The house was excellent and the host was great. We had a problem with the front office, amenities, and the pool being closed on most of our trip. We got there on June 19th - June 26th. Everything was closed on June 22nd - June 26th. The owner said that there was nothing they could do to give us a discount. We had kids with us and no pool or amenities for 4 days.

Third time staying in florida. The house was very dirty which is too bad for the owners as they outsource that. Missing some main things in the kitchen such as oven mitts, large baking sheets etc. Pans could use an upgrade. My sister in law loving ice wanted me to point out the ice machine on fridge is amazing though.

Great Location and Great Stay

I stayed in Sue's unit end of June 2013. Coral Cay is a gated community and it is very nice and quiet. The unit is very clean and cozy. The owner Sue is very helpful and very professional. The location is great and just minutes to all of the theme parks. It's also close to Walmart and other stores. Our family had a great time there. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends.

Great location and space. Was a little disappointed that there were not enough bath towels for us and no washcloths at all. Kids enjoyed it. The bed on the main floor isike a hammock in that you roll and sink in the middle. Not comfortable for 2. I would definitely recommend this pmace to friends and family. It was close to everything we needed. Thank you

it would have been ok but it was not clean. there was DIRTY UNDERWEAR in the bathroom from the prior guest, sticky counters, and the floors were disgusting. it would've been nice to have a coffee set up with coffee, creamer, sweetener. its the first place i e stayed that didnt provide that.

Owners were great

My unit was not very clean when I got there and the pool was closed for 6 weeks right after I arrived. Kent and Sue were great to work with. They gave me a credit for not having the pool and came by to clean and fix things that I had a problem with. All in all a great location to stay.

Nice place

The property was nice, quiet neighborhood, the pots, and pans could have been better in the kitchen. The bed linens needed to be replaced. The owners were very nice. We had a issue with one of the twin beds falling. And one phone call it was fixed. I would recommend this property to my friends.

The hot tub is not advertised and will not be available due to the high maintenance and cost. Movie theater is located not the club house. One of the pool is under maintenance work during your stay which is out of our control.

Cheap place close to Disney

Great location and decent kitchen. Generally in need of an upgrade. Bed mattresses offer little support and need replacement. A coat of paint would make the place look nice. New towels needed. tv remotes don't work. Light bulbs missing. Hot tub in community centre had lukewarm water.

Thanks you for your feedback. We will take it as constructive advise. Remote battery has been replaced. Light bulbs were changed. Towels are new and complaint was filed towards the property management for pools. Painting has been completed. Mattresses and backboards are completed upgraded so are towels, sheets and comforters. The community pools are addressed through the resort management. Hope you have a chance to come back and witness the improvements.

Spacious home.

The condo itself was spacious and had plenty of room for our big family. Pool was great and owner gave very easy instructions how to enter the gated community and the condo itself. It was very clean, but one complaint. The towels were old and not supplied in each bathroom. There were no paper towels or kitchen towels (had to use a bath towel to dry hands/dishes in the kitchen). And, the master bed had no sheets on it. Discovered this too late at night to contact the owner, but I'm sure if it was during the day they would have helped us. Thankfully we found a sheet in the closet (to the eye, looked clean.... was it really? Not sure, but we couldn't sleep directly on the mattress). If the towels/sheets situation would have been better, we would have given it a 5 star rating. All else was wonderful!

This house was tired/not clean and not well provisioned.

Our stay was Jan 8 to Jan 15/23. It is such a shame that this property was not up the level of the description, which was posted on the Vrbo website. The house is in a great location. The house, on the outside, was neat and well kept. The inside was a different story. The interior was very tired and mostly not clean. The furniture was stained and dirty. There were minimal utensils, in the kitchen. We had an issue with the cable tv signals, not working, on all the TV's. We called the Management company, phone number, which was listed in the welcome information, and logged the trouble call. The management company said the call was logged and we would get a return call, from a technician. We never did. We fixed the issue, ourselves. In conclusion, it was not as advertized. SMB (Canada)

Nothing Gormet or luxurious

First, let me say that everyone I spoke to, from the property manager to the owner, was very polite and responsive. However, this property was definitely not as advertised. First, the security gates are chained open, so anyone has access to the property. Then the description states there is a "gormet kitchen that is fully equipped" but that's not even close to accurate. What they have listed is all that's available. We had to buy foil baking pans and pot holders to use the oven. Be prepared to even buy your own toilet paper. The luxury that's supposed to come from the club house is dated at best, or completely closed for repair. We have let the property manager and the owner/lister know that we were disappointed and made suggestions to improve their listing description. The property was clean for the most part, minus the giant foot print in the main upstairs bathroom tub, so that was good. One of the very disappointing things was not having air conditioning. It wasn't working when we got there and it took three days to fix. I hope things improve and maybe the next renter will be more prepared. as advertised.
