Cette maison est située dans une communauté fermée haut de gamme avec une piscine et un court de tennis qui est idéal pour le vacancier mature. Le son du golfe du Mexique est dans votre cour avec une vue imprenable depuis le salon, la cuisine / salle à manger et la chambre principale. Admirez la vue sur le lac depuis les 2 balcons situés à l'avant de cette magnifique maison et sur les 2 balcons donnant sur le son. Une expérience vraiment visuelle! Vous pouvez apercevoir le golfe du Mexique depuis les balcons avant de la maison. À 100 mètres à peine de chez vous, vous pouvez nager et profiter du sable et des vagues. Vous vous sentirez d��tendu et décadent pendant vos vacances ici au paradis. Louez cette maison et vivez une destination de vacances fabuleuse!

Great location!

We had overall great experience! We rented a golf cart and had a great time riding around! I reached out to property manager who did say they were in the process of updating pictures of back area online. They are building a new house blocking some of the view.

Frequent travelers to the area.

Over all stay was excellent. The pool & hot tub was in poor condition & should be updated. A new home is under construction that virtually blocks the view of the bay. Nice home with outstanding service.

Great Stay In Navarre

We just stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house in Navarre. The location was great! We loved waking up to the beautiful water view. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Checking in and out was very smooth. We appreciated the property managers checking in to make sure that we were having a good stay. We would highly recommend this house.

Easy check in, beautiful Beach house. Very good communication. Take an extra blanket, air works very well upstairs. Loved the multiple balconies, bicycles and kayaks.

Absolutely LOVED it!

This was our first trip to Navarre and we loved it here. The house was perfect and stocked with everything you could need. It was clean and welcoming. We loved kayaking in the sound and the beach toys for the grands was a plus. Highly recommend this property. We will be returning!

Nice trip

This house was very nice. The layout is great and plenty of space. Some things like the dishwasher and flooring are getting a little outdated/ abused from being a rental, but it doesn't affect the overall feel of the house. We would gladly stay here again.

Great Vacation Home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Sound view was right out the back door. Walk to Gulf side was only 10min. Having beach toys, chairs, boogie boards & an umbrella was wonderful! We also used the bicycles & tennis rackets provided. Safe area & would stay again!

Relaxing time!

This home was great for a little R&R time! The sound is at the back door. There we saw dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and rays during our stay. The beach is only a short walk. It was great having bikes, kayaks, and tennis rackets available.

Lovely beach home!

My husband & I had an amazing time, & would love to retire to Navarre Beach one of these days. Your home is so lovely & comfortable, and right by the bay. The gated community is very quiet & neatly kept. The master suite/bathroom/balconies--my favorite part of the house! Thank you for sharing your home, & we shall return! :-)

Amazing!

We had a great time! The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The location was great as we were able to walk to the sound to ride in the kayaks and the beach was a quick drive (we could have walked or biked but wanted to take along the beach chairs and boogie boards that were provided). We loved playing tennis and riding bikes also. It was a great trip!

The house was wonderful! Perfect really! It had many items to use at the beach or sound, loved all of the porches to sit and just enjoy the breeze and sounds. We enjoyed watching birds with our coffee every am! The rental agency went above and beyond, I will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you so much!

Navarre Beach

It was pretty, but the pics were not taken recently. There are two houses now obstructing the view. The outside needs paint and repairs (the soffit on the 2nd floor is missing and birds are nesting -- also pooping down onto the deck railing) The living room furniture needs to be replaced or at least cleaned. Thank you.

Vacationing After Hurricane Sally.

We enjoyed our stay on beautiful Navarre Beach! The house is very nice and only lacking a little TLC; however, Sally made her appearance just a few wks ago so trying to rate appropriately with that in mind. With that said, there was trash and debris lining the streets for pickup. Our family thought this home was great and we loved how close it was to beach access. There are many bikes and kayaks which we put to use and loved! We also loved having an umbrella, beach chairs, and toys for the littles...a nice touch! The only TLC we mention is that it lacks detail such as seating on the balconies, for example. The front porch and upstairs (back) balcony could use seating to enjoy the view and to add to the "cozy" feel. The yard isn't as spacious or nice as the pictures appear. The neighbors are super close which isn't shown either. The downstairs patio area has a small grill which was nice to use during our stay. This area could be a little cozier as well, with better seating and possibly outdoor gaming of some sort. The basement smelled of mildew (assuming from the water from the hurricane) but wasn't as bad with the garage doors open. We ran out of toiletries on day three so you may want to bring your own (one extra is supplied to each bathroom = 2 total). You'll also want to bring handsoap for the kitchen and extra trash bags. We brought extra blankets, after reading reviews from others that the bedding was thin, and that was a great idea! Bedding is very nice and pretty but not very warm, so you'll want to bring extras as well. The pool and hot tub area were closed, assuming due to damage from the storm. Overall, we are pleased with our stay and we know we are probably the first family to stay after Sally, so the outside areas will eventually look better with time. We are grateful that we were still able to vacation with just a few wks after this beautiful island had been hit. We will definitely be back to Navarre!

Navarre Beach is Beautiful

The location of the property is perfect. Navarre and Navarre Beach are a little slice of paradise. We appreciated the relaxed pace and the convience of walking to and from the Gulf side beach. The interior of the house is well maintained and we found it to be very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the exterior living areas are not maintained. All of the exterior decks and furniture were covered in bird poop that had been clearly piling up for weeks, chipping paint and splintered wood. We did have to clean (some required scrubbing) the outdoor furniture before it could be used. We did find all ammenities to be on property as listed. The bicycles were enjoyable to ride. The kayaks were all damaged in some form or another and not rated for the bodies of water that surroud the property. We are experienced kayakers and did not feel safe using them in the Sound and definitely would not use them on the Gulf Side. The neighborhood pool is nice and clean. The hot tub did not work and neighbors confirmed it does not and has not worked for a while. Unfortunately, we found all of the electronic ammenities to be a mess and most not functioning. The property manager was responsive when Wi-fi was not working, but it was a burden on my families vacation as we spent 2 of our precious days coordinating with and supervising AT&T as they repaired what they described as "service that had not been functioning for a couple of months due to interior lines not being properly protected and maintained from environmental damage". This was a huge frustration that could have been avoided if the Property Managers were to do regular maintance checks on the home. Our overall impression was the location is pristine, interior of home was clean and well maintained. The exterior of the home is neglected and in need of regular maintanance that is not happening causing what is clearly deteroration of the home. The access to the Sound is restricted by private property and construction to a very small piece of "beach" shared by the entire neighborhood so at times was blocked by people beaching for the day. Beach access on the Gulf side was perfect and convienent.
