Maya was the perfect host. Very responsive. Her penthouse was perfect for a week's stay. All the comforts of home and a breathtaking view of the beach. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great family getaway

Beautiful location and the views from the condo are amazing! The decor is a bit out dated but the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great place right on beach. Make sure to bring sheets, towels and paper products like TP, Papertowels, Kleenex. Place was clean, easy to get to. We had issue with shower head and Maya worked quickly with us.

Excellent location and stay

Perfect location in North Wildwood. Steps away from the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. We have been in many locations in Wildwood in the past and this was our favorite. Will be returning in the future.

Great beach location!

The view from the balcony was fantastic and it was easy to get around and find things as needed. Maya was very helpful in answering questions and providing suggestions. The only downside was that AC was not available in the building so the small bedroom was a bit warm but the rest of the apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed!

Comfy condo and beautiful view

We had a wonderful week at a very comfortable condo with a beautiful view looking south towards the boardwalk. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we could need. The two Weber grills by the pool area were great and there were plenty of umbrella tables for our family get together. The kids loved the pool and of course the beach was beautiful. Maya was always quick to answer our questions! We hope to return next year!

Wonderful Host, Wonderful view!

Maya was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is such a sweetheart and could not be more accommodating. The condo has a wonderful side view of the ocean and sunsets which were so soothing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the condo is very old and dated. The TVS are very small. Decor is very 80’s and needs a healthy about of modernization and painting, Screens were dirty, dishes left out on the counter from last guest, etc. But overall it was a very pleasant weekend getaway. And again, The owner is so nice!!!!

Just what we needed!

The location for us was perfect! Last year we stayed right in the middle mix of the piers, a little too loud for our little ones this time. It is a lot more quieter and clean in this neighborhood. Right across from the beach and easy access! So convenient! It was nice and quiet on our floor! Beautiful sunset views at night on the balcony! Mattresses could use an upgrade and I would add a pack and play to the closet! Other than that it was enough for us! Communication was quickly answered with the host. We accidentally left the keys, including my car keys in the room and didn’t realize until later once we got to the boardwalk. The host helped us and was able to resolve the issue for us. We wish we could have stayed a few more days!

Amazing rental!

This rental is fantastic! The unit is very clean and much roomier than many (the listing pictures don't convey how spacious the main living space really is!). The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking, and communication with the owner was smooth and timely. Plus, there were several really helpful features included in the unit: (a) more than enough hooks/racks in the bathroom for bath towels; (b) a shoe rack near the door; and (c) a drying rack for the balcony for bathing suits, towels, etc. The building itself has secure entrances, and there is always building staff on hand to answer questions, help, etc. There are also luggage carts and shopping carts to aid in hauling everything up to the unit. Finally, the pool and grill areas were immaculate. Note: If you missed it in the listing details, linens and towels are NOT provided in the unit. You must bring your own. However, the unit is absolutely worth renting if that is feasible for you! 100% recommend!

Great stay

Very clean unit. We felt very safe there. There was a parking tag for us in the room. The unit is ocean front with the exception of the road that you must cross to get to the beach. We had a wonderful side view of the ocean and also overlooked the heated pool. There are 2 gas grills in the pool area you can use. The condo comfortably held the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). There is room to sleep 6 as the couch has a bed as well. The building has luggage carts to help you get all of your things up to the room easily. There are 2 elevators which worked well with no wait. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. We brought our own linens (sheets, bath and kitchen towels), which was not a problem. There were instructions to leave a roll of paper towels and toilet paper for the next visitors, which we did. The beach was beautiful. The kids wanted to see the sunrise, so we woke early to go across the street to the beach access to see it 2 of the 4 days we were there. One day we saw tons of dolphins near shore! Any questions I had for the owner, Maya, were quickly answered. She was great to deal with. She mailed us the keys and even sent a pre-addressed little padded envelope to return them to her, so it was very convenient. The building is a decent but nice walk from the boardwalk and we walked there and back 3 times during our stay. Very convenient location. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Irish weekend

The condo was very clean and the building was very secure. The location is close to both the beach and the festival. My only suggestion would be to get a key pad so renters do not have to worry about losing the keys and will not have the hassle of going to the post office to return the keys to the owners.

Condo had great access to beach. Unit was super clean, bed was comfortable, heated pool was a plus for our September stay. Lots of good restaurants. I would stay here again.

Regency Towers Penthouse

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable. Super close to the beach! Absolute favorite part was the balcony with sliders giving access from the living room and bedroom. Amazing views of the ocean, beach, North Wildwood, and the salt marsh. It would have been a perfect place to watch the fireworks, but they were canceled while we were there. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

The View!

The condo is well kept and reasonably stocked with kitchen utensils. Being on the 7th floor you have a panoramic view of the ocean as well as the sunsets. The parking might be an issue for those with more than one car however. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
