So cute! Well-decorated and sunny apartment. We had everything we needed. Really comfortable bed, great shower and pristine place. Such a cozy spot!

Fantastic stay! Everything you need is there, Probably one of the best stocked rentals I have ever rented. Highly recommend, Location great about 10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Communication was great and would stay there again!

The apartment was clean, well organized, and convenient. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had plenty of cookware & dishes. The view was pretty much just city with a peek of mountains off the outdoor stairwell. It was great to be able to walk to downtown restaurants and shops very easily. The only problem was that large numbers of people gathered on the street and curb at 7 am, and several days were shouting and cursing loudly at each other. We never felt threatened personally, but it was uncomfortable to be woken early by this.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host provided everything needed and communicated well. We appreciated the earplugs left on the nightstand. Nice touch considering we were attending a concert. The area is pretty quiet for being so close to downtown as well. 2 negative points: I had read the place is located close to the unhoused mission but was shocked at just how close. Literally across the street. Many stated they still felt safe. We, unfortunately, did not. So we ended up with the unexpected expenses for Ubers and garage parking. We did not feel safe walking after witnessing one unhoused man carrying around a machete and being yelled at. I know this can’t be predicted and experiences will vary. This was ours. Additionally, the parking is not good for anything but compact cars or sedans. Anything bigger than that is going to have difficulty parking at the unit. Overall, the stay was good.

Great location

Great location for close access to walk downtown. Parking is tight but totally doable with a small vehicle. Comfy beds & all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay in Asheville

My husband and I stayed at this apartment and absolutely loved it. It was exceptionally clean with all of the needed amenities. Check in /check out was easy, as was communication with the host. Would definitely stay there again!

Cozy stay in Asheville

Downtown Annie 4 was so well equipped and clean! It was also a really fun place to hang out when my friends and I weren’t enjoying Asheville. The beds were super comfortable, too.

Nice, well appointed apartment. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Easy access to highway.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable. We mainly walked from there, but drove to visit certain places like the arboretum and river arts district. I would stay here again.

Super Cute Apartment

My mom and I stayed here for a girl’s weekend and it was fantastic. It was an easy walk to downtown and to the River Arts District.
