Belle unité face sud au 3ème étage face à l'océan, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, meilleure vue sur l'île. Vous pouvez voir jusqu'à Kure Beach! Prenez un bain de soleil depuis le porche ouvert donnant sur l'océan ou détendez-vous sur le porche arrière face au port. Admirez le lever du soleil depuis votre balcon privé. Appartement merveilleusement entretenu et joliment décoré avec des appareils de cuisine plus récents. Récemment rénové avec planchers de bois et céramique dans tout le condo. Tout nouveau système HAV et chauffe-eau. Tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. 6-7 personnes confortablement. Lit queen dans la chambre principale, lits doubles et lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Lit queen dans le salon. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances relaxantes et amusantes. Choisissez de vous allonger ou de marcher sur la plage pour jouer dans les 2 piscines disponibles pour votre usage. Situé dans le complexe Sun Skipper bien entretenu à l'extrémité nord de la plage, près du quai de pêche, calme même en pleine saison.

Return Visit to this great property

This was our second visit to this property, the first time by chance, the second time by choice. It's hard to get any closer to the ocean without being on the beach. We love the openness of the living/dining/kitchen area, and the bed in the primary bedroom was great. We would stay here again and again.

We had a great time at your place it is right on the beach and walking distance of a lot of things just really enjoyed our stay we had plenty of room the kids loved it just the stairs tend to be too much for 60-year-olds and above but we made it work and we loved it

Amazing Condo Right on the Beach

My family had a wonderful stay at the Sun Skipper! The condo is spacious, has some beautiful updated finishes throughout, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was so nice to be able to walk right onto the beach for the two weeks we were there. We had a hard time getting into the unit at first and we called Bill directly and he helped us get in and proceeded to tell all the fun things we could do with our kids at Carolina Beach. I highly suggest staying here with your family the next time you are heading to coastal Carolina!

Wonderful vacation spot

What a great rental experience! The location was perfect and the beach was terrific. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful when we arrived. Thank you Bill! The rental was clean and had everything we needed, except linens which we already had from renting previously and needing them then so no big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again!

First time at Carolina Beach

This was our first time at Carolina Beach and we had a great time. The beds were nice and comfortable and the kitchen had really nice appliances. It's really close to the pier and not too far away from the boardwalk. We did have AC issues but the owner stayed on top of it and made sure we were comfortable. He called to check on us regularly and gave several options to mitigate the situation. I would definitely stay again.

AHHH-MAZING!!!

What can I say, location was perfect, view was stunning, condo was ideal, so comfy and so cute. We cooked, played games, enjoyed the 1min walk to the beach right out our door. The beach was very private with hardly anyone there. Would absolutely love to book in the future. Bill was phenomenal to deal with. Responded quickly and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Thank you!!!

I stayed here for a getaway with my three daughters, 15, 13 and 3. Pros: Very clean Great location, literally steps to the beach Quiet enough for a little one Easy check in Good communication from host Cons: The stairs!! Four flights of barely ventilated, hot stairs to get to the condo. Rough going with a little one.

Beach spring break

My family of 5 and my in-laws had a wonderful time. We were able to be steps away from the beach and minutes away from some great restaurants. My mother in law loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and enjoying the sun. We all enjoyed being so close to the beach. Everything we needed was in the condo. It was very clean and decorated very nice. The major bonus for us was that there was a washer and dryer. Also two bathrooms. There were seven of us and we all had plenty of room. Bill was very accommodating and kind. Provide everything we asked for. We look forward to going again.

Awesome vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! Pros...beautiful view from the front balcony, comfortable beds, couches, very short walk to the beach, enclosed stairwell, awesome owners. Cons...3 flights up was hard, no outside water hose to get the sand off, bringing your own linens up those stairs. They provided 4 beach chairs but one was broken. Sleeping on top the couch was better than the pullout. Overall, all the cons were minor because it was a wonderful vacation. I appreciate all that has been done to make this a home away from home. Parking at Carolina Beach is robbery but that didn't have anything to do with these spectacular owners! Yes, we would come back!!

Great view!

Lovely spot on the Carolina Beach waterfront. Clean, nicely decorated. As advertised, one of the best views on the beach, with miles of beachfront visible from the 120 degree water view. Only problems were some IT issues resulting from a recent system changeover, which took a day to resolve. We had to sort it out ourselves, but Bill was responsive in getting the needed information. Also note need to bring own linens Other bit of advice -- the garage parking is VERY tight for a minivan -- wound up with a nasty side panel gouge trying to back out. Would suggest owners of larger vehicles consider parking in the offstreet driveway, as we did after the first day.

Great weekend getaway before Hurricane Irma!

Bill and Sandi are very helpful and were eager to help ensure our stay was wonderful. The condo was exceptionally clean and I'm very hard to please in this area! The beds were so comfy and the best I've ever slept in while on vacation. It was super nice to have things available for our use such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and hand soap! I've stayed in many vacation rentals and this is a rarity these days! It was also sweet of the owners to allow us to use their beach chairs and umbrella! The condo was beautifully decorated. We fell in love with Carolina Beach. It's beautiful, small and has very friendly locals! The new boardwalk is beautiful! The view of the condo was breathtaking and we enjoyed relaxing on the oceanfront balcony every evening! The only downside to the condo is that we were unable to locate an outdoor shower to rinse off at after leaving the beach and the pool is located across the street at another unit own by the property company. Also there's no Wifi and limited local channels but I knew this when I booked and it was ok because we brought DVDs to watch on their DVD/blue ray player. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again!

This was our favorite place we have stayed at in carolina beach so far! The view was perfect and breathe taking and We will for sure be renting this place in the future
