Ceci est une maison de ville 4BR avec 3 salles de bain complètes Idéalement situé. L'emplacement, les équipements et la décoration intérieure ont tous été sélectionnés avec vous, notre futur invité estimé, à l'avant-garde de notre processus de réflexion. Il y a une bibliothèque si vous choisissez de vous échapper pour lire ou peut-être de vous échapper de votre groupe pour vous détendre. Une cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle peut vraiment vous donner l'impression d'être chez vous loin de chez vous. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants à une très courte distance si vous avez besoin de vous précipiter pour choisir quelques articles. Il y a aussi l'avantage supplémentaire d'être très proche de la I-95, de la base marine de Quantico (11 milles), d'un terrain de banlieue, de vignobles, de sentiers de randonnée et de la ville historique de Fredericksburg. Wonderful Place for Quantico Visits

Townhouse was prefect. It had everything we needed and was close to shopping, restaurants and base. Kofi made everything easy for us and had excellent communication! I would absolutely recommend.

Arlington National Cemetery

This was a great find for our family for a short term (1 week) stay. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Restaurants, shopping centers, community public pool, and close to I-95 (.03 mile ). Kofi and Josephine were great hosts and communicated promptly on any questions or concerns during our stay. Very pleasant and satisfying stay for the whole family.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, easy check in and check out. Quick and prompt communication with owners. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. Fit 6 adults and 2 kids no problem!

Everything with this property was perfect. It was in a great location, in close proximity to shopping and food options. The check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. The property was also well-stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, towels, and drinks. Would definitely recommend!

Great townhouse

We had a fabulous trip enjoying our Marine Officer graduate. This townhouse was minutes from base and offered everything necessary. The beds were super comfy and the hosts were nice enough to check in and make sure everything was perfect.. thank you!

The townhouse was great. It made a perfect place to come and rest after our day of sightseeing. There is a wonderful playground a few steps away that our kids loved.

So Accommodating!

I have used VRBO many times, this has to be in the top 3 for me. The host was so incredibly accommodating and communication was exceptional. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

My family and I (6 adults) were in town for my son's graduation from a Marine Corps program at the Quantico Marine Base. Plenty of room and everything was first rate about the property. It had all the comforts of home plus more. Location was great and there was nothing more I could ask for. Thank you Kofi & Josephine.

Were were in the area for our son’s graduation from OCS. The property is very conveniently located to Quantico. The home was very clean and spacious. It allowed for good family visiting. Such a comfortable stay

My family and I stayed here while we were waiting on our home to close and we were so comfortable! They home has everything you could possibly need and more, the host was very kind, responsive and accommodating of all my requests. The home was very clean, there are plenty of towels, toilet paper, really everything was there for us which is typically not the case we were very grateful to have such a pleasant experience

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY FOR OUR DAUGHTERS FBI GRADUATION = BOOK IT ASAP!!!

We are VRBO owners also in Florida and couldn’t have been happier with everything about this place the location the cleanliness, the layout, I mean the downstairs could’ve been a separate unit all to its own. You won’t be disappointed BOOKING here!!!. Our only regret was that we didn’t have time to let our granddaughters play on the playground outback!!! Book now don’t pass this one up!!!

Great getaway

Townhouse with everything needed for a quick getaway. We were going to Wahington D.C. for a few days and to another spor in Northern VA for a few days. This was centrally located. Home was spacious for my wife and I and our three kids. Quiet neighbors while we were there, close by to numerous shopping and dining.

Pleasant Stay

My family came to visit my son, who is stationed in Quantico for the weekend. We walked in and the pictures didn't give it justice. It's a beautiful home, with everything we could have wanted. All of the beds were extremely cozy and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to my questions leading up to the trip as well. Definitely would recommend and will most likely use the same place again and again. It's 15 minutes from my son's base and 40 minutes from Washington DC, with tons of shopping right down the road, as well as many restaurant choices.

Family Weekend

My family and I (total of 7) were in the VA/DC area for the weekend and needed a place that would accommodate five adults and two children; four bedrooms and three bathrooms were just what we needed! From the start, the host - Kofi - was attentive and responsive to all my inquiries and needs. Their property was in a lovely neighborhood and stocked with everything you could ever need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The property was very well maintained and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Spacious and tidy!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome is just as described and more! It is really clean and it has lots of space. My husband, daughter, mother-in -law, aunt and uncle, and me were visiting for our our son's Officers Candidate School graduation. The location was perfect - the four rooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family, only 10 minutes away from the Quatico base, centrally located to lots of restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this location to any family attending OCS graduation. Josephine and Kofi were very attentive and only a text away. We would definitely stay here again. Josephine and Kofi: thank you for sharing your townhome with our family!

Great stay!! 5+ stars for the hosts!

This place is a great place to stay. It's very clean and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable. It was a wonderful place for 8 adults and never seemed cramped. Plenty of room for us. One thing I do have to say about this place is that the hosts are amazing people!! They contacted me a couple of times to make sure everything was ok during our stay. We ran into an issue where our flights were canceled to come home and we couldn't leave for another day. We had reservations for 3 nights and because we missed our first night of the reservation (for our own personal reasons) they let me extend that reservation for another night at the end, at no extra charge!! I was truly amazed by that! They are very honest and generous people and I would rent from them anytime! You don't find people like that anymore. They really helped us out at a terrible time and I appreciate what they did for us. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You won't regret it.
