Took a family spring break vacation in Sedona and this was the perfect spot for our large family to have as a home base. A great central point from all the main attractions like national parks and all the different trails. Close enough to the shopping and restaurants in town but away from all the hustle and bustle. Definitely enjoyed our stay
Went to Sedona for a weekend birthday get away with friends. Enough room for 4 couples. Plenty of space to park and fenced back yard for the pup! Easy to get around Sedona and all the hiking.
We stayed for 2 nights. Although the location was nice, the property itself is very old and dated. From paper thin blankets and towels to super uncomfortable mattresses, we also encountered many spiders and bugs. The couches all had stains on them and were very worn! The bathrooms were moldy and dirty and the doors to the outside did not stay locked. The lights/lamps were broken in the bedrooms and the recessed lights in the kitchen were constantly flashing. The toilet seat lids were all loose. For the price, it was definitely not worth it.
The house i big with space for everyone. We visited Sedona the first week of January. We were a family of 7 (and a dog) and each person had their space. There are four rooms with queen beds and each person got to puck their mattress firmness. Kids slept in one of the many living rooms.
We used up all the amenities the house had to offer such as the bbq, the yard for the dog, the foosball table, the many tvs, plenty of hot water.
The house is located 10 minutes from town and close to many hiking trails. To me Sedona was pretty small so getting to all the trails we wanted to visit was very close.
The host was extremely attentive and communicated with us quickly.
This property is great value per square feet and location.
