Toutes les maisons de cette communauté calme offrent une vue magnifique sur les roches rouges environnantes. Cette maison particulière a également la plus grande cour de nos maisons jumelles de 2 chambres. Il est partiellement clôturé. Passez votre temps libre sur le patio extérieur couvert à observer un éventail d'animaux sauvages, notamment des roadrunners, des cailles, des lézards et des lapins, parmi de nombreuses autres créatures du désert.

Restez à Lava Falls à Entrada, la plus belle communauté de Country Club du sud de l'Utah. Notre maison jumelle de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est dans une communauté fermée avec une piscine et un spa communautaires desservant seulement 20 maisons. Nos maisons sont décorées de façon professionnelle et nous sommes fiers de les garder dans un état impeccable.

La chambre principale est très grande avec 2 placards, un lit king-size avec des draps de haute qualité, un patio, une télévision et une grande salle de bains principale attenante. La grande salle de bain principale a 2 lavabos et une grande douche à l'italienne. Les toilettes sont séparées. Notre chambre d'hôtes est grande avec un lit queen size et un accès terrasse. La salle de bain d'hôtes a une combinaison baignoire / douche, La belle, grande salle de séjour / salle à manger a un foyer au gaz, un patio de sortie et une télévision.

La grande cuisine a un sol en ardoise avec des comptoirs en granit. Il est rempli de tout article de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin, c'est de votre nourriture. Il y a une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse reliée à la cuisine et un fer et une planche à repasser sont fournis. Il y a un garage attenant pour 2 voitures.

Very Nice Place!

This is a great house, close to Snow Canyon. Super clean and lots of room. Great to be able to have my dog along. Enjoyed a movie in the living room that has lots of comfortable seating. It really did feel like a home away from home.

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful & comfortable home centrally located to Snow Canyon & other trails new construction. One-story nicely decorated clean, comfortable home with new sheets, towels, reclining leather living room sofa,& beds are perfectly firm. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great backyard (but a wild bunny visited us so keep dogs leashesd if they’re hunters).

We had a blast!

This place was great! The furnishings were incredible. The pool was nice. We rented bikes and rode on the trails nearby, which was really fun and relaxing. The location is great. It feels very secluded but is still close to downtown.

Great place!

After a little trouble finding the correct condo, we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the condo was! The outdoor area was very nicely set up, and the condo was nicely decorated. The beds were comfy as well as the couch. Everything that was needed was there. Would totally stay again!!!!

Red rock at it's finest

This was a great location. Red rock outside the window and lava rock around the yard. The house was very comfortable. Felt like a home rather than a hotel room... like the owners had just stepped away for the afternoon.

Great home base for bike rides

We enjoyed the nearby bike paths and did rides in snow canyon from this home. We did take our car to go ride the Virgin River Trail.The home was more spacious than we expected with nice furniture, fireplace and TV. The yard was small but enjoyed sitting in the sun on the outdoor furniture. The traffic noise was a downside but only when outside. We loved the comfort of the bed in the master way above average mattress comfort. We enjoyed our stay very much the only improvements we suggest are, the lighting in the kitchen is not bright enough. Only two bath towels and three rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay was not enough.

Wonderful Place to Vacation!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We needed one last summer getaway to lounge by the pool, read, and watch movies. And this was a great place to stay. We wanted a little more luxurious stay, so it was worth the price to get this place. Lem was wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly. The pool was across the street from the unit we stayed in but we didn't mind. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. I would stay here again.

Great house in e trade

We were very pleased with the property. The house was lovely and spacious. It was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely recommend it. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not very clean and was so cold it was not possible to enjoy it. Overall, we had a great experience.

I grew up in the area and have family from 4 generations. My husband moved here in 1992 and we love it.
I started out over 8 years ago just cleaning vacation homes and now I run them.
We love sharing our favorite local sightseeing and tourist destinations with our valued guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The home is on the red rock side of town, close to Tuacahn Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park. We are close to shopping, a beautiful new Harmon's grocery store only 1 mile up Pioneer Pkwy, restaurants, hiking, and it's peaceful and quiet.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This beautiful town home is owned by a retired artist. He has displayed some of his beautiful, landscapes of the area throughout the home. The home has a private patio with nice views of the red rock hills. This home is located in a small, private, gated community of 6 (Sand Point side) of the 20 homes located within Lava Falls At Entrada. It is generally quiet with very little activity from the other neighbors in Sand Point.

My family and I also live less than 3 miles away and unlike other larger property managers in the area, we are always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions as well as being available for any problems that may arise.
