Ocean City, MD 3 BR, 2 BA condo vue sur l'océan près de la 128e rue avec cuisine récemment rénovée. Une belle unité au 1er étage à quelques pas de la plage et de nombreuses attractions populaires. Cette unité dormira 8-9. Veuillez apporter vos propres draps et draps. Télévision par câble et WiFi dans chaque chambre! Toutes les chambres sont fraîchement peintes, ont des téléviseurs muraux et des ventilateurs de plafond et de nouveaux traitements de fenêtre! Salle de bain principale récemment rénovée avec douche carrelée du sol au plafond. Nous avons également une laveuse et une sécheuse complètes. Cette propriété locative se sentira comme à la maison! Nice get away

It was a great experience overall; we did have trouble with internet in the bedrooms.The communication with owner was great!Beach was close.All amenities worked in the house.Just remember to bring lien, mentioned in description.

Loved the location! Right next to the beach and two of our favs…Dumser’s and The Crab Bag! Place was clean and host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Would love to stay here again!

OC beach condo great location

We had a wonderful time staying in OC for our annual 4th of July family vacation. The condo is a first floor unit with a reserved parking spot right in front of the unit. This made for very easy loading and unloading.The beach is less than a minute walk and only a few minutes walk to North Park, Uber bagels, Sunsations, a new mini golf course and lots of great restaurants. Ample space for our family to spread out with our kids having their own rooms and having two bathrooms instead of us all trying to share one.

Perfect beach getaway!

My family and I came for the weekend and were so impressed with the location to the beach and comfort of the home! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to relax. The outdoor patio is also very nice and loved the reserved parking! Host was very responsive and had all the info we needed before we arrived. Would stay here again!

Perfect location!

Loved the convenience to the beach and popular OC and Dewey spots! Loved the layout for privacy (bedrooms and baths located in the back of the unit). Beautiful kitchen and baths. Very convenient to pop back and forth to the beach all day long! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Holiday Weekend!!

My family and i had A wonderful holiday weekend staying at the Dawes’. It was perfect location, right off of coastal highway where we could take the bus to anywhere we wanted to go ($3 all day). The condo was beautifully decorated and the rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely love to stay again the next time we go to Ocean City!!

We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful family condo! We had everything we needed to make our stay functional, fun and comfortable!! Relaxing OC getaway!

We had a wonderful long weekend! The condo had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. We didn’t cook dinners while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked. Great time in North Ocean City

We have been staying in this area for many years, and we always wanted to give this building a try. This area offers great accessibility to restaurants, grocery, and north ocean city. The condo is a 6 unit building on the first floor. The layout blocked any living room/ kitchen noise , which we liked . We would reserve this unit again.

Great family location.

Loved the location. Close enough to walk to beach, ice cream, mini gold, store and bus stop! Quiet area! Nice neighbors couldn't hear neighbors. Was disappointed that there was no toilet paper at all like our little ones needed to go when we got there after being on the road. But this would be the prior rentals, not the owner's fault. Plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Great, comfy renovated beach condo!

Such a cute, comfortable, and nicely renovated condo! It worked perfectly for my family. The beach near the condo wasn’t crowded, either. I really liked that each room had its own remote controlled fan and AC unit. It made it more comfortable for everyone and allowed us all to keep our rooms perfectly cooled to our liking. The area around 127th street offers a ton of restaurants, shopping, and beach front, but without the craziness of the boardwalk. It was really an awesome place to stay with our small kids!

Really pleased with the whole experience

I stayed the weekend with a couple of friends here and couldn’t be more pleased! Carrie was awesome with communication and answered questions before I even knew which ones to ask. Her place was super cute, clean, well decorated, and extremely comfortable. It really felt like a home. The location was awesome with the beach being right there and parking itself wasn’t terrible. (The unit came with a reserved sport and there was plenty of extra parking on the street). There are bars, restaurants and even mini golf within walking distance as well! My overall stay was beyond amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This first floor property has a newly renovated kitchen which we did not use as we were there for a family function and did not cook. Three bedrooms/2 baths. The “kids bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle plus another stand alone twin. If you need all four of those beds it is going to be really tight. You also have to bring your own sheets and towels which spelled out ahead of time but it is a pain and we received an old contract with the wrong size bedding listed and my queen sheets could not fit the king size bed in the main bedroom. I was pretty annoyed after a 9+ hour drive to have to go find a king size sheet.

Allergy alert

The images posted were a true depiction of the unit. Upon arrival the condo felt stuffy since the AC was turned off which was initially fine, because we thought it would cool down by the time we got back from dinner. We arrived past 10pm and it was still hot in the 2 back rooms. The back room with a Queen eventually cooled at around 3am, but the kids room AC NEVER got cooler. The unit smelled a bit musty/moldy which was somewhat disguised by the fragrance from containers of moisture eliminator products placed in each room. If you have allergies to mold and dust mites (wall to wall carpeting-except kitchen area) you should probably rethink this property as it was bad enough to break through our allergy meds. It is listed you need to bring your own linens to this property. The 2 queen sized beds had blankets, but we didn't use them. After we had booked I realized one of the rules was don't put blankets in the washer and we need to make the beds. I thought this was odd since we are making a bed we just used instead of putting it by the washer to get cleaned. We did not use the blankets since the owner revealed they are NOT WASHED between guests. In the rental agreement, "If you use the last of anything in the unit please replenish it; including but not limited to garbage bags; tissues; toilet tissue; food wrap; paper towels; laundry soap; dish soap, light bulbs; cleaning supplies." We ended up bringing our own of anything we planned on using. Master bath had literally 4 sheets of toilet paper left when we arrived for the cost of this rental you would think we could get at least a roll. We only spent one night, so this unit was good enough. If we were spending several days definitely would have asked the owner to address the AC. It's a convenient property if you want to be close to the beach, literally walk 100 ft and your feet are in sand.

Kristen, I’m really surprised by your review, with the exception to the contract remark (which we discussed prior to check in). You never contacted me about the AC issue you stated you experienced. The AC unit in the bunk room is brand new and should not be having problems. If this was actually the case, a simple phone call or text, similar to the ones you sent about the contract questions, should have been made. Also, in reference to the washing of the blankets, which we discussed in one of your MANY emails, I stated that we wash the comforters frequently but not between each stay. You CAN wash any indoor blankets and bedding, but I do not allow beach blankets to be washed in our machines. This is due to the amount of sand and it breaking our washing machine twice. We also discussed the replenishing items statement in the contract. I told you not to worry about anything since you were staying one night, but to bring essentials since the renter before may not have replenished enough for your stay. If you did not like the contract terms or the price of the unit you could have chosen another property. I’m sorry you thought the AC didn’t work and you couldn’t wash bedding blankets, but I have a feeling based on your prior emails that you were not happy before you even stepped foot in our rental.
