The property owner was so kind and always ready to help us with any problems and she gave great recommendations about restaurants in the area. The bedroom had great natural light which made it easy to get up every morning. The kitchen had ample shelf space. This apartment is very spacious for the area. The apartment always felt very safe even when I was staying alone.
The apt is located in an area close to the center of Santa Monica and the beach, and has an assigned parking space, an asset in an area of apartment buildings. It is rather dark, since itâs on the ground floor, which I assume was the reason internet connection was sporadic. The overhead heating in the bathroom was not working, which would have been nice to have on the chilly mornings in January.
My husband and I live just blocks from this Santa Monica condo. We have lived in Santa Monica since 1998 and stayed here during the summers until 2007. We fell in love with the city and decided to move here full time. Our guests always enjoy the property and it's location very much. We've had nothing but overwhelmingly positive reviews on the condo. As artists we are very meticulous about every aspect of the property. If you should need anything, we are close by and will take care of any concerns promptly. We truly enjoy meeting guests from all over the world. It is one of the aspects we enjoy most as owners. We look forward to hosting you in our lovely city and am sure you will enjoy your stay.
We live in and love the north of Wilshire neighborhood of Santa Monica as it has several well-maintained parks, quaint churches and the Montana Avenue shopping and restaurant district that is a 'beach-vibe' Rodeo Drive. You're only blocks from the magnificent Palisades Park made famous in the movie 'It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World'.
Location, location, location. This condo is close to the Palisades Park, the Promenade and Montana shopping district and is in the desirable, more reserved and quiet north of Wilshire neighborhood.
