre principale a un lit king avec une salle de bain en suite.  
La deuxiÚme chambre à l'étage a un lit queen et une salle de bain complÚte partagée.

Spring Lake wedding

Very clean, spacious, modern condo in a quiet area of Grand Haven. Attending my son’s wedding with godparents, perfect location for wedding activities in Grand Haven- so close to everything. Slept like a baby in comfortable beds. Located at the beginning of the bike trail with bikes available for everyone!

Perfect Place to Stay

My family has been visiting Grand Haven for 10 years. This was our 9th Mother’s Day spent in this wonderful city. This is our favorite place that we’ve stayed in so far. It was absolutely perfect! We loved how organized and clean it was. The location is great. We even were able to use the bikes to ride around in town.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was a wonderful location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Grand Haven. This house was beautifully updated, very clean, in a quiet location, but also within walking or biking distance to all amenities of Grand Haven. It had everything we needed (and more) for a long weekend stay including bikes and beach chairs. Owner was very responsive to questions and left us all the information we would need for our stay. Annual Soccer in the Sand Trip

We had a great stay at Portside Quarters. The rental was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space. Having the bikes and beach chairs was a wonderful addition making it easy for us to get to the beach and back without having to deal with the traffic. Communication was excellent and every aspect of the stay was seamless right down to QR codes making things like joining the wifi and checking the check out instructions simple and straight forward. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Vacation Home

Property was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The attention to detail was so appreciated. Chargers in every room, Alexa’s for the kids to use, updates galore. Very clean, so user friendly! Garage stacked with bikes, beach gear, and other useful vacation oriented items. Beds are super comfortable, all lines pristine. Home was a 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minute walk to downtown. Owners are very friendly! Highly recommend for any family!

Home away from home

I have rented several homes through VRBO and the owners of this one may be the easiest we have ever worked with. They had everything set and ready for us to check in and be comfortable for our stay. We were even notified that we could check in early if we wanted. We were a bit intimidated by the smart home features, but seri became a useful tool when needing the weather in the mornings before adventuring for the day. Grand Haven did not disappoint either. This was our second time staying in this lovely town and highly recommend.

Perfect Retreat!

This property exceeded any and all of our expectations! It was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with items that I wouldn't expect in a rental. The location was perfect for all of the activities that we wanted to do. Communication with Tom and Kelly was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience in Grand Haven! Spending that valuable time in a real live home can be especially rewarding, from cooking breakfast together each morning to playing board games every night. Our mission is simple: We value the relationships with our guests. We vow to solve issues in a fair and timely manner that show understanding to everyone involved. We strive to make each vacation a simple and stress-free experience.

I grew up in Grand Haven many years ago and although I have moved a short distance away I still consider it home. My wife, Kelly, grew on the east side of Michigan but fell in love with Grand Haven after a single visit. I recall fondly playing on the beach with the singing sand, riding my bike around town and watching the Musical Fountain with my family. Grand Haven has grown up a lot since then. Kelly & I knew that we wanted to own and rent a home of our own here and share with people like us the fun, beauty, and relaxation Grand Haven has to offer.

Kelly and I recently purchased this newly constructed Grand Haven condominium. We think we have made it into a wonderful place to call home for a week's vacation in the summer. Our family enjoys the weeks that we spend here but we are happy to share our second home with renters looking to enjoy the beaches and explore Grand Haven!
