Excellent Location with Second section for Privacy
The property was older but perfect for a large group. We celebrated our mother's 80th birthday and there was a small apartment attached to give them privacy. The location was a walking distance to town, so you didn't have to drive (very busy town and parking was limited). The owner returned communications quickly.
The house is beautiful and plenty of room for families. It had everything you need for a great stay. The hot tubs are a great amenity and very welcoming after a day of walking/hiking. If I could do ten stars instead of a 5-star, this home would get it! Owner was great! Book this gem, you wonât be disappointed.
It was a perfect location for us near our wedding site of Sedona Heritage museum.
Lots of space for everyone! Ample seating to visit. Very comfortable, not too fancy. Would have liked a little larger master bathroom. Beds were comfortable!
The location was a plus. The house itself was dirty. The glass doors were dirty. The floors had balls of dog hair that didnât belong to our dog. There was a petrified cockroach under the table. Rugs in main bathroom dirty.
Home is located in a pleasant neighborhood of mid century homes. There are wonderful red rock views all around. The rental property is older and is quite tired looking on the inside. We had quite a few problems with the plumbing, septic, roof leaking and electrical fuses tripping. The kitchen was very dirty when we moved in and I spent hours cleaning it. All in all the owner was very friendly and eager to fix many of the problems. He is easy to communicate with and work with. The flooring in the home is new. Bathrooms were a little on the moldy side but after purchasing some Tilex spray I was able to make them suitable for our 2 month stay. We really appreciated that the owner allowed us to bring our little dog and parrot along. We were trying to escape the cold winter of Colorado. We enjoyed the hiking that was available just about a mile from the house.
I rented this house for my annual Girl's Trip and we had 11 ladies, perfect house for our group. This house is perfectly located near Uptown Sedona which allowed several of us to walk to town when we wanted. The house is large, clean, and offers many amenities and the owner is very nice to work with. Very easy driving access to 89 N, 89 S, and 179 too. I highly recommend this property.
the house was inviting and suited our family needs. It was clean and well stocked with the basics of home. A couple of things, a simple spray cleaner with bleach cleaner will lighten the mold in the showers and because the grass was still being mowed when we arrived, that evening we were still unable to use the hot tub without bugs swarming around our heads. Perhaps some animal safe spray the day before would be helpful. That being noted, we still enjoyed our stay and would probably use it again.
House we rented was in perfect location..10 minutes walk to downtown Sedona. Everything about the house was good except the internet was slow and kept getting kicked out of wifi. Also, there were a lot of dead bugs(cockroaches) and live bugs(spiders, beetles and others). I can handle bugs but prefer not to have next to the bed I slept in.

Home away from home and so much more!
We arrived late at night to a warm and welcoming guest house. Decorated nicely, comfortable and cozy! Slept wonderfully on the comfy bed! Awoke in the morning to spectacular views of the red rocks. Sat in the viewing room and planned our day. After a long day of sightseeing and walking we came home to our little piece of heaven, built a fire in the fireplace and soaked under the stars in the hot tub. Truly heaven. We arrived home one night to find dear in the driveway. We were also treated to seeing a family of Javelina pass through the yard! Staying at Red Rock Escape made our stay! We looked forward to our evenings by the fire, soaking in the hot tub and sleeping soundly through the night in a great, quiet neighborhood. Don't miss your chance to stay here if you can! It is really the next best thing to home with all the extras! We just loved it! We can't wait to come back!
