Entièrement rénové 3 chambres 2 salles de bain condo de coin avec une vue directe sur l'océan. Un mois minimum de location. La location comprend un garage pour un véhicule, de l'eau, l'électricité et l'accès à la piscine communautaire et à la plage.

Le condo comprend une cuisine rénovée avec comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable, carrelage 18 'tout au long du salon, salles de bains rénovées, planchers de bois dans toutes les chambres, 6 portes battantes, 3 télévisions, volets anti-ouragan et bien plus Cette unité est en excellent état.

Family time

We had a great time and the condo was just as described. Check in was easy and the hosts checked in to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We were very pleased with the location as the beach was steps away and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo was spacious and well equipped. We’d go back for March next year if they’d have us!

As good as advertised.

Just finished a months stay at this condo. Everything was exactly as the pictures depicted. Clean, very well equipped and kept up. Lots of little things are already there that you’ll need for a month at a beach condo. Communication with the owner was great, quick to respond to questions. Check in and stay instructions were crystal clear. Very Nice heated pool. The setting is quiet, great place to relax but your a 2 minute walk to Sandbar ( best place in Cocoa in our opinion) and a few minutes more to Nolan’s. Grocery store less than a mile away and everything else you could need is with in a couple of minutes drive. Saving the best part for last. The view of the ocean is amazing. Beach is steps away; wide with plenty of space. We’d stay here again in a minute.

Wonderful! Would Stay Again!

This condo had everything we wanted...oceanfront view, clean saltwater pool, private walk to a clean beach, great area close to shops and restaurants, updated fixtures, wifi, fully equipped kitchen... We had zero complaints. We were actually pleasantly surprised at how updated the condo was since it did not seem as updated in the pictures. The owner was great to work with and easy to contact. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The location of the condo is excellent. It is easy to walk to stores and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk on the beach to the pier. The living area and balcony faces the ocean, so the view and the breeze is outstanding. We were very comfortable and had a great time.

Should not say in excellent condition

needs new windows and all new bedding, tv in living room to small and the tv in bedrooms are outdated. pots and pans are old as well as the coffee pot. Siding doors are hard to open

As you can see by our photos, our place has been renovated and is in excellent condition. Although not everything is brand new, everything is in good condition and perfect working order. The coffee maker is a drip unit and only a couple years old. Over the summer we put a 50" flat screen tv in the family room and a flat screen in the master bedroom. Please see all of our other reviews which are all 5 star.

Loved it!

Very comfortable condo in an excellent location! It is an easy walk on the beach to the pier. I like to cook and enjoyed the fully equipped modern kitchen. Our visitors enjoyed plenty of towels, beach chairs and body boards for the ocean. The owner is very nice and and has furnished this just like I would if it were my own. We all loved it!!!

Great Location and Accommodations

The VRBO description accurately reflects this property. The reservJustin process was clear and convenient. The condo is equipped with everything that you need throughout the kitchen, baths, and bedroom. Just bring your swim suit and toothbrush! The floor plan is thoughtful and maximizes space and privacy. Located on the north side of the building, this unit offers plenty of natural light and an awesome view of the beach from inside as well as from the balcony. On cool mornings and evenings you can open the sliding door to hear the waves or dine on the balconys evening shade. The building and grounds are very well maintained with an excellent pool and easy access to the beach. Cool mornings by the pool are perfect for relaxing with a good book. Amy was very helpful when we had questions about the condo. The building neighbors were all very friendly as were the the local folks at the grocery stores and other retail shops. We enjoyed learning to surf, boogie boarding, kayaking with the dolphins and manatees at Banana River Park, evening walks to the pier, flying kites, and exploring the local community on our bicycles that we stored in the garage. We also sent our teenage kids for a ride in the biplane and drove to Disney-just an hour away. We would without reserve recommend this property because of its cleanliness, comfort, and proximity to many fun and affordable activities.

Sea Oats, Cocoa Beach

My wife,family, and friends all enjoyed the spacious,comfortable,clean,fully equipped condo with it's great location. The view directly out the bedroom and living room windows of the beach provided us with numerous sighting of boats,surfers,kite flyers,swimmers,cruise ships,birds, fishermen,satellite launches,much more, plus an amazing show of dolphins swimming and jumping in the sea. The two minute walk to the nearest restaurant was great as was the variety and number of others all with in walking distance. Fishing,any water sports,biking,boat tours, manatee sightings,great music,cruises close by, you name it Cocoa Beach will deliver. I would recommend this condo and location to anyone and as we enjoyed it so much we are booked again for the winter.

Cocoa Beach Sea Oats Unit #8

We recently stayed in this unit. It is an excellant condo. There are 3 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed. The unit is very clean. There are 2 full baths. There is even a walk in closet. The balcony directly faces the beach. We highly recommend this condo. It is in walking distance of Ron Jons. There are good restaurants nearby such as Florida Seafood. We hope to stay here again.

ocean front condo at sea oats

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 1/2 month stay at this beautiful location on the beach. The groungs were very well kept and the pool was clean and very enjoyable. The neighbors vere all very nice. The on site maintenance man did an excellant job taking care of the grounds and the pool. From the balcony, we were able to watch several rocket launches, an air show in November, and a low fly by of the 747 aircraft carrying the space shuttle to its final resting place at the Smithstonian. It was fun fishing from the beach in front of the condo and from the various areas along the near=by rivers. Everything was in close proximity to this condo including restaurants,nightclubs,and stores. The church that we attended was less than one mile away. The owners are very nice people and very accomodating.In april, the airconditioning went out and the owners had a new unit installed within a few days. Company that visited us also very much enjoyed this place. The six and one half months that we were here just seemed to fly by. We woukd recommend this place to anyone interested. We would definately love to spend another winter here.

Sea oats rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance to shopping and dining but on a quiet street that is perfect for walking or bike riding. This unit is beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean and has everything one would need. The view is spectacular!! it is the best part of being there, you can see the water from almost every window! Great unit!!

My husband and I are originally from South Florida and were transplanted to Central Florida in 1997. We missed the beach and found ourselves driving to Cocoa Beach frequently to spend the weekend. We decided it would be smart to purchase a condo that we could use during the summer months and rent out during the winter months. So in 2002 we bought our home away from home and we love it!! We spend most weekends here during the summer and dread having to return to real life when school goes back for the kids. We hope that you will enjoy our place as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My husband and I purchased our condo in Cocoa Beach because of the convenience to our hometown, Orlando. We wanted a place that was fairly close to home so we could take off on weekends and enjoy the beach. Depending on what you like to do, Cocoa has something for everyone. You can spend your day at the beach and pool, go to the local movie theatre or one of the local golf courses. There are many restaurants and bars, mini golf and go carts, shopping and much more. Our condo is located 10 minutes from Port Canaveral, 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, 40 minutes to the Orlando International airport, 1 hour to Orlando and the theme parks. Our building is very well maintained and offers a private community pool and private walkway to the beach. We are walking distance to Ron Jon and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There is so much to do in Cocoa Beach! Of course there is the beach, however there are also a few boat rental places in the area where you can hire a driver or do it yourself, there are fishing excursions and sail boat excursions. If you want to stay out of the sun there is a large shopping mall, a movie theatre and a bowling alley. There are more restaurants than you can imagine. Cocoa Beach is also a kid friendly area that offers a few miniature golf places, go carts and game rooms.
