Vous allez adorer nos deux chambres, deux salles de bain de luxe directement sur l'océan! Cette unité de copropriété NON-FUMEUR ET SANS ANIMAL DOMESTIQUE est située au CINQUIÈME ÉTAGE du complexe de condominiums Windjammer, situé à Cap Canaveral, près de la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach. Vous pouvez voir la jetée depuis le balcon. Jetty Park Pier est également à une courte distance au nord.

Belle cuisine ouverte. La cuisine et la salle de bain ont des comptoirs en corian. Carreau partout. Baignoire dans les deux salles de bain. Mobilier haut de gamme. Salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Deux ensembles de portes coulissantes donnant sur l'océan.

Vous apprécierez la vue directe sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, le salon / salle à manger, la chambre principale et le balcon couvert privé. Les vues sont impressionnantes. Le balcon privé est situé près de la chambre principale et du salon.

La chambre principale a un lit queen avec de belles vues directes sur l'océan. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits jumeaux. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stockage disponible. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée disponible pour tous vos besoins de cuisine! Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin dans la cuisine, y compris les livres de cuisine, vous attend.

Près de Port Canaveral où vous pourrez regarder la croisière et les bateaux de pêche partir. Les plus grands navires de croisière quittent le port de Cap Canaveral. Regardez les lancements de fusées depuis Cap Canaveral; regarder les sous-marins dans l'océan; voir des dauphins et des tortues; regarder les navires de croisière quitter le port; Marcher sur la plage; regarder les surfeurs ou être un surfeur; poisson; ou recherchez des coquillages. Profitez du soleil dans la belle piscine chauffée. Marchez jusqu'à la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach ou Jetty Park Pier; magasiner dans les magasins à proximité; et manger dans d'excellents restaurants à proximité. The description and pictures match the property - what you see is what you get!! Tina's place was a great place to stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could want/need. The condo was clean, good location and quiet. Loved that there is a garage space for your car and to store beach chairs/towels. We had no issues with internet service and the big TV was nice. Tina was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Tina's place!!!

Fantastic Spot!!

Everything was fantastic! The view was breathtaking. The location of the pool received sun all day and the pool was heated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy (loved the firm mattress!) and was able to watch the sunrise while laying in bed. Picture window in the living room was the perfect spot to have a massage with the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. The only sad part was having to leave.... would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks so much for preparing us with detailed instructions and an excellent vacation spot. Oh! and we loved the swivel TV :)

The ocean views from the condo are amazing! The condo was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. We loved walking on the beach and sitting on the balcony to take advantage of the sunrises. Great, quiet complex with plenty of parking.

Amazing Place to stay

This condo is right on the beach, with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean from a huge picture window in the living room and a corner balcony that faces both east and south. The balcony is accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom. It is very spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one is en suite). The kitchen is also quite large and is very well stocked with everything you could need. We like to cook so this was perfect for us. We travel all over the world staying in "vacation rentals" and this place, by far, is the best! There is even a garage to put our car in, though outside parking is also available. Tina was very easy to communicate with and took care of everything quickly. I highly recommend staying here.

Location, location, location

The view was spectacular. The kitchen was great, all the high end equipment was there that anyone would need. After a week or so we felt the bed was not up to par. We contacted owner who immediately fixed the problem by having a mattress topper sent to the condo. There was a problem with construction going on in the next door condo all month long and the hammering and sawing was at times disturbing. Although it couldn’t be helped we had no idea that construction was going on next door. Owner was easily contacted when needed.

It was Perfect!

We had the best time in this beautiful condo. It just felt like home for the month that we were there. It had all the amenities of home, with a beautiful view of Cocoa Beach. Tina was wonderful to work with and made sure that we had everything that we needed and that we were comfortable.....we would love to visit Cocoa Beach again and have the same exact experience. We've stayed at many places up and down this coast and this place by far is our favorite....<3

We had a wonderful vacation here, this place is really lovely! We were sad to leave. Great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, very clean, and had all the amenities you could ever need. The condo is set up really nicely as well (has a beautiful large kitchen and gorgeous full view of the ocean) and is very comfortable (super comfy beds too!). We felt that the pictures didn’t even do the place justice and were delighted at how nice it was to sit on the deck overlooking the ocean or zip down to swim. We would definitely come back to stay here!

Beautiful Relaxing and First Class!!

This is a beautiful and relaxing property. The owner's attention to detail shows the minute one walks into the unit. The location is within walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier and Jetty Park. The views extend from the pier to the launchpads at Cape Kennedy to the north. Nearby Port Canaveral is a great place for dining and watching the cruise ships head out to sea. Easy access to all the space coast has to offer. I highly recommend this location to everyone!!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay and experience! Tina was fantastic. Our 3 kids loved this place; pool was great, access to the beach was perfect! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. My son asked the other day when we could go back to Miss Tina's place! We were able to watch the solar probe launch from the beach... moonlight bouncing off of the water at night was gorgeous... short stroll from Cocoa Beach pier.... Great memories!

Wonderful stay with amazing views!

We had an amazing stay at this Condo with our family. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The condominium complex felt safe and well maintained. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated with family friendly furniture. The views are unbeatable with the wide open windows in the living room and master bedroom. Very easy to walk down to the beach or pool. Close to lots of fun activities, and we even got to view two rocket launches!

Thank you for an amazing vacation. This star property has spectacular views of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was awesome. The beach was gorgeous and within walking distance to the pier with restaurants and an arcade. The pool was an added benefit. It would be a perfect family getaway. I highly recommend it for a fabulous beach stay.

We've been renting Tina's condo for 5 years and we keep on coming . It's a beautiful condo and the view directly on the beach it breath taking every year we have the chance to see rocket lanchs and lots of walking bare feet for miles on the beach.The people in the building are all nice when we meet them in the elevator or in the pool.Can't wait to go back.
