Cette propriĂ©tĂ© tropicale amusante est une maison joliment dĂ©corĂ©e de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 1 900 pieds carrĂ©s. Il est situĂ© sur Cosnina Drive et n'est qu'Ă  environ 3 km du London Bridge, du lac et de la marina. Cette superbe maison de vacances dispose d'un jacuzzi, d'une nouvelle piscine Baja Shelf et de 2 palmiers tiki-totem trĂšs frais en face. La cour arriĂšre possĂšde Ă©galement une terrasse couverte de bonne taille avec des ventilateurs de plafond et un barbecue. Il y a une salle de jeux spacieuse oĂč vous pouvez regarder la piscine Ă©tincelante Ă  travers le curseur de verre tout en tirant une partie de billard. La cuisine / salle Ă  manger a une sensation de plein air avec un grand comptoir de cuisine, des tabourets de bar et un curseur en verre donnant sur la piscine rafraĂźchissante et la cour. Il y a un parking pour bateaux et camping-cars sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la maison et Ă©galement un parking dans le garage pour 2 voitures. Wonderful home

Jamie was a wonderful host the house was beautiful and me and my family had an amazing time. We spent most of the time in the pool it being 112 out. The house had everything we needed we got to make lots of memories this trip. The house is very close to the lake and London Bridge. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you Jamie you were awesome and my family thanks u too.

The property was clean and beautiful. Very close to the lake. Everything you need to cook and be comfortable. The pool was clean but unfortunately it was too cold out. The Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Overall we gave it a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. We definitely will be back. PS: the host is as sweet as can be💖

Terrific Lake Havasu location

We stayed at Cosnina Drive for almost a month as a winter vacation. This home was very clean and was set up very nicely! The beds were comfortable and the location was centrally located to all the fun activities in town! The pool in the yard was a beautiful setting and the hot tub was very relaxing after 4 wheeling in the desert. Convenient access to the lake (a mile or so) for boating and sight seeing. Plenty of room in this house- at one time we had 4 adult couples and there was ample room for that week. Owners were very helpful and responsive to all inquiries and they had excellent tips for restaurants and shopping! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Nice home with a good location

Bigger house than we needed. Only used two of the bedrooms. Never used the pool or hot tub, so I can't speak about that. What we did use worked great for us. I appreciate that Jamie was very reachable and responded quickly to any of our concerns. You can see the sunset out of the front window. Located close to everything. Enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfy home, great for teens and kids!

We really enjoyed our stay with extended family at the Cosnina house. It's clean and cozy, great for our party of nine which included 5 kids between the ages of 7-16! Rental was easy and communication was smooth! Plenty of parking space for our boat and cars. (Call in advance to reserve a slip at the marina if that's your plan, it fills up quickly during the summer) The pool was such a treat in the evenings with a great view of the amazing Arizona night sky! Grocery stores, coffee shop, gas station and auto parts all nearby. Great little vacay during coronavirus as you can practice social distancing and still have a great time with your family at the lake and in the privacy of your own temporary home 😊

Spacious house in a great location

My family, along with 2 other small families, stayed at this home for a few nights recently. The house was clean and the pool was wonderful. There were a couple of mixups. I asked for an early check in but was told somebody was staying until 11am, only to be told by the owner (after I had already check in) that nobody had been there for several days. I also requested to have the a/c turned on prior to arriving but the owner had forgotten, so it took one pretty hot night of sleep before it was cool (and we had to leave the house for several hours after arriving to find some a/c). She did apologize several times and said this was not typical as they usually cool it prior to somebody arriving. the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook our meals which was great. There unfortunately wasn't enough extra sheets or pillowcases for the additional beds (there was one for the sofa bed, but none for the futon in the game room). So if you will be using those rooms in addition to the 4 bedrooms, make sure to bring some extra sheets and pillows. We would definitely stay at this house again, it is perfect for groups or families and the pool and pool table were wonderful additions. The owner was very responsive.

Labor Day Weekend Havasu Trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental property. Lots of fun for the kids and adults. The pool and ourside area made for a lot of fun for the kids and hanging out. There were 11 of us including 4 children and everyone fit perfectly! Thanks for the memories, we will be back!

Great weekend get away! Easy boat parking!

Was given the opportunity to stay in this home and was really happy with what we got. Pool was fun during the day, hot tub at night, pool table very entertaining, and the best part is parking was great for our 30 foot boat in the front of the house. Easy access on and off the road to the marina and great response from the hosts. Would very much recommend. Thank you for the great weekend!

Worked well for us for a thanksgiving getaway

Our friends and family went to this property for a thanksgiving getaway. We were able to use the hot tub but it was too cold to use the pool. The pool table got a lot of use from our group. Worked well for what we needed.

We (Bryon & Jamie Pyle) raised our family traveling to different lakes around CA. We spent 4-6 weeks a year doing Lake Vacations. We are a family that loves water sports & Lake Life. Lake Havasu was our favorite Lake out of them all! 11 years ago we bought our personal home in Lake Havasu, and then began buying homes for Vacation Rentals. We had 11 Vacation Rentals and operated them for the past 9 years. Recently, we decided it was time to sell several of the homes and keep our favorite 2 to continue to operate as Vacation Rentals. I (Jamie) was ready to slim down so I could have more free time to enjoy life, family, friends & grandbabies. We have enjoyed hosting many amazing Guests over the years and look forward the them returning each year! It has been great meeting so many different people from around the world! It is very rewarding to hear of the great memories they create while staying at our Homes. We have 3 married kids, & 6 grandbabies that are the highlight of our life. We go back and forth between Orange County, CA & Lake Havasu. Bryon runs his Mortgage Company in CA and Jamie runs our Havasu Vacation Rentals. We enjoy our Razor & hiking during the cooler months, and boating, water sports & jet skiing during the warmer months. We have truly become attached to the awesome community that Lake Havasu offers. The many different events, restaurants, activities & amazing people make Lake Havasu a true gem!!

The pool table room opens up to the back yard covered patio & pool through the large slider. The spa creates a great place to relax & unwind during cooler months. Our Guests LOVE this home with the open spacious living spaces it offers. It is nicely decorated & comfortable for your friends & family to enjoy a great vacation here. Parking is another huge perk for this home!!
