Bande neuve sur le marché, entièrement décorée et meublée à un niveau élevé en 2016/17, un appartement de 2 chambres au 2ème étage orienté sud adjacent au centre-ville, au golf, au longeron et aux restaurants.

L'appartement dégage une atmosphère contemporaine et a été récemment rénové. Il y a deux chambres, la principale avec un lit king size, des unités latérales et un coin dressing, la deuxième chambre, 2 lits simples avec placards et portes françaises, un coffre à jouets pour enfants et des jouets. Les portes coulissantes pleine largeur du salon mènent à un grand balcon avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin.

Inc dans l'appartement est WIFI, TV satellite, Xbox et WII, lave-linge, four, Hobb, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur, chaises longues, air conditionné, ventilateurs, sèche-cheveux.

Estancia muy buena

La casa está muy bien. La piscina es estupenda. Volvería a repetir . L comunicación con el dueño es muy buena, sin problemas. Sin incidencias. Esta muy cerca de la zona de bares del complejo. Muy céntrico.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay at Chris’ apartment, had everything that my family needed during our time & loved the little extras such as toy box & floats. We went at the end of the summer so the resort was starting to wind down so was not too busy but still plenty to do. There was a small issue during our stay but Chris & Claire were quick to provide alternative solutions and updates. The resort & pools were clean, well maintained, secure and the apartment was in a great location close to ‘town centre.’ It would have been handy to have had a bit more information about the local amenities so hope this review helps others; there is a market with live entertainment, food and clothes stalls every Wednesday & Friday during summer in the town centre starting at 7pm. There is an Italian restaurant which was lovely, sports bar/restaurant, Indian restaurant, Bistro restaurant and 2 bars serving food from 7pm in the town centre. A clubhouse serving breakfast & lunch not too far from the town centre & a beauty/hair salon. There are further bars/restaurants in the Hilton hotel but we didn’t go. They are planning to open 6 other establishments in the next year which will be a great boost following COVID. As the resort is quite remote I would get a car next time so can get out & about more but enough onsite to keep you entertained. Playa del la najevero was a lovely beach for kids as not too deep. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Un peu d'inquiétude concernant notre arrivée mais une fois installer, nous avons apprécié les équipements du logement ainsi que sa proprete.yn garage fermé pour la voiture et mise a disposition de bracelet pour les piscines. Je reviendrais sûr

Enjoyable stay

Enjoyed a couple of weeks in this lovely apartment. We had everything we needed and the communications were excellent. La torre is a great resort for just chilling out.

Village de vacances très agréable pour se reposer .

En revenant du Maroc, c'est très bien pour passer des moments agréables en famille. Très belles piscines et la mer n'est pas très loin. Le prix des locations est abordable.

Ya comenzó mal cuando me dicen que no hay plaza de garaje cuando en el anuncio así lo ponía q había, hablo con el dueño por correo, pero acepto continuar ya que quedan pocos días para las vacaciones. Me dice que las llaves me las deja en un buzón y si quiero que alguien me lleve a la casa le tengo que pagar 20€ al señor que me enseña la casa( alucino y me niego en absoluto, las recojo en un buzón) cuando llego a la casa.....horrible...es como si hubiera limpiado corriendo y mal....todo con pelos....( Cuando digo pelos son pelos...dentro de las mesillas de noche..suelo de la casa...) Tengo que ir a comprar mopa escoba etc para dedicarme a limpiar la casa..no hay sombrilla en la terraza y una de las sillas está rota.....por supuesto hablamos por correo con el dueño y el se hizo cargo de la limpieza q tienes que pagar a la salida.... La casa está bien ubicada y está bien. Ahora no puedes decir que tienes garaje.. las cosas rotas y la casa sucia...pq la imagen es horrible.

A gem!

An absolute gem! A great location, only 20 minutes from Murcia airport (and what a fantastic airport - brand new, and so easy and hassle free), 20 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Murcia. The apartment is tip top, everything you need, with a short walk to a supermarket, a couple of restaurants and bars. You overlook a wonderful pool that is cleaned daily. The whole Le Torre Golf Resort is beautifully maintained, safe and secure. Overall an amazing holiday!

