Come enjoy this newly updated condominium in the heart of Downtown Grand Haven. Right outside your front door you will find the best shopping boutiques, restaurant’s, unique bars and much more entertainment! This prime location stay is only a short walk from Michigan’s white sandy beaches! Watch our top rated fireworks, nightly musical fountains, and the most luxurious boats travel the channel from our rooftop patio! This property comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests. On the main living space you will find a kitchen, living room, bedroom with comfortable King bed, and a beautiful remodeled bathroom with a bidet. On that level we provide a floor queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Downstairs, there is a studio style queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. Both kitchens are well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay! Start your morning with a cup of coffee and a walk down the pier to Grand Haven’s breathtaking historic lighthouse.

Very nice accommodations. Excellent location. VRBO and cleaning fees were a bit costly for only a weekend though.

Great downtown location in unique building

A really great place that had enough room for us, but also felt cozy. We like to stay close to the downtown area in the winter and this was perfect. Had everything we needed to eat in when we wanted. Everyone agrees one of the great highlights was the modern high tech bathroom! Thanks for a great trip!

This property was perfect for our quick trip “home” to Grand Haven. The location is amazing! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and was accommodating to our needs. Thank you for a lovely place to stay!

Weekend away in downtown Grand Haven

Our weekend stay was very nice. My husband and I came with our young son and we had a great time. The condo is very luxurious and the beds are very comfortable. We didn’t use the lower level but if we had come with more people the extra space would have been nice. It was also great to be within walking distance to the downtown stores, restaurants and waterfront.

Great Location Downtown Grand Haven

The property was beautiful, cozy and had a ton of unique character. There were many upgraded features especially in the bathroom. The location is great too, next to shops and restaurants. The owner and property manager were both very accessible and responsive, great to work with!

GH Winterfest

Great location. Nicely redone/redecorated, since we stayed in this unit under a previous owner a few years ago. Winterfest is a great time in Grand Haven.

Beautifully appointed condo

Very clean and beautiful condo. New and modern. Great lighting, beds, stocked kitchen, coffee, nice fans, cute balcony, easy parking, and very close for walking to town, and down to the lighthouse. I would stay here again for sure.

Short spring visit

My two adults sons and their ladies and I stayed here. The place was clean, contemporary, and inure perfect location for drives to small coastal towns. It was perfectly situated to shop, enjoy eateries and bars, and walk pretty much everywhere. We were able to walk to the waterfront evening free concert and the delightful musical fountains. The owner was awesome and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this place for small groups of adults.

The Sisters annual trip

Our stay couldn't have better. Management response was friendly, helpful, and timely. The accommodations were awesome and the location was ideal in getting around the shops, restaurants and activities on foot. The quiet side street our balcony overlooked was wonderful for a cup of coffee in the morning sun or a glass of wine recaping the days activities at night. You may want to pack your own beach towels if you plan a day at the beach.

Beautiful space in the historic Story and Clark Piano Factory. Love the original wood and brick. Location was ideal, as our son was going married at the Grand Hall….we just took the covered bridge across. Definitely will recommend and stay again.
