Magnifique condo Oceanfront au 1er étage situé au centre de Carolina Beach. Profitez de Pleasure Island dans ce condo d'unité de coin de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain pour 8 personnes. Chambre principale avec un lit King et sa propre salle de bain complète. 2ème chambre a un lit queen et lits superposés jumeaux. Canapé-lit également disponible dans le salon joliment décoré. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres, wi-fi gratuit. Profitez de la plage ou de la piscine à quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée. Ou savourez des cocktails sur le balcon par la porte arrière. Les clients doivent apporter des draps et des serviettes. Buanderie à pièces située au même étage. Porte-vélos sur place. Un Pack n Play est disponible sur demande. Du samedi au samedi, location à la semaine uniquement pendant les mois d'été, soit de la mi-juin à la fin août. Location week-end considérée dans les dates non estivales.

Outstanding in EVERY way!!!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. The listing is exactly as listed. It's very clean!! Excellent host communication. The location and access to the beach are excellent! The pool is nice, too! It's an easy walk to the boardwalk. I highly recommend this beautiful condo!!

Love this place

The place had enough space me my fiancée and my 5 kids. Very clean. Only bad thing, you cannot see the ocean from the balcony. Everything else is a plus.

Family vacation

A Quick Retreat

We stayed @ "A Place @ The Beach" for a small beach getaway with my husband, son and myself. It was easy to check into and pretty close to everything! We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone!!!

Amazing stay!

Perfect accommodation for our beach weekend. The location can’t be beat, oceanfront, walkable to restaurants, stores, and activities. The unit is beautifully updated, clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are newly finished and fully equipped. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The owner, Mark is easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay on the beach

Overall everything was very nice. I wish there would have been more towels/dish towels, but overall a good experience. Oh and there’s no full length mirror. Sounds silly but girls like to catch a Quick Look before they walk out for the day.

Home away from home

This condo is steps away from the sand and sea. Newly updated features have you thinking you are in a model home. Location is great and near all the family fun! Cleanliness was a priority to them and they made it seem effortless! Recommend to anyone with a family that needs a week away from the real world.

July 4th week at Carolina Beach

This property was perfect for two adults (grandma and daughter-in-law) and two children (8 and 10 years old). Condo well located right on the beach, on corner of building, and we could watch fireworks from the deck. Kids enjoyed the pool too. All appliances worked and owner was helpful.

Vaca with dad

Outside of not seeing the ocean from first floor, it's very nice. Two babies under 2, myself, hubby and father. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and easy access to beach. Will return but maybe 2nd or 3rd floor for ocean view. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Great Location

Was recently remodeled and clean. Loved the location with easy access to beach and close to restaurants and stores. Also nice to have a pool on site. Some miscommunication with check in but was resolved shortly. Picture in 2nd bedroom shows 2 beds (a queen and a bunk) but only only has queen bed but we managed fine. All in all was a very nice stay and would stay there again.

Nice enough

Owner was great to deal with. The Condo could use some repairs such as the closer on the front door along with the sliding door. It is on the ground floor which limits the view but not having to climb a lot of steps was great as we had our 84 year old dad with us. Had a great weekend fishing. I’d say we’d rent this condo again.

Great Location, Excellent Host

We stayed 4 nights, checking in on July 4th for the holiday weekend. Property was well kept and clean and the perfect location for beach access and evening activities. Our host Mark was very responsive and provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Stay

The property was great. Great Location. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Hallway bathroom sink drained really slow. Overall great place to stay with fast great communication with property manager.

Nice, clean condo. Easy short access to the beach (walk 100 feet, turn right to go over the dunes). Even easier access to the pool.

We took our youngest three grandchildren. Had a marvelous time. We landed up removing TV from 2nd

Small but sweet!

This was a great property! The space was a little cozy but was newly renovated and very clean. Nicely decorated with all the amenities you could want. The bed was comfortable. This unit is in an older building, but the property is very well kept up. Clean pool and pool area, and nice outdoor shower for getting the sand off. The beach access is right next to the building. We had very good communication with the owners. They were very quick to answer any questions that came up. Thanks Mark and Traci. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location was great! Loved the beach and the property has been redone inside!

Wanted to add only two very small possible issues. The TV’s are not smart so no streaming Netflix. But they did have cable! Second the bedroom that faces the walkway has a bright light shinning into the room all night. A black out blind would really help! Otherwise I loved this place and would definitely stay again! The hosts were totally help with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit!!
