Awesome stay in Provenza

Can’t say enough about the location, lots of cafe’s, restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. We felt safe and the host was super responsive. Definitely a party outside, but quiet once you close doors.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa de Reloj. Everything from the location to the facilities to even the housekeeper was top notch. In fact, I think I’ll stay in the same place next time I go back to Medellín.

Excellent experience in Medellin

Convenient location (right next to a huge number of restaurants and bars, fun perk was fun outdoor gym and soccer court nearby), excellent service, lots of rooms and bathrooms and a regular housekeeping service if desired. Would highly recommend.

Another wonderful and worry-free stay

This was our 3rd trip back to Medellin and at Casa del Reloj. We have been very fortunate to have found this perfect house for our stay. The staff has always been welcoming, wonderful, and so very easy to work with. They are very responsive and accommodating. We recommend Casa Del Reloj and its staff to anyone and we look forward to our next trip back to Medellin and to stay in this wonderful house in 2025.

Great place, great location, great service

My group of friends stayed here in May 2022 for 4 days. Everything was great! Communication was there, they helped arrange airport pick up, a chef to come in for meals we requested, and Covid tests. The space is very clean and spacious and in the heart of Poblado- down the block from tons of bars/restaurants/nightlife. They were very attentive to our needs and helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Gorgeous spot, amazing customer service AND a hot tub in the living room!

This place was perfect for our group. We were walkable to all kinds of amazing places right in the Poblado area. The property manager recommended the most amazing spot just around the corner for cocktails, one of my favorite places of our whole trip. They were ready to help us whenever we needed recommendations and the place was just gorgeous. So unique and that hot tub in the living room was amazing. They also had great wifi for our friends who had to work a little while we were there. If you plan to visit Medellín, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Weekend golf trip

The location of the house was perfect because it is located next to a wonderful and lively scene of bars, restaurants, and fun activities. There is a small grocery store withing a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The checking in and check out process couldn't be simpler and quick. The management team are extremely responsive and want to make your stay pleasant and memorable. This was our 2nd time we have used this exact location and will comeback again. 5 Starts for the accommodation and management team. I'd recommend this location to anyone without any reservations.

Wow what a place to stay in Poblado!

First I have to say the pictures do not do this property justice. I have stated in many high end places and this is one of my absolute favorites. The architecture is beautiful and reminiscent of old world Latin culture. We were a group of 5 male friends and had more than enough space for everyone to celebrate my Bachelor party. We weren't here to only party all day and night but to enjoy the city and all it has to offer... Even though we had some great party nights ;) Everything was clean, the kitchen has everything you need as if you were home and wanted to host friends or family. The location is literally 1 block from the action of Parque Lleras. The management of this property was the pinnacle of our stay, everything has handled for us and any questions we had answered within minutes if not immediately. The location is secure with a safe in every room. I can go on and on but needless to say as we visit Medellin often (especially now that COVID restrictions are slowing down) we will definitely be back to this location. Don't get sucked into the other properties with gringo prices do some research on your own and you'll see this place is the real deal. Many many thanks to the team at Casa Del Reloj. You all were superb and we cannot wait to come back and stay with you again.

One of the Best in Medellin

We recently stayed a week in Casa Del Reloj. I constantly have friends and co-workers that stay in different locations in Medellin, so I’m very familiar with Numerous Airbnb and High end hotels like the Charlee. I believe Casa del Reloj is the best both combination of both. You have the Liberty of an Airbnb but the service of a High End Hotel. The location is private and at the same time close to all the best restaurants and night life, you are walking distance to everything. The actual location is very beautiful it has a brick colonial style design, the Jacuzzi is great you can just sit back and relax, all the rooms are very comfortable. They have direct TV and we were able to watch all the NBA Playoff Games. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating, they helped book reservations and exclusive restaurants, the also facilitated parking for when I needed to use it. In one instance we had forgotten to put the “please come and clean sign” on our door and when the staff was ready to leave at 4:30 pm I asked them I could just have some fresh towels, they still came in, changed all the towels, cleaned the sheets, and washed all the dishes. They also facilitated the check out since we were leaving on sat at 4:30am to the airport, they came in checked everything and gave us back our cash security deposit. This is by far one my favorite locations in Medellin and we will be staying here again.

Perfect Family/Group Stay in Medellín!

