Always enjoy this unit...

One minor issue with the past visit - no wash rags anywhere, None in the bathrooms and not one for use in the kitchen. Please of towels, however.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this place is roomy and clean and you can’t beat the location. A few things to note: the dryer takes about 3.5hrs to dry one medium load of towels. The kitchen is well stocked with good pots and pans but there are zero spices or oils stockedd, not even saltOr pepper. We like to cook so it’s hard to do that if you don’t want to buy a ton of stuff. There are no beach towels, coolers or hand soap. Those are just a few things to keep in mind but we would definitely book here again

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit, it is lovely and has everything we needed to do some leisurely cooking, take in the scenery from the balcony and gulf-side bedroom - and sleep very comfortably. Plus nearby there's a wide selection of casual or fine dining, shopping and outdoor fun. Already thinking about our next visit, we'll be back...

Easy beach access and pool access from our building and the beach was not very busy. Other than rental unit, persons made an easy transition from parking lot to the beach. The biggest downfall worthy guard shack workers who were pretty lazy getting up and allowing any of your guests to come in, let alone writing down correct names. At least the person in charge at the gate cared enough and was able to get things corrected.

The condo may not be the fanciest one in Pinnacle Port, but it is very clean and comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen. The view was amazing - so relaxing! Plus, the condo is close to Camp Helen and Lake Powell - it is the perfect location. I hope we will be able to make it back next October for another two weeks! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Strongly do not recommend staying here!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival this unit was filthy and didn’t have much to offer for 4 adults and 2 children. The floors and furniture were all covered in sand. We had to vacuum and sweep before even being able to sit on furniture or walk on the tile barefoot. The carpet in the bedrooms was absolutely disgusting. It left the bottoms of our feet black with filth. We nor our children would walk barefoot on the carpet. The carpet also had tacks sticking up that was very painful to step on! The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils. There was literally 4 forks, 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel. The dryer took forever to dry clothing. The kitchen sink made a horrible noise every time the faucet turned on. For the amount of money we paid to stay I was more than disappointed. The condo is extremely dated and it is obvious the owners put no effort into making this a nice place to stay. If you open closets you will find plenty of broken items like lamps, phones, alarm clocks, etc. you will not find any extra sheets or blankets for the pull out couch in the living room. This is our first and last stay at Pinnacle Port. We will not be recommending to anyone! The office was informed of how awful this condo was and offered nothing more than a half hearted apology.

Claimed they sent an email but they did not. Gave it a try for one night, but even with fans could not get condo temp below 82 degrees.Late night scramble to find another three condos open (there were 10 of us in 3 condos). We love Pinnacle Port. Just wish we'd been given notice of the AC status.On the plus side, they did fully refund our stay.

First bad experience in 4 years

Reviewer Comments: We didn't have wi-fi as needed for my daughter to do her college classwork and ended up spending several hours on several days at the nearby Dunkin Donut in order for her to do her assignments. The AC went out for the entire property on Monday, but we were never informed until I went to the office to report it on Tuesday. I called the phone # for the office 3 different days and left messages for a returned call. FINALLY got a call back the day before we checked out from the rental manager who seemed to have an attitude before I even told her why I was calling. I was VERY upset that guests who chose to leave once the AC died were given a FULL refund for their trip, but those of us who stayed (b/c we couldn't find another place) were given VERY MINIMUL compensation for staying in a unit whose temperature was almost 90 degrees the from Tuesday until we left on Saturday! I was very disappointed with this trip when we usually LOVE staying with Pinnacle Port.

Needs massive updating - find another unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been coming to Pinnacle Port since I was a child 30+ years ago and now bring my family. Including my parents and siblings and their families, we had 4 different condos for the week. The one we stayed in, C3-203, was affectionally known as “The $hith*le” by all and was the worst I’ve ever been in. Let’s start with the front door, the knob latch didn’t work so the only way to secure it close was with the deadbolt. Most doorknobs in the unit were loose. Carpet in one bedroom was pulled back so far from hallway&bathroom tile intersections that my children (and me) walked on the nail strips meant to hold the carpet in position. Had to lay towels down over them. Dryer partially worked but took about 3-4x as long as it should. Air conditioner had to be fixed during stay and eventually made the temperature bearable. There were only about 3 forks. No sheet pans to bake with. TV in living room was size of my computer monitor. Beds not great, but not terrible either. Kitchen sink made a loud growling noise while running water if not put in the perfect position. I’m missing some things, but those were the major ones. For spending thousands of dollars for a week stay, it should have been a better experience than staying in an economy motel.This is not a bad review of Pinnacle Port as a whole. Pools were great, beach was great, everything else was fantastic. I suggest you find another unit with updated amenities so your entire stay is enjoyable. I will be sure to do so next year.

This particular room was a little dated, old appliances and furniture, not super clean (we washed the dishes before we used them). Can't beat the location but little updating would be nice.

Recommend a qualified inspection - Furniture & amenities good.4-Tub mats were under the sink of master BR instead of in tubs.5-Was not allowed to charge our EV on site.6-Operating TV channels was confusing & difficult to understand because of so many remote controls.7-Some 120V outlets not working (one by the dining table).

Good location and awesome beach, but dirty condo!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great overall location and wonderful beach space! This unit was not clean, though, so we will not stay in this unit again. Floors throughout were visibly dirty with very old and nasty stains on the carpet and dried spills on the tile. Kitchen counter and stove top were both greasy and sticky, and ALL utensils and dishes were not cleaned before putting them in the cabinets/drawers. Carpet tacks sticking up at bathroom and bedroom thresholds poked into our feet, MOST unpleasant!! Most blinds in the unit were either broken or slats were just missing altogether. And there were several light bulbs out throughout the unit.

Extremely Rundown unit but good beach location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit overall was outdated, dingy, musty, and rundown. Seems like the unit has been heavily used. It was ‘clean’ in a sense there was no trash and things we tidy, but there was a lot of wear on the unit. Doors had years of griminess on them, ceiling air vents were dark with mold, vertical blinds were missing pieces so you couldn’t even close them, stained carpets, uncomfortable beds, felt like we were in a rundown motel room. We didn’t even open the kitchen cabinets and use whatever was in them because the unit was in such bad shape. Definitely needs a update. Condo buildings are a little old but location of condo on beach was good and in a quiet area. Would not stay in this particular unit again. I have stayed in many rentals and hotels, some nice and some not so nice, and this by far is the worst. When I rented this unit it did not have recent reviews but now I see some negative ones have been left. I didn’t interact with the mgt company other than booking online and dropping the key off. Picked the key up in a lockbox after hours so that was easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poor cleaning job, especially kitchen, pots and pans poor condition, Wall repairs not completed, Painting needed, especially woodwork, carpet in poor condition,MBath fan not working, dryer slow, no ice maker

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floor was absolutely NASTY! We brought a swiffer wet mop with us and after a fast wipe over it was black. We had to find a mop and mop the floor and then ran the swiffer wet mop over it again after mopping and it was still pretty dirty. It’s in a wonderful location but the cleanliness was uncalled for. I called the office and was told a manager would call me but I never heard from anyone. I actually took pictures of the swiffer

Clean and a great size for a family with 2 kiddos.

My family and I had a great time. Perfect location near restaurants and activities, but most importantly right on the beach. The location is amazing because it's so close to a nature reserve so the beach didn't seem that crowded. They've got all you need for the fam too. Playground, pools, grills, basketball, and all sorts of other activities. The condo was perfect for us. It could have been a little clearer that we needed to bring handsoap and cleaning supplies, but a quick trip to the grocery store was happening anyway, so no big deal. This place was great. We'll definitely be back!
