Exactly as described. Gorgeous beach view and access and pool conveniently located on same floor. The special touch to a great week with our family was Tracy's anticipation of a renter's need. Everything one could need was there. Awesome experience and can't wait to return.

Wonderful!

I have been renting in the Regency Towers every Summer for over 30 years and I think this condo was one of the nicest that I have stayed in. The place was beautiful decorated. The beds extremely comfortable. The views were fantastic. Tracie the Property Owner couldn’t be nicer. She was so helpful and organized. I most definitely would recommend this condo and will be back again. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place!

Vacationing in my hometown of North Wildwood

Since I sold my house in North Wildwood, we are now renting to see our friends and family. Our stay at Tracy and Mike’s condo in N Wildwood was wonderful!! We had a corner unit that overlooked the ocean and a sunrise every morning just sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. The unit was very clean, fully stocked, beach chairs, all linens, paper goods, weather / dryer in unit and much more!! We would highly recommend to rent their unit!

Perfect for our family

We loved this unit so much! This is a corner unit that faces the ocean so the view to the beach/ocean was a beautiful sight to wake up to each day. The layout of this property is so functional with ample closet space and the living room seating set up perfectly - my kids loved the reclining couches. This property is a short walk to the boardwalk and close to so many parks. The host, tracy, touched base with us on the day of our check in to make sure we got in OK. Definitely would rate our stay a 10 out of 10.

SIMPLY PERFECT

We stayed from Aug 13-20 and we had lots of fun. The property is spacious and extremely clean. You have EVERYTHING you need and more! There were linens, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, ect. The condo is located right on the beach, a few steps away and about a 15 min walk from the boardwalk and you can hop on the tram car or walk when you get there. Restaurants are also about a 20 minute walking distance. The beach is less crowded and you don't have to carry your stuff very far. Fully complete and very well equipped kitchen. The only negative aspects I would have to say is that one bedroom is very spacious and the second one is much smaller. We were still able to get a good night's sleep anyway. The building smells good and is spacious and VERY clean and well kept. You also have elevators so very convenient for the luggage transportation. Tracy has a big binder with lots of great information on the surrounding restaurants, fun stuff to do around Wildwood, etc. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with reasonable budget and great location, look no further! Thanks Tracy and Mike for the wonderful vacation!

This was by far our favorite vacation spot, and we are North Wildwood renting veterans of 60 years! Tracy was a joy: responsive, professional, and eager to make our stay a real pleasure. I especially loved that all linens & towels (bath AND beach!) were provided for us; that saved us an entire suitcase to drag around, and it was very easy to toss into the unit’s washer and dryer while we packed before we left. In fact, everything in the unit: pool noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, crockpot, etc., was available for us to use. The unit was spacious, beautifully appointed, super clean, and so comfortable; and we had a few ‘movie nights’ in the big recliners watching that HUGE tv! We will come back again and again. Thank you, Tracy & Mike!

Everything was great except that beach access across the street was closed. Not the landlord's fault. You just had to walk a block up the road to get beach access. The only other thing that was annoying was washing all the towels and sheets and remaking the beds before we checked out. It was very difficult. We never had to do this at any other unit in which we rented. I would suggest that the landlords change this for future renters.

Thank you for your review. As far as the washing of the sheets and towels, unless you’re staying in a hotel with many maids & countless supplies you are required to bring your own. I provide them as a courtesy for my families that don’t want to bring all that with them. There are laundry rooms on every floor and I also have a washer and dryer in the unit. I do understand it gets hectic but as I said, I provide them to make things easier, not harder. Cleaning people at the shore clean multiple houses and do not have time to do everyone’s wash which is why renters are usually required to bring their own. This way they can just take it with them when they leave and do their wash at home. I don’t know how to fix this issue besides to not offer sheets & towels at all. I really don’t want to do that to people that rather wash them than bring them.
