This was a great house for visiting Prescott, centrally located, clean, lots of natural light, well equipped kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house. Great job!!
Wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful Prescott!
Sibs and spouses weekend for the Rodeo. We had a wonderful time watching the parade and shopping at the arts and crafts fair literally steps from this charming home. Sleep came easily and the patio provided relaxing coffee time in the mornings and wine and cheese hour in the evenings. Great views, comfortable furnishings and very helpful, engaging and responsive host. Carrie is awesome!
This well stocked, comfy home is within walking distance of all that downtown Prescott has to offer. We enjoyed the restaurants, shops, taverns, ice cream selections, and our view from the deck. On our last day, Carrie offered a later checkout due to the fact that no other guests were coming in that day, how kind was that!!???!! Thanks, Carrie! My favorite excursion was kayaking and paddleboarding the beautiful Watson lake through Prescott Outdoor!
Lovely home, perfect location. But we had mice visiting us at night. After one ran over my foot, we left early. No compensation because we didnât give them a chance to resolve issue while staying there. Our choice but really I didnât feel comfortable. Something to think about.
Beautiful Property-With more than needed of Everything!!
We stayed 45 days at this property. The weather in January and February was not very nice. It wasn't nice anywhere though, so there you are! The location is perfect. Walking to downtown for shopping, dining and entertainment. The master suite upstairs is great.
Lots of space for relaxing, sleeping when others watch the TV. Easily sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The entertain package on the smart TV is outstanding when the weather is rough.
Carrie is great, responds very quickly when and issue occurs.
Choose this property and have a wonderful experience.

This was the perfect space for my partner, teenage daughter and her friend. We had plenty of space to spread out. Having the master suite upstairs was perfect for privacy. We loved coming together around the fireplace to chat and enjoy hot cocoa. My only complaint was tthe lack of bath soap. There were several hotel bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, but no soap.
We had a very enjoyable stay here in July. House was well stocked- plenty of linens and housewares. Quiet neighborhood. Location is close to the Whiskey Row, Courthouse area so we were able to walk there. Carrie was very responsive to all of our questions/concerns. Look forward to a return visit.
Well decorated and maintained home in great location.
Only downside - if anyone if your party is handicapped or has problems walking, you need to climb a short distance over gravel before getting to the stairs.
Our company stays at this wonderful home every year, and every year the staff remarks about how perfect the home is. It's within walking distance to the courthouse square, clean, comfortable, and Carrie is always quick to communicate from the moment we reserve to the time we need to check in. We come to Prescott for a work event and managing our accommodations is the easiest part of the trip.
We stayed for 3 days with my wifeâs sisters and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The place was very clean and in a great location just a couple of blocks from the downtown square.
We will be back.
You cannot beat this location for walkability to whiskey, Row, and the courthouse for the Christmas tree lighting. So much fun nearby! We had a great time. Thanks!
Cute and cozy stay in the heart of Prescott. Walking distance to the courthouse, restaurants, and historic Mount Vernon St. Communication with Property owner timely and easy. Thanks for a great stay!
We loved traveling to Prescott, Arizona's Christmas City, enjoying all that the town has to offer. Especially loved coming for the Tree Lighting Ceremony in December and the Boot Drop for New Year's Eve. Enjoy the drop at 10 then walk back and watch the 12 o'clock from the balcony! The Rodeo in July is a must-do...the oldest Rodeo in the World! Enjoy the Craft Fares and car shows along with all the History. Famous Bars and all the Fine dining options. Walk back home from a lovely day/evening in town or take a free ride in one of the golf carts set up to shuttle you around town! Love being close to everything! The end of Marina St has Depot Marketplace... where you can find a Sprouts Farmers Market, Verizon, Staples, get your nails or dry cleaning done. Founding Fathers is an interesting place worth investigating. Of course, walking to Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square, Dinner choices and several new Brewery options invite you to sample.
Every trip to Prescott made me love it more. I was lucky enough to find this home in 2014. It is charming and cheery. I love being able to walk to the downtown and enjoy all that it has to offer. Alas, I am not able to live here full time, so look forward to sharing my good fortune with you. Plan a few days away and perhaps you too will come to love the four seasons and enjoy watching the snow fall at New Years!
Morning and Sunset views of Thumb Butte! Sit on the front balcony, while you enjoy a beverage or BBQ. Enjoy the views from inside while enjoying the ambient fire when you are home. The Location is just two blocks from downtown and all that is offered there. Once you arrive, no more driving is required... unless you want to explore the numerous Prescott area attractions.
