The Space:

This charming Airbnb boasts three bedrooms, including a master suite with a full bed, a second bedroom with a twin bed and a large bunk bed, and a third bedroom featuring another bunk bed — ideal for families or groups of friends. With two bathrooms, morning routines are a breeze.



The heart of this getaway is the fully equipped kitchen, ready for culinary adventures or casual meals. Picture yourself gathered around the cozy fireplace in the evenings, creating memories that last a lifetime.



Step outside onto the inviting patio, where relaxation takes center stage. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or stargazing in the evening, this space is designed for tranquility.



Guest Access:

⚫Guests will have access to the entire house.

⚫Our property boasts a spacious driveway and parking area, with complimentary parking available for up to 4 cars. For added convenience, we can accommodate 3 additional cars in the lot for a nominal fee of $10 per car, paid directly to the Property Owners Association. This fee helps fund our community's security measures, providing you with peace of mind through regular patrols and vigilant oversight.

⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!

⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.

⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Brier Crest Woods community next to Lake Harmony.



Our community has a lake, playground, basketball area and a trash compactor area for easy trash removal at our home.

‼️Important House & HOA Rules:‼️



⚠️Car Tags: Car tags must always be displayed in the vehicle while in the BCW (Brier Crest Woods) Community. The tags should remain in the car until you leave the BCW property.

⚠️Wristbands: Wristbands must always be worn while utilizing all BCW amenities. DO NOT DISCARD. Please make sure that all wristbands are left at the property upon the end of your stay. If amenity wrist bands are lost or stolen while staying at our home there is a $10 replacement fee.

⚠️Pets: A strict leash law is enforced in the community. Pets are not permitted in the beach area, the swimming area or boat dock area. You are required to clean up after your pets when walking them.

⚠️Beach: Swimming is only permitted in the roped off area at the lake. The lake at Brier Crest Woods is swim at your own risk.

⚠️No kayaks or paddle boards are allowed to be used at our community's lake, but Lake Harmony is right down the road and allows for them.

⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!

⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.

⚠️Winter Driving Note❄️: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for safe and comfortable access, as mountain roads can be snowy or icy. We do our best to have the driveway plowed, but weather can change quickly and conditions may vary. If a vehicle becomes stuck, guests are responsible for arranging and covering any towing or assistance needed.

⚠️ Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).



📌NOTE: Submitting a valid ID and signing our rental agreement after your reservation is confirmed is required for this property. If these steps are not completed, your reservation will be cancelled.

📌NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required for all one-night reservations and for any bookings made outside of Airbnb. For reservations booked through Airbnb, the security deposit is offered only as an optional add-on that guests may choose to include at the time of booking for extra damage insurance.

🔴 $62.04 per reservation. Paid prior to the reservation.

➡️Primary renter at least 25 years old.

➡️Pet Fee: $75/animal (2 Pets max and it's a one-time fee)

➡️ Early Check-in Fee: $50/hr

➡️ Late Check-out Fee: $50/hr

➡️Any extra fees are non-refundable.

➡️Fireplace is NOT USABLE and for design purposes only



‼️Notice:

◾For reservations made outside of Airbnb and Booking.com, please note that a $500 security deposit will be included for security purposes. This deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of checkout, provided no damages to the home or community penalties are reported.

◾Additionally, our account is not set up for VRBO or HomeAway to collect the remaining balances or security deposits directly. These are collected by us, with payments securely processed via Stripe or Bill.com.

◾For additional peace of mind, you are welcome to confirm this arrangement with VRBO support. Thank you!
