We absolutely loved Casa Del Reloj! You can’t beat the location! The rooms were all perfect. The open air courtyard was awesome to hangout in. The rooftop view was spectacular. Nahir was a such a gracious host. Would 100 percent book again. Don’t miss out on this place!

Incredible location and amenities.Literally 8 steps from the entrance of Provenza you are perfectly positioned for nightlife.The gas powered grill and communal areas are great for dinners and hanging around as is the rooftop heated jacuzzi.4 king beds with bathrooms were great and the management is super attentive and responsive. Pay the extra fee to have a lady come cook traditional breakfast for everyone with fruits and juices and coffee and eggs to make your day even easier.Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time in Medellin! The Penthouse suite was great, and John Paul was a fabulous host! The location can not be beat, and the Jacuzzi on the roof was perfect for relaxing. I will definitely be staying there again!

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

The home was beautiful and in a perfect location. We were lucky enough to have time to enjoy the Jacuzzi on the roof. Beautiful view. This home was right around the corner from Medellin restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Spectacular Home with amazing amenities

Wow - Can't say enough about this Penthouse. The best I've ever stayed at in Medellin. Truly a luxury experience. I felt like I was in a private villa in Tuscany but with added luxury like a rooftop Hot tub and Theater screen living room. Every amenity and the location was absolutely perfect. Can't wait to book my next stay.

Excellent property, the pictures don’t do it justice, plenty of space and very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is attentive and excellent. There was no concerns about safety and the location is wonderful. There was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the place although it was addressed and taken care of promptly.

Absolutely stunning penthouse in the coolest area

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were adults and 3 kids staying in the Cielo penthouse. It’s design and layout is flawless. Wonderful jacuzzi on rooftop with the city all around you. Some of the best restaurants right outside your door! The staff were exceptionally helpful arranging everything. Beautiful & comfortable rooms. Truly loved on stay here! If visiting Medellin don’t hesitate to stay at this fab spot!

Amazing stay in an enchanting land

I enjoyed "La Casa del Reloj" as much as i did the entire trip to Medellin. The condo was just amazing. We were a family of 3 with an infant, and they bent over backwards to take of us. The girls in the front were so accommodating, and the owner is a great guy. The beds great, showers amazing!, clean home!! The A/C in the bedrooms were a great treat when it came to night time. I recommend this home for anyone visiting Medellin. Really it's in an amazing area, lots of nightlife!! BIG TIME RECOMMEND!

Casa Del Reloj was absolutely a 5 star experience. Not only was our luxury suite (Ceilo)beautiful with not one but 2 fountains and an open roof concept; we also had 2 of our very own hammocks. We had access to our own roof deck with a jacuzzi and stunning views of Medellín. Every last detail was noticed including the most comfortable ergonomic couches we had the pleasure of experiencing. I wish we could have them in our own home! The location of Casa Del Reloj couldn’t have been better. Just steps away from the cutest street with cafes, boutiques, and even an outdoor gym! What really puts this place over the top is the gracious staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and gave the best recommendations on restaurants and excursions. I will definitely be back!

Awesome and totally amazing. What an experience!

This is probably the best location in all of El Poblado Medellin. Our host John Paul was fantastic in explaining the construction and design elements, and showing us the apartment. Everything, from the dramatic entrance to the jacuzzi on the roof were fantastically designed and well thought out. We even had electric outlets in every place we could think of for our laptops and cell phones. The 90 inch TV is mind blowing. Great quality image for a projection system. The view from our balcony in the mornings was spectacular as we had a great view of the hills of Medellin dotted with all the high rises and the unique local birds singing and dancing within our view made it all worth while. From the front door we could find a great restaurant within 1-5 minutes of walking distance at any of 20+ local restaurants.

Beautiful Place in Medellin

Ivan arranged a driver for airport pickup which made our arrival so much easier. Lily greeted us and showed us to this beautiful and spacious apartment with a rooftop view. We met Ivan later in the day and he was available and responsive during our stay. Their recommendations were great and made our experience so much better, truly helpful. Being in El Poblado we were located away from the clubs but weekends you can hear some music from the bars. It was convenient for walking everywhere within 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment located at an intersection that is quite busy and gets noisy early in the morning but otherwise it was perfect for us. Although it was three of us, glad to have access to a rooftop. Would definitely book again with more people. Thanks for making my birthday celebration special.

Magnifico!

If visiting Medellin, El Cielo at Casa Del Reloj is THE PLACE TO STAY! Not only is the complex AMAZING - the apartment, beautiful, clean and spacious; the rooftop hot tub, divine; the views, gorgeous; the location, perfect (very central, and nearby to a market, restaurants, and fun nightlife), the AC throughout the apartment, clutch; etc. - the hospitality my friends and I experienced was like that of a 5 star hotel. The Casa Del Reloj team is extremely helpful and friendly, and never hesitated to go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Overall, I can honestly say that I highly doubt there's a better place to stay than Casa Del Reloj when staying in Medellin, factoring in accommodations, the host/hospitality, and location. My friends and I loved the place and even after leaving for home, couldn't stop Whatsapping about how much we enjoyed our stay here. If I were to return to Medellin, I wouldn't consider choosing any other place to stay, assuming availability. So if you're planning a trip to Medellin, don't hesitate and book El Cielo at Casa Del Reloj! I promise you won't regret it!

