Cette maison de ville de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain complètes est idéalement située dans Laurel Woods à Big Boulder au lac Harmony - un endroit idéal pour s'éloigner de l'agitation de la vie quotidienne. Il possède l'une des vues les plus spectaculaires de la communauté !! Savourez une boisson chaude ou froide (selon la saison) sur le pont tout en admirant l’époustouflant Big Boulder Mountain et son magnifique lac.

La chambre principale est située au premier étage et est reliée à une salle de bain complète avec bain à remous jacuzzi. Au premier étage. il y a aussi la combinaison cuisine / salle à manger et le salon avec une belle cheminée à bois. Détendez votre esprit et votre corps en regardant à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond et obtenez une autre vue sur le grand rocher. Le deuxième étage comprend 2 chambres supplémentaires avec de grands placards et tiroirs, une salle de bain complète et un grenier donnant sur le premier étage.

Le plaisir en famille est à quelques minutes!

En hiver, pratiquez le ski et le snow-tubing, ainsi que le snowboard nordique et alpin. Nous sommes très proches de Big Boulder et de Jack Frost Mountains. Les stations de Split Rock et Camel Back se trouvent à proximité et proposent des parcs aquatiques intérieurs et d’autres activités intérieures. Hickory Run State Park abrite de belles forêts où vous pourrez vivre une aventure de ski de fond tranquille.

En été, le club de montagne du lac de Boulder n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture ou même à vélo. Ce club privé bien géré propose de nombreux équipements: une piscine chauffée pour enfants / enfants, une piscine avec trampoline et une belle plage avec salon chaises. Il y a aussi des courts de tennis extérieurs et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Vous trouverez également une variété de locations de bateaux: canoës, kayaks, pédalos, chaloupes et bateaux pontons. Great Weekend Adventure

We had an excellent stay at this property. Its within walking distance of Big Boulder, which made it super easy to get and from the mountain with all of our equipment. The place itself was super clean. Would love to stay here again next year.

Great property. Perfect location.

This townhouse is in a great location and the accommodations were perfect for the four of us. Perri was very responsive and made the process easy for this first time VRBO user. Although our stay was short, we hope to make this an annual event. I would highly recommend this to others that are looking for a great spot in the Lake Harmony area.

Short but sweet stay in the Poconos

The townhouse is lovely with plenty of room for us ( 3 adults and 2 kids). Well-stocked kitchen. Pretty grounds ( we enjoyed visits by the deer family and Mr. Groundhog ). A very good location with lots to do in any direction.

Great Experience!

We rented this house for our honeymoon getaway and it was perfect! We will definitely be back for a summer vacation with all of our kiddos! The owner was extraordinary to work with! Super fast communication!

Fun family trip!

My family and I decided to book a long weekend trip for Father’s Day weekend. We had such an amazing time. Perri and Ron’s place felt like home. Very comfortable and clean. I have 2 young children (2 years old and 7 months old) and it was a great place for kids, plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Vacation Location

We had a great time at Big Boulder in Lake Harmony. We traveled from Florida and spent 2 1/2 weeks at the townhouse. We only used the main floor, and it was more than sufficient for our stay. It was a great location for visiting friends and family in PA and NJ. and for traveling to various points of interest. In addition, Perri responds quickly to any inquiry.

Close to Big Boulder

The house is a 2 minute drive to Big Boulder Mountain. It is very comfortable with great views of the mountain. It fits seven easily and is well stocked for cooking and eating in. We were only there for two days, but the time we spent was very enjoyable. Perri was very easy to contact and gave great directions and information on the house.

Very nice place

We stayed at this property for a week in August. Very nice place and pleasant stay. To improve the stay, I would like to see the front and side doors clean. Weather does it to the exterior. Next door is actively run B&B and people that stay there have no regard for assigned parking space. Overall very nice pleasant stay and owner is very helpful! Thank you.

Great Girls Weekend

My friends and I came up for our annual long shopping weekend and since I no longer have a house up there we had to rent. I sincerely lucked out in choosing this one. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It's nicely decorated and had decent beds which is not always the case in a rental! All of us immediately felt comfortable and at home and we had a wonderful weekend. Perri was very helpful and accomodating and answered all my questions quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exceeded expectations!!

While we have rented prior in Lake Harmony, this was our first time at the Boulder View ski area properties. The home was immaculate when we first arrived and you could smell the cleanliness upon opening the door. We were really impressed with how clean everything was, other rentals we have been at were never this clean. Everything was pristine and we were instantly excited! All the beds were comfy, all appliances worked, and bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with all the basics. Linens and towels were a huge plus for my family of 6! Very spacious and awesome views of the slopes. We cooked, baked, relaxed by the fireplace and enjoyed the area! The owners were very accessible to us and we cannot wait to stay there again! Highly recommend this rental!!!

