Emplacement exceptionnel, lagon protégé avec sources de ventilation, 100 verges d'eau libre à Kings Spring, près du Plantation Resort, quai flottant de 20 'x 8' avec sièges, stationnement pour roulottes, rampe de lancement naturelle avec 2 kayaks haut de gamme marchez avec la grande station de nettoyage du poisson, la grande cour ombragée et les sièges Adirondack autour du foyer avec éclairage de nuit basse tension. Deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains complètes récemment rénovées, un canapé-lit haut de gamme pour vos invités supplémentaires. Wifi haut débit avec centre de bureau, cuisine du chef avec grand îlot, granite à bords ciselés, cuisinière, et réfrigérateur / congélateur intégré de 6 pieds de large pour les réceptions. Coin salon extérieur couvert avec écran plat wifi et vue sur la rivière. Tuyau d'arrosage et alimentation à quai pour faciliter le lavage du navire. BEST VRBO I've ever stayed at. We came for a manatee bucket list girls trip. Mission accomplished!!!Excellent location; spacious; LOTS of amenities (kayaks; firepit; new appliances; washer/dryer; crab trap; masks/snorkels; dive flag; fishing poles). Can kayak to restaurants; can swim off dock. Has outdoor shower. HUGE outdoor area.We asked for access to a cooler and beach towels and the hosts delivered. Hosts were accessible and returned questions in a good turn around response time. Only minutes away from everything: the town; manatee excursions.Didn't include pics of VRBO bc. their pics are perfect and not photo shopped. Highly recommend!!! Will stay here again.

Very clean great open area inside where we cooked family meals and had a great time visiting and relaxing! We fished off the dock and kayaked to the Three Sisters spring which is beautiful. What a great family vacation and memories!

Third time staying at this home and once again it did not disappoint. Beautiful home in perfect location, especially if you are a boater. Great amenities including firewood and charcoal for the grill. We will be booking again.

Exceeded expectations!

Best property we have ever stayed at! Fantastic amenities. There was a manatee in the canal next to the dock the last day we stayed there. Truly magical location. The hosts are well organized and communicative.

Very nice house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Tailor was easy to communicate with and did so promptly. The house was immaculate altho it was not ready when promised. A text or phone call telling us would have been appreciated. Beds were very comfy.The outside space is great, including the seating, fire pit and kayaks. Lots of hours were spent fishing off the dock. The bugs were very bad when we were there, but we chalked that up to the time of the year,etc.-certainly not the owners fault. The only place to play games or cards is at the island with the four stools.There are no end tables or lamps in the house so finding a place to put your drink was awkward. Also, in the bedrooms there is absolutely no place to put your clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases. The bathrooms don't have any hooks to hang your towels.The door to the garage and then the door to the exterior did not lock - we could push them open.I would probably not rent again, especially when I contacted the owner and he said he had heard those same complaints before but obviously didn't do anything about it.

Cool property, great outdoor area including floating dock. Turtles, mullet and manatees off the dock! We all enjoyed our stay. Only plus would be if there were beach chairs to use at King’s Bay beach

Great stay!

Beautiful place, convenient location, easy water access with kayaks onsite, fire pit stocked with firewood, and great communication from hosts!We saw tons of manatees, were able to kayak to restaurants and all the nearby springs, located in the middle of multiple parks and beaches, and hiking/biking trail right down the road. We will certainly book again!

Perfect place for kayaking to the springs

This rental was spotless. One of the cleanest I've ever rented. The beds were very comfortable as well. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room We spent most of our time on the back patio. The rental said it came with 4 kayaks, but there were 5 for us. That was a nice touch. So were the snorkels and masks.My daughter swam with a manatee right off the dock!The only thing I was disappointed about is that it did not come with a recycling bin. The town of Crystal river has single stream recycling and I saw the neighbors put out their bins. We ended up keeping all of our recyclables and driving out to the recycling center in Lecanto.

Awesome getaway and experience

Everything about our stay and the property was perfect. The property is as nice or even better than advertised. Having direct access to the water and kayaks was very convenient and allowed us to avoid the cost of renting kayaks elsewhere. The restaurants in the area are very close and convenient. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome get away

We simply loved our stay at this location. Easy access to the manatees and fantastic to go kayaking and staying right on the water. Owners take pride in their property and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience

Taylor and Debs house was brilliant. All the fixtures and appliances are high end and the beds and sofas are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need and the showers are powerful and hot with loads of hotel quality towels. The best thing however is its location on an inlet right off the bay. Sitting on the deck is delightful and we saw a manatee there when we first arrived. The kayaks that were provided are great and it’s an amazing experience to paddle over to the 3 sisters springs where the manatees are amassed. The fire pit was also a lovely addition. We went on a trip to snorkel with manatees which is an absolute must and a truly amazing experience. We had a wonderful trip.
