La cabine 1 a 2 chambres et 2 futons qui font des lits doubles. 8 couchages. De plus, cette cabine a une vue magnifique sur le lac depuis la fenĂȘtre du salon.
This is our third year staying in cabin 1 and we still love it. The cabin is rustic but clean. The lake, firepit and kayaks are what we come back for each year. The location is very relaxing with excellent customer service.
We stayed in Cabin 1 which had a greatvriw of the lake. It was very clean and organized. They were very friendly and helpful. We all took the kayaks out on the lake and had a great t8me. Definitely will stay there again.
We stayed in cabin 1 and it was perfect! The owners were so nice. Only a half hour from Traverse City. The cabin was cute and rustic. It had a fully equipped kitchen and charcoal grills outside. Perfect views of the lake and each cabin had their own firepit. We will be going back!
Overall the cabin was good. It was a little small. It is advertised due 8 people, but it works have been very cramped. We had two adults and three children ages 8, 10,&12.The Beach area was ok and the kayaks and paddle boards could use some TLC. Other than that, it was a good experience.
My family had a great time staying here!!! We kayaked, paddle boarded rented a pontoon boat and even did some swimming ( even though our luck preceeded us and it was only like 70 degrees after being in the 90s for like the last 4 weeks prior:/). We had a campfire every night!! Really good time unplugged!!!! We will be back next summer (just a little sooner in the season ) !! Jeff ( the prpoery manager/? owner) was awesome to work with!!!
This our third year staying here, and as long as we continue to vacation in NE lower Michigan we'll keep coming back.
The cabins are very well kept up, clean, with modern appliances, and Wifi. Bathroom is roomy with more than enough hot water for our family of four.
If you look on Google maps it appears as if the Lake Cabins Resort is wedged in with houses on all sides. Strictly speaking the neighboring houses are close, but the area is quiet and the cabins are laid out spaciously and enclosed in foliage so that you never feel claustrophobic.
Fife Lake is beautiful. Firewood is always available and each cabin has a firepit. Our kids, 20 & 23, were perfectly content to watch the sunset, and then sit around the campfire.
Kayaks are available at the beach area, although it isn't a "beach" so much as it is a swim area. Parents with young children will appreciate the shallow water and sandy play area where they can easily keep an eye on their little ones.
The village of Fife Lake is far enough off the beaten track that you're not elbow to elbow with other tourists. Yet it's close enough to Traverse City that you can easily drive anywhere from Sleeping Bear to Petoskey in less than an hour.
The hosts, Jeff and Becky, are wonderful. If you have any problem at all they'll get it taken care of immediately.
This is our second time in cabin 1 and our family really loved it. Beautiful view of the lake with access to kayaking. We really enjoy the outdoor area with firepits. It is a rustic cabin with a small bathroom but the cabin is always very clean.
We loved staying here! The cabins were clean and also had extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen had the basic necessities that you would want or need for camping. The lake is perfect for your kids as it is shallow and kind of blocked off by the docks and boat hoists. The kayaks were a fun addition to use as well. The owner, Becky, was so sweet and kind! She was so helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best time ever! We highly recommend staying here! We definitely will be back!
Jeff and Beckey's property was perfect for our family reunion. We rented the house and all of the cabins and each family had their own space - it was perfect. The house and cabins have everything you need and everything was spotless! We spent lots of time swimming in the lake, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The little kids had fun playing in the beach and shallow water area. The outside area around the cabins was perfect for eating meals together, outdoor movie night, 80's night, and talking around the fire pit. We ventured into Traverse City and visited the Sleeping Bear Dunes national park. We highly recommend this property!
We rented several cabins for an extended family vacation. The cabins and property is equipped with everything one needs to enjoy their stay. Itâs beautifully kept and the owners are attentive and overall great people! Having the beach, kayaks, and paddle boards assures there is no need to venture elsewhere. But if one is inclined Itâs close enough to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and Traverse City. We had an amazing trip and canât wait to book again for next summer!
We stayed in cabin 1 and absolutely loved the view! The fire pit place was wonderful with open grass in front for our kids to play. Chairs were cozy and over looking the water. It was so relaxing! We enjoyed everything about our stay including the kayaks! Owners are super friendly and responsive! We canât wait to be back!
I rented 4 cabins, #s 1, 6, 3 and 5. The beds were too soft but clean. Bathrooms in 1 and 6 were good. bathrooms in 3 and 5 are step down and smaller. AC/heat, overhead fan in 6 worked well. all appliances worked well. kayaks were fun as was the rental pantoon .Plenty of clean towels, plates etc. in 6. beautiful view of lake. The house on the lake looks good. 30 minute drive to Traverse City, and hour plus to Empire for Sand Dunes. We had a great time.

Had a great time staying here! The cabins are cute and just as described. Loved being on the lake and having free access to the kayaks. Also was convenient for my group to travel to Traverse City for wine tastings. Would stay again!
Amazing view and great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. I even got to dock in my 16ft fishing boat and the fishing was very good. Kids had a great time swimming and the night campfire was wonderful. Parking was a little tight but no big deal. Bathroom is a weird setup between each room with not much privacy and no vent fan. Overall nice place for small Family.
Nice clean cabin... friendly service and fair pricing. Bummed we had such poor weather for the weekend and couldn't fully enjoy the nature around us but overall a good place to stay. A bit farther of a drive to TC than I expected but great views.
This is a great property with a great view. The communication with the owners from start to finish was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back next fall and hopefully the summer too.
Clean, practical, and well stocked (but small) cabin with a beautiful view. The owners are very hospitable and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.
Jeff is a great host. Heâs attentive to visitor needs. The property is located in convenient area, and the amenities are sufficient for a nice getaway from normal life. The hosts have made smart moves to make this property comfortable and unique while focusing on customer experience.
My wife and I are semi-retired. We enjoy meeting people and our goal is to make sure everyone has a great vacation. We are not a resort that tries to nickel and dime you. We have complimentary kayak and paddle board for our guest to use. We also offer boat rentals that are priced under market pricing. We would love to meet you and have you stay at the resort. Jeff and Beckey
My wife and I choose this property due to the beach and waterfront access. The cabins are great and the water is clean. Fife Lake was awarded the cleanest lake in Michigan. Great fishing also.
We are a short drive from the Sand Dunes, Traverse City and other popular locations. This is a peaceful resort to relax after a day of visiting many of Michigan's popular locations.