Nice and Inviting

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a clean, beautiful, warm, inviting house. Making you feel right at home. The owners were great to deal with. They provided plenty of suggestions for places of interest and fun, as well as many local restaurants for us to try. We are a family of 7 and this house provided plenty of space for us. There were many beds and pillows galore. We were told we would need to provide our own linens. I thought that just meant the sheets. There were no towels provided like the description said above, so just make sure you bring your own. Also there is no hairdryer. I forgot mine and was disappointed that there was not one in the house. These were just minor nuisances. We did enjoy the back deck. It was very private and relaxing. You can see a glimpse of Boulder Lake through the trees while on the back deck. In the winter time you will probably get more of a lake/mountain view when the leaves are off. We did go down to the Lake Club. It was very nice and clean. That is about a mile drive from the house. There is no lake access or pool directly in Laurelwoods. Most of the surrounding townhouse complexes use the Lake Club. Also, there is no playground located in Laurelwoods. It would have ben nice to take a walk after dinner down to the playground. The Lake Club has one but they close at 6pm. As far as the area itself, there is plenty to do, you just have to seek it out. We have never been to the Poconos so we did not know what to expect. We went hiking at Bushkill falls, toured a candy and pretzel factory, went to historic Jim Thorpe, and Dorney Park. All great and we had so much fun. The only downfall to the area is that all of these places are spread out in opposite directions. Each trip took us about 45-60 minutes of drive time. Overall, we would recommend this place to our family and friends. We had a great time.

My family and I had a great time! The house was very clean with lots of space. The only downfall was that we did not know that there was work being done to the dam on the lake and we were not allowed to swim in it. Overall experience was great and we will be back!

Great weekend vacation!

We had a great weekend stay! The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location to Big Boulder and Jack Frost was awesome! Owners were helpful and there was good communication. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

A memory filled vacation

Our experience was very good. The only thing we were hoping for but didn’t have was a view of Boulder mountain from the back which was totally blocked by the trees.

If you come back in the fall/winter when the leaves are more sparse, you will get a beautiful view of the fall foliage and the snow slopes in the winter

Great Getaway

This property has a beatiful view and is in a great location. It is clean with plenty of space! We were able to cook our meals or pick-up take out. The owners were quite responsive if we had any issues. You should definitely stay here!

I am glad you enjoyed the beautiful views. One of my favorite relaxing moments is enjoying a nice drink and snack on the back porch while watching the skiers in the winter and blossoming trees in the spring and summer. I take a lot of pride in my place so I try to be very responsive to all my renters. I hope you will stay again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Perri & Ron's condo. It was well furnished, and the location near Boulder Lake is beautiful. There were many deer in the area. We were there off-season, so the area was very quiet, which was perfect for a Covid-period gathering!

I am so glad you enjoyed the location and views from my townhome. They certainly are beautiful. April is considered a quiet time in the Poconos but there is still plenty to do so I hope you took advantage of the many sites and activities that are has to offer - even in the off season

We purchased this home in the spring of 2010 and have enjoyed lots of summer days hiking and swimming and winter days tubing and skiing. We currently live about 1 1/2 hours from our home in Bucks County PA. Our dream was to always own a vacation property in the Poconos and this townhouse has met all our expectations and has created many lasting memories. We hope it will do the same for you!

The inside of the home has been professionally decorated and meets all the requirements of a fun country home. There is a wood burining fireplace to warm you up on those cold winter nights.If you like to spend time outdoors, there is a wonderful porch off the dining room with steps leading to a common grass area where you can start your hike. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with lots of cable channels.There are games and vidoes for intimate family and friends time. The view of Big Boulder ski mountain from the back of the house and porch is truly unique.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is centrally located.....there are several restaurants offering all types of food. all within 2 to 2 1/2 miles. The restaurants are located in a little town with an old fashioned ice cream parlor (our kids love going for ice cream every night!!) Split Rock Resort is close by and offers a fabulous indoor water park for those cold winter days as well as golfing and hiking. Jim Thorpe with its' quaint shops, old fashioned railroad and biking and water water rafting is 15 minutes away! Hickory Run State Park is within a 10 minute drive.and offers an abundance of out door activities. Finally, for the shopping enthusiast, Tanger Outlet Mall is about 20 minutes away! One can spend an entire day at the Boulder Lake Club as well.
