Great location and beautiful views. Place is exactly as described and Biserka was very helpful. The walk to the walled city was 10-15 mins and a great workout. We would stay there again!

This is a lovely apartment with stunning views over the sea, all the bits and pieces you might need (except soap and shampoo) and super comfortable beds. We particularly appreciated that the owners sent a mountain rescue person to abseil onto the balcony when we got trapped out there due to a door malfunction. I assume the door has now been fixed and this unfortunate incident was definitely not representative of the experience as a whole as everything else worked perfectly. Do be aware that there are a LOT of steps to walk to and from the apartment, and all around the town. If your mobility is in any way compromised you might want to reconsider Dubrovnik as a destination, Split is much more manageable.

Place was as advertised. Great view. We were able to watch a fireworks show and they were exploding at the level of the apartment. Thanks!!! You get used to the walk up after a few trips.

Cute apartment with beautiful view

The view makes this location! The apartment is cute and well appointed. It was perfect with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms for our family group. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view with our morning coffee or an evening beer! It sits high up on the side of the hill which is great for the view, but be warned. The hike up the hill is steep or the alternative a few very long steep flights of stairs is not for those that detest a bit of a workout (or paying for an Uber). We loved it, no gym needed! Thank you!

Incredible views

Really breathtaking views of Old Town Dubrovnik and Lokrum Island from this roomy apartment. We were very comfortable and only a 15 minute walk from the old part of the city. Walking back up the hill after dinner was largely avoided by taking a 20 Euro cab. Plenty of room for the 5 of us.

Amazing place with an amazing view. Close to old town and markets. There are lots of steps to get around to groceries etc but very beautiful. Just be prepared for lots of steps all over Dubravnik. Biserka was very responsive and available as needed. It was a seamless check-in and out.

Excellent location. Quiet, scenic views over the bay and well furnished apartment.Access to/from can be challenging if you are on foot because of steep stairs or if you come up the hill via the steep winding road

Beautiful location

As many of the reviews stated, the place has a lovely view of the Adriatic and Old Town. It is definitely a climb back up to the apartment but it is doable if you are fit. Biserka was a great host and communicated well with us regarding any questions!

Excellent view and location

The apartment has wonderful views of the old town and lockrum island. It is a great location, being a ten minute walk to the old town. It is on the hillside so there is a climb up steps to get back. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was comfortable. The host was responsive and check in was easy.

Stairway.....to heaven?

First off, Biserka the person we dealt with was awesome. Quick to respond to any questions we had and place felt super clean upon arrival. Address said 16, but unit was actually 18. Fortunately she responded fast on that. As for the place, its at the top of the hill which for views of the sea and old town Dubrovnik, it was spectacular. There's little to no parking down near the town, so plan on walking a lot. However, because you're at the top, that means to get down to the bottom, be prepared for a lot of stairs. Thats right folks, this place comes with a built in stair-master to keep you in shape. 😉 its about 400-500 stairs down to the beach and then back up. But there is a market down on the street after the first 200 steps that has some decent bakery items. I recommend the powdered jelly filled donuts...very light and fluffy. If you have knee problems walking from this place could be tough, so plan Uber transportation into your budget if that's the case. Otherwise, its great exercise and if you're like us, you acclimate fast. Place was clean and comfortable and had some air conditioning which was crucial because it was very hot and muggy while we were there in July. I also appreciated that it had 2 bathrooms. One side note...for the most part ceiling heights were fine. However I'm 6'6" (about 2 meters) tall. Kitchen ceiling provided an excellent opportunity to practice my limbo. Also the mirrors showed me my belly button quite nicely. 😅

Beautiful apartment

We had a beautiful girly weekend in Croatia. There were 4 of us and the apartment was a very comfortable size for us. It also has two bathrooms which was very convenient. The apartment has everything you need. Spacious rooms with aircons in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Other bedrooms had electric fans and ceiling fans. The apartment has a stunning view! You would need to climb a lot of stairs to go to the beach or Old Town. We always took Uber or Bolt, which are very reasonable. We paid between €4 (Bolt) to €8(Uber) to go to the Old Town. The host was great, quick replies and very accommodating I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again

Great location with stunning views near Old Town Dubrovnik.

The apt is located on a hill overlooking the water, the Old Town and Lokrum Island lending itself to a stunning view from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, pans, utensils, refrigerator and coffee maker. The Dining table and Living Room are comfortable and inviting. Washing machine was an added plus and the bathrooms were supplied with many additional towels. No soap or toiletries were provided, so bring your own. Excellant location near the Cable Car and a small market is nearby. The area lends itself to great exercise with stairs and nearby trails. The owner arranged for a driver from the airport and was outstanding in any needed communication.

Amazing View

Biserka's apartment was a great base for our time in Dubrovnik. The balcony view of Old Town from the east is beyond compare. We spent each night after touring out there with a bottle of wine. She communicates quickly and kindly accommodated our early arrival. Do know the hike up from Old Town is steep and involves stairs. We're reasonably fit but opted for a taxi (10 euro) our last night. But walking down is easy and takes about 15 minutes. Also, there's a switch you need to press outside the bathrooms for hot water. Strongly recommend!

Stunning vista

Nice unit with fabulous view of Old Town. Walkable to town (if you don’t have a car)
but you may want to Uber back as it is all uphill. Berserka was very easy deal with and communication was very timely.

Visit to Dubrovnik

First time in Dubrovnik. Great quiet location with close access to Old Town. We read the reviews about the number of steps down from the property and they were accurate. It’s quite a workout but the views were worth it from our patio!

Phenomenal Home w/ Great Location

Our family vacation in Dubrovnik would not have been great without Biserka's beautiful home. The location met all our needs, and the amenities were spot on. The steps to and from played a factor, but we adjusted with an Uber up in the evenings. We suggest Uber rather than local taxis. We look forward to our return to Dubrovnik and visit Biserka's place again.