I can't think of a better space for my family (4 couples) and myself to have shared before and after my wedding events! Even prior to our arrival, the Casa del Reloj staff was very thoughtful and responsive with my questions. Upon arrival, the space was clean and the staff available in person and via phone to address any of our concerns - from helping us get a taxi, to a question about the jacuzzi (I missed the intro walk through space with them as I was handling bride/wedding stuff), and even to a last minute request for a printout I needed for my wedding ceremony! The location is perfect for those who want to be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Parque Lleras area yet also removed enough from these to have a quiet night's sleep (this was important for me). Whether it was going to the supermarket or nearby mall to watch a movie, this seemed like a very central location for me. Everyone who stayed here says they want to return (even the groom who visited but stayed elsewhere and said they'd like to stay here as well). It was such a great stay that I found out that during my honeymoon while I was traveling around Colombia, my family decided to stay a few more days here (well other space available at property since this one with 5 rooms and jacuzzi was booked)! The cost is definitely more than your average options in the area but that is because this place is above average. It is a "treat yourself" space, great for special occasions. I'm thankful that I found it available for my dates and that the staff made it a smooth experience for all of us. This made for a very happy and stress-free bride! We will definitely be returning here for anniversary celebrations and family gatherings.

It was a great stay until the end...

The property was so beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful! My friends and I had a great experience up until it was time for us to depart. We are a group of 6 and booked a van airport transfer through CdR to the airport. Our flight was early in the morning (7am) so I asked the property manager the night before our scheduled departure about my cash deposit. She assured me that in the morning when I checked out somebody would be on site to return my cash deposit. The next morning (check out day) we are all ready to head to the airport and to our dismay there was no van airport transfer and no one from the property staff to assist us! We were in a state of panic, frenzy and outrage! No one from the property management's office was answering the cell phone or text messages. The phone was locked in the property management's office that we could hear ringing every time we called. No one from the property management staff was on hand to help us with our van issue or return our security deposit! As the minutes kept ticking and no driver was insight we had no choice but to try get a cab off the street which is no easy feat that early in the morning in El Poblado. Not just 1 cab BUT to get 3 separate cabs that could fit us and our luggage. Just as the last group of 2 got into the 3rd cab the van finally showed up. The driver apologised and said that he overslept. I appreciated his honesty but by now we were racing to the airport with a few minutes to spare to make our flight. Through the grace of God we were able to make our flight! But we still left Medellin without our security deposit! A few hours later the staff of CdR returned my messages and apologised for the tardy van airport transfer and for failure to return the security deposit. They offered to send the money via PayPal and would cover the fees we incurred. They then had the audacity to offer us a free night stay at the CdR at a future date after paying for two nights. I found it to be pretty assumptious of them that I would return to Medellin. Why would you offer to compensate me for my troubles with an offer that I can never use in the future? It is not cheap to lodge at CdR and my friends and I also booked massages, personal chef services and excursions through CdR and we would have appreciated a compensation that would have truly exemplified that CdR cared about the inconvenience we suffered.

Wow, Emanuela! A two-star review after giving you and your group a five-star experience?!? We bent over backwards for you your entire stay, responding to more requests than all but a few groups since we have been in operation. Purely as a courtesy, we help guests with transportation and other activities at no charge and with no remuneration. You should know we have no control over such services. We are a private home, not a hotel yet we exceed guests expectations consistently--hence our 5-star reviews almost across the board. That said you had a horrible experience with that transportation service and we are very sorry to hear about that. We will not be referring him in the future. As for the deposit, that is a click of a keyboard to return to you by PayPal, so why you felt the need to point that out as a negative is beyond me.

Fabulous location, great house, friendly and helpful staff

Had a truly fantastic time staying here this past week. The location is perfect - steps away from amazing shops and restaurants, but just secluded enough that the noise from the bars doesn't keep you up at night. I had a large group with a lot of shifting dates and different arrival times and the staff was so helpful and gracious throughout - helping us set up airport transfers and giving fantastic local recommendations. Can't review these guys highly enough!

Awesome

Had an amazing time at this home. Very spacious. Staff including the maids were awesome. The hot tub in the living room was my favorite feature. Just lovely! Ubered the whole weekend with no issues

Best Spot in Medellin

We loved our stay at Casa del Reloj. We stayed at the 5 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous Jacuzzi in the middle of living room.The location is the best (steps away from the finest restaurants, boutiques and cafes). The place is super clean, beautiful design, complimentary daily housekeeping, and the concierge services they offer (e.g., arranging ground transportation, paragliding, tours and reservations). Highly recommended and I cannot wait to visit Medellin again.

Great Location. Great Management

Had an awesome here. Everything was prepared for us when we arrived and the check in/out process was very smooth. The owner gave us a great recommendation for dinner on our last night in Medellin. Highly recommend staying at Casa Del Reloj.

Amazing accommodations in Medellin!

I was part of a group of 8 that stayed in the Cascada Plus unit for a couple of nights at the end of our time in Medellin , and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip! The location in El Poblado is perfect, quiet but also steps away from amazing restaurants and bars. The home itself was gorgeously furnished and well taken care of, with complimentary daily housekeeping. The staff are very knowledgeable and speak fluent English, and even helped us by printing our boarding passes before calling a van to transport us to the airport. We all felt very fortunate to get to stay there, and definitely plan on returning.
