Entièrement meublé 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, maison de ville récemment rénovée située au centre de Tucson, Arizona. Appareils en acier inoxydable - réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four électrique, micro-ondes, élimination des déchets. Nouveaux planchers de bois franc, armoires et comptoirs en Corian. Nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces avec service de câble haute définition. Internet / Wi-Fi. Cour arrière et patio, cour avant, garage, piscine communautaire et spa chauffé. Les deux chambres sont meublées avec des lits queen size.

Très bien situé, pratique pour l'Université de l'Arizona, le Rillitto Riverpark, les magasins et les bons restaurants!

Location was great!

The only 2 things I would change is the living room furniture is not very comfortable and due to road construction there is a strong sewer smell. We enjoyed the townhouse amenities and I would recommend this property.

Wonderful!

This property is well kept and has all the comforts of home inside. A favorite thing to do was reading our books on the patio. The home is centrally located so access to mountain trails is no more than 30 minutes away and a walk along the Rillito River walk is a half mile away! Restaurants and shopping are nearby. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re planning to return!!!

Convenient location

We appreciated these features: proximity to retail and the bike path, cleanliness upon arrival, ample supply of consumable items, a garage, steady WiFi, cable TV, and the community pool/hot tub. The unit is located on a fairly busy street, so when doors are open or you are on the patio, you will hear that. The living room furniture is worn and should really be replaced.

Perfect for the purpose

This was our first experience fleeing the northeast winter and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The townhouse was more than adequate as a temporary home away from home. Neighbors were friendly but not obtrusive. Was extremely easy to shop, dine, and drive to major attractions. Very close to the "loop" for walking and felt safe enough for solo trips. The owners were responsive and helpful- we would definitely return without hesitation.

Great Location

For us, easy access to "the loop" bike trail was key, and this property was .75 miles from 2 different access points so that was great. There are also tons of restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. Overall, the location is pretty central so nothing is that far. We stayed for 3 weeks and even got to know some of the neighbors. The only slight negative is that the furniture is starting to show its age, so the comfort could be a bit better. However, the beds were comfortable so we slept well. Having a garage was also really nice for bicycles, or just to keep your car out of the elements. Communication with the hosts was easy, as was check in.

I have enjoyed the comfortable environment of this location! The owners provided me with everything I needed and check in was simple. I also like the convenience of having a garage for my car, bike, etc. The bike trails and walking trails are so by as well as shopping.

Wonderful time in Tucson

The description for this house, location, layout, and amenities were exactly as described. The property was clean and well maintained. The Owner's family member was at house when I arrived and showed me around. The house was well secured. I felt very comfortable there. When I left the property, the neighbor met me and I turned the keys and garage door opener over to her. I would recommend this property to my friends. It is in a good location. I visited the botanical gardens and the Sonora Desert Museum. The weather was cooler than expected. Lots of places to dine in the area or you can cook at the property. This is a very nice property. There is a busy street in front of the property, so it may be a bit noisy for small children or people sensitive to sounds. Other than that, it was a perfect place for my little winter get-away.
