Située à quelques minutes de Vernon, cette propriété est l'escapade familiale idéale. Offrant 4 chambres (2 en haut et 2 en bas) et beaucoup d'espace pour jouer, il ne vous décevra pas. Le rez-de-chaussée a 2 chambres à coucher, grand salon, salle à manger, 1. 5 salles de bain, buanderie, cuisine / salle familiale avec une grande terrasse couverte. En bas a 2 chambres, salle de bains, grande salle de loisirs (comprend un lit superposé avec des murs d'intimité), un espace familial TV et un accès à la cour arrière. L'accès au bord du lac vous permet de profiter du lac Okanagan à son plein potentiel. Il y a une bouée pour bateau. Grande cour pour les enfants à jouer dans un grand parking pour tous. Bien entretenu toute l'année avec quelques améliorations pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Profitez de la grande terrasse avec barbecue et table de patio. Gorgeous property but …….

This property had all the makings of fabulous. But the deck and carpet on deck were absolutely filthy. The bathrooms and kitchen need an overhaul like the renovation they did on the downstairs bathroom. Beds were good . The lower deck was also rotting. All said , we still loved it and the willow tree in front.

Family Vacation

This was our second visit to this property and we once again made lots of amazing memories and once again we we're very sad to leave. The house offers a ton of space for the whole group and the beach area is very private. Debra and Mark are a pleasure to speak with, we will definitely be returning to this property soon!

Improvements

We had no idea the steepness of the driveway. There were frustrations with toilet paper holders missing parts..there is a very loose dishwasher that’s not properly installed, hard to open deck sliding doors…ended up needing to purchase wasp traps…also toilet tissue supply wasn’t adequate.

Family Gathering

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for next year. Lovely to be right on the beach and perfect location, close to everything but quiet and away from the chaos. Property manager was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thanks!

Great holiday!

We had a great stay at this home and will be returning next year! It was a great spot for a large family with plenty of space. The beach access was perfect, we paddle boarded everyday and went to the local golf courses!

Golf Trip

What an incredible spot on the Lake! Just a super place for 7 old HS Basketball teammates to reunite for a week of golf in the Vernon/Kelowna area and tell stories. Lots of space, comfortable, and everything we needed to cook our own meals. Would return in a heartbeat!

Family Vacation August 2022

We all had such a great time here this summer and made amazing memories for the kids. The property was perfect for fun on the water, and the house had more than enough space for all of us. Debra and Marc were great to communicate with and we look forward to coming back to this property in July of next year!

This house was perfect for our family reunion

The location was fantastic, and aside from not having a boat dock like in the photos this house was exactly what we were hoping for! The house isn't perfect, but the hosts get all the important things correct. Location (of course), the beds are comfortable, the house was very clean, and the kitchen is really well stocked. We loved the outdoor dining area overlooking the lake, and there were plenty of family rooms and spaces so we could spread out in the house to get some privacy. Would definitely recommend this house as a destination to other guests. The only complaint I had was there were no foosball balls, and when I called the property manager he wasn't very sympathetic and said there was no way to buy balls. Seems like if they want to list foosball as a feature maybe they should have a few spare balls stashed somewhere in case the previous guests take them or whatever. Not a huge deal, more constructive feedback.

Daughter's wedding weekend

The property and house were great. We loved the layout and the wrap around deck. We were disappointed that the dock wasn't functional and therefor the use of the water toys unavailable. The beach on its own was still awesome. Would have liked to have had a least a bar of soap and shampoo available for use in the bathtubs. Marc the property manager was very helpful. We would consider booking this home again.

Fab stay

We had a fabulous time. The property was wonderful, and just as deprived in the listing. Our only negative was having to meet with the property manager upon check in, and being responsible for getting the trash out to the curb and back in. Not really a big deal, but when paying for the stay it seemed a bit unnecessary. Overall, the we would would love to come back, and would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Lake Front House

Second time back to this property and the location is amazing. They upgraded the AC, furnace and Hot Water tank. It's comfortably slept 8 of us. The covered deck is great for meals outside. Upgrading some of the pans, and getting a better variety of cookware for oven dishes would be nice. Needs a cutlery overall (needs to have enough small and large spoons, steak knives for total number of possible guests).

We enjoyed the big patio for eating all our meals. The waterfront property was great for kayaking, swimming and floating. Beds were comfortable and lots of space. The kitchen is a good size. It would be better if the frying pans were replaced and we could have used more cutlery . All in all, I would recommend this rental for a large group.

A blast!

The first thing we noticed about this property is how absolutely, spotlessly clean it was! Every family member who walked through the door commented on the cleanliness. A very close second was the retro decorating. Sometimes when you go to a house that’s out of style, it’s icky. This one is marvellous! The original 70’s decor is still intact and very tasteful and beautiful. The furniture is new and comfortable. We enjoyed our time water front on the upper deck eating our meals as well as being able to get in the water right from the back yard. We rent a house every year for our reunion and have done so for 30 years so we have lots of experience being renters. This place gets a big thumbs up from my family! The property manager met us for a quick walk-thru and made sure we had his number. I would definitely rent again!!

Family reunion

Had a great little family reunion between my family and my sister's family. Lots of space for the cousins to play and do a variety of activities. Owner, property manager and caretaker were all very nice and accommodating. Beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely like to come back.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious.

9 adults in our family comfortably stayed for our son’s wedding nearby. The house just was as stated. The property is private and bigger than I expected, with lots of parking. Main bathroom is dated but clean and functional. Kitchen could use a few sharper knives, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. I would definitely stay again. It is a beautiful spot on the lake.

A great place for families

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spot right at the lake. The house (and the yard) is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. We appreciated the two levels so the kids could nap/rest while the rest of us could enjoy our conversation upstairs. The kids loved the daily deer visits and the football table.

Beautiful property and location. Little dated. Wasn't thoroughly cleaned before visit. That said, great property for family and kids, would love to come back in the heart of summer as yard and lake would be great to enjoy in warmer weather.

Great family spot

We stayed for a week with two families of four. Lots of room and place was great for kids to entertain themselves and run around. The cleanliness could use a bit of help (around windows, lights, etc), but nothing a bit of elbow grease won't address. We had a bit of a mechanical issue during the stay, however communication with Debra was great and was satisfactorily resolved.

Great spot on the lake

We had a great stay at this spacious property in a fabulous lakefront location. The interior had ample space for a multi-family gathering; lots of beds, seating, and supplies. Being right on the water was great for lounging and playing in the water with the kids.

Fun Getaway

We stayed at the property with two families with 4 tween girls. Everything we needed was provided and I know some reviews talked about needing updates, but we enjoyed the retro style. The covered deck is a great place to relax and eat meals at. A couple of things that could be improved, but didn't take away from our vacation: - The sliding door going outside in the basement was very hard to open/close. - The kitchen floor was quite dirty (maybe was just missed during the clean), but the rest of the house was very clean. - A couple of lightbulbs needed to be replaced. Overall, we loved our stay and were happy to see that everything we could need was provided. There was so much room in the house, everyone could find their own space when needed. We loved the large dining table inside that fit all 8 of us and was perfect for playing games in the evenings. We would love to stay again!