Great weather, great area

This is a great location, about 2-3 blocks from the majority of the night life (parque lleras). The owner (John Paul and Dore) are very friendly and were available at all times and were helpful in providing tips on where to go, what to eat, etc. They were really cool and easy going. A group of us (4 people), spent 4 nights in El Cielo which was awesome. It is very new and well thought out. It had 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is ample space (over 3700+ square feet) to spread out and give each person their space. The top level has a jacuzzi which can easily accommodate 8-10 adults. It also provides good views of the city. The rental has everything that you could need including a washer and dryer, which I used on 2 occasions. We used the projector screen tv to watch the NBA playoffs. We also used the big screen to watch apple tv and listen to music. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, coffee maker, fridge with ice maker/water, cups and plates. I can't think of any negatives. I appreciated the safe in each room although the area is very safe and quiet. I walked around at night without any problems. There are a number of restaurants (indian, thai) that are very close. We used the currency exchange which is literally steps away and they gave us a better rate than what we got in Bogota. This is the area to see and be seen. People are all friendly and very nice. We will be back for sure.

In the hear of Medellin's Night Life

The location was on point. This would have to be the selling point to this property. In the mix of all the action. Shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Safe area and easy access for friends to come and visit. The house itself boasts plenty of room for you and your guests. Very open floor plan with an outside courtyard. Jacuzzi on top floor is isolated from the rooms which in my opinion is great. There are a few details that can be improved, the mildew smell from time to time. The beds are more on the firm side rather than soft. Two living rooms with tv viewing is redundant, pool table, ping pong, or poker table would have been better suited for this large layout of the floor. I would suggest that the parking space in front of the property be granted to the guest staying there on a first come first serve basis with a permit given by the property. Since the courtyard is open and there are near by trees, mosquitoes are prevalent. The Wifi should have a more solid signal, intermittent from time to time. The Staff is very professional and very attentive to any and all our needs. Very helpful and caring. They are the reason I would return to stay again. No issues. My only hope is that the owner reads these suggestions and takes them into consideration, otherwise over time the same complaints would possibly hurt the demand for this property.

Amazing Place

La Casa Del Reloj is an amazing place to stay at! Staying there feels a little like being out in the country…but you are in the middle of the city. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop jacuzzi sets the place apart. If there’s anything negative to say about the place is that it’s time for new mattresses as the ones there are pretty hard. But i have absolutely no complaints. The place is great, the staff was very attentive and friendly. Love la Casa Del Reloj!

Unbelievably family experience at CDR

My three brothers and I were fortunate enough to spend this past week at Casa Del Reloj and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. Gorgeous architecture, stylish interior design, incredible staff, amazing location, 5 star hotel amenities. We were right in the middle of happening night life and great cuisine. The staff made our vacation effortless by being welcoming and accommodating. They went beyond the call of duty by arranging all of our activities and transportation as well as making themselves available day and night for whatever we needed. The owner made us feel very welcome and gave us great recommendations in the area. I’ve never stayed in a place so beautiful in my life. The roof top views and the open garden next to our living room were breath taking. We can’t wait to go back.

Casa del Reloj is Amazing!

I consider myself well-travelled and never have I experienced the beauty, luxury, and comfort afforded by Casa del Reloj. My wife and I are retired and the past 3 summers have gone on vacations around the world with two other couples. No place has blended natural beauty with urban excitement quite like the neighborhood of el Poblado, and no hotel I have ever seen, let alone stayed in, has accomplished the same feat but to an exponential degree. My wife and our friends laughed about how we had travelled all the way to Colombia from Michigan and did not want to leave our hotel! It’s truly the most unique, amazing establishment any of us have ever seen. With fountains and gardens INSIDE our suite, the open-air concept in parts of it was mind-blowing. I spoke to the proprietor about it because it was so different from anything I’ve experienced, and he informed me that Medellin is one of only 3 regional climates that allow for such ambitious architectural design. The staff at Casa del Reloj are so friendly and helpful. They assisted in setting up all of our excursions and were available around the clock for any little thing we needed. I will definitely be recommending CDR to friends and family and I plan to make a return visit in the not so distant future!

Excelente lugar en todos los aspectos!

Viajé a Medellín con 3 colegas más por cuestiones de trabajo y me hospedé en la casa de reloj por 3 noches. Es un lugar muy cómodo, tranquilo, espacioso. Como teníamos que hacer reuniones con clientes, contábamos con suficiente espacio para trabajar. El internet es muy veloz, que era justo lo que necesitabamos. Además, Cielo cuenta con un vídeo beam que pudimos emplear para las presentaciones y, con suerte, en una de las noches hubo un partido y proyectarlo allí fue genial! El personal es muy amable y está pendiente de todos los detalles. Todos los días hacian el aseo muy bien. El apartamento es muy limpio. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño. Todos los espacios del apartamento son muy amplios. El apartamento cuenta con un jacuzzi en el último piso, muy agradable para relajarse en la noche y hablar con los amigos mientras disfrutas de una buena cerveza. Las puertas no tienen cerraduras para llaves sino que se abren con código. Excelente sector. Cruzando la puerta se encuentran todo tipo de restaurantes y bares.
