Good building and great security. But apartments needs work compared to others with the same price. It was dirty too. Found Roth picks just laying on the floor from last tenants. No TV in the living room to relax with friends. Wallpaper peeling making it look bad. Bed was comfy though.

Condo was Great!

This condo provided great comfort and wonderful views from every angle. The security guards and workers were nice and accommodating. The location was superb easy access to shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

A Beautiful condo

Condo was as advertised. A beautiful well maintained building. Roof-top amenities (pool, hot tub, steam room, gym, sitting area) is the big attraction. Please note there is no air conditioning but then again, you really do not need it. Condo is well appointed with generous living space. Plenty of hot water.

Medellin is a Gem and a his property is Great!

I love this property.... It's truly a gem, Andreas whom I checked in with was so friendly...the security team and the restaurant are all amazing.... The rooftop gym and pool give you resort experience Thank you for the stay..I'm in Colombia for 3 months..so I will book this apartment again

Modern Masterpiece in Medellin

The perfect vacation starts with a superb booking such as this. The location is fantastic, the hosts are wonderful and communicate everything upfront, and the people associated with the building are tremendous. I did fall in love with Medellin and it began with a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed the restaurant (on the ground floor), gym and pool area (top floor) the most. We didn’t like that the water pressure in the shower was low and hot water was limited. Community on with the hostess was efficient, however, she was unable to fix most of the inconvenience we encountered such as lack of toilet paper. The apartment itself is comfortable and modern, just like the pictures.

No Hot Water

Overall the place was very clean just like the pictures. Very nice view. However the hot water was not working properly you couldn’t take a shower longer than 5-7 minutes so with 2 occupants I was impossible to shower. I notified the owner who said they would send someone to fix/look at it. No one ever came to actually fix the hot water.! So we ended up having to heat up pots of water on the stove just to be able to wash our bodies which was completely unacceptable! I literally reached out to the owner & spoke with her for the time we were at the unit hoping to get this issue taken care of before we left with no success!! With that being said I will not be staying there again

Amazing

The property is located in a very nice area, although it is a bit of a walk, I appreciated the fact it was not as noisy. The property itself is wonderful and has windows to allow fresh air throughout. The only thing I did not like was some folks below were partaking of weed and I hate that smell. There were guards at the door, check in desk was incredible helpful and the coffee shop and restaurant were superb. I did have a few questions and when I asked, within a very short period of the time the host responded. Could not ask for a better host. A couple things I wish. 1. a bigger safe to accommodate a laptop and camera gear. 2. The washer has the hot and cold reversed. Those are quite minor though as this is a property I would not hesitate to stay in again and look forward to it.