Relaxing Holiday in the sun

Wonderful relaxing stay. Most importantly the flat was clean, with the owners going the extra mile on mod cons. Flat comes with decent WIFI, cable TV and aircon. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and we settled in very quickly. The apartment is safe and secure, in a very central location which made going out for dinner or popping down to the Spar very quick and easy. Added convenience of a lift makes getting your luggage plus kids clobber up and down to the pool, or car an easy task. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone and looking forward to going back next year :)

Lovely apartment.

We have just enjoyed a very relaxing 2 weeks at Chris & Debbie's lovely, comfortable apartment in La Torre golf resort. All you could need is provided in the apartment, and the kitchen is particularly well equipped for self catering. The spacious balcony has a wonderful view over those oh-so-inviting pools and immaculately kept gardens, and is a great place to enjoy alfresco eating & drinking. The whole complex is very well maintained, is clean, safe and secure. There should be no concerns about personal safety nor unpleasant behaviour here. The apartment is ideally located for the well-stocked and reasonably priced 'Spar' supermarket, and the 'town centre' ; both just a short walk away. The 'town centre' has a couple of restaurants, a pub and a cash machine. It is also the venue for a weekly 'night market' (in season) and live music shows. The Italian restaurant, we found, was particularly good. There is a taxi stand for trips out, but a car would be very useful; the resort is not yet on the public transport network. A trio of nearby restaurants; Alhambra Palace, Jaipur Palace (curry) and Tipsy (Tex Mex) provide a free courtesy taxi if you book a table with them. We thoroughly recommend the Jaipur Palace; if you like curry, that is! Their taxi service was efficient and punctual....both ways. All-in-all a great base for a relaxing break in the sun. It is only a 15 min drive from Murcia airport (sadly due to close?), and is in easy reach of numerous interesting places to visit. Chris and Debbie's help and communication has been second to none, throughout, and we would not hesitate in recommending their apartment if you were looking for a holiday in the region.

We have just returned from 7 nights at this appartment and we couldn’t fault it. Chris and Debbie have thought about everything that you need to have an enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend their apartment to all and would defiantly look for its availability if we are looking to stay at La Torre again

Great apartment. Very central and has everything you could need.

We had a great 11 days at la torre. We had pool days and beach days. Apartment is very close to both the shop and the restaurants. Has everything in it that you would need for a stay here. Loved the new addition of the Friday night market and entertainment in the street. Would highly recommend apartment. Thanks

Fantastic family holiday

We have just returned from 10 days at this wonderful apartment where you can escape from it all. It is fully equipped and has everything you could need whilst away and more! The extra little touches really made our holiday including a full toy box to amuse the little one, Xbox to amuse the older one, pool and beach toys and a BBQ overlooking the pool where we could cook, relax and enjoy the evenings once the little one was in bed! It is situated in the perfect spot, a short palm tree lined, stroll from the bars, restaurants and shop and the balcony has beautiful views over the pool area. A car is definitely advisable as we managed to enjoy the shallow waters of the Mar Menor, the bustle of Murcia old town and Cartagena, and several coffees and cold beverages in Roldan all within 5-20 minutes of this place. Very welcoming golf members and reduced green fees, quiet pool area with shallow waters perfect for younger children and a base that was clean and fully equipped made the holiday for the whole family. The owners were so helpful before, during and after and the whole experience has been easy. It really is a quiet and relaxing spot and we believe we have found a real hidden jem. Perfect for a family getaway. We will be coming back!

Very clean, great facilities, modern decor, large balcony

Stayed August 17 and very impressed with apartment and resort, good location 15 minutes from the warm and shallow water of the Mar Menor. Played golf with local society who were very welcoming and reduced the green fee to 39€. Pool was really nice and not too crowded. Highly recommend this large two bed apartment and would suggest a car is required to get out and about

Amazing apartment. Everything went smoothly.

Such a lovely place to go and the owners are so helpful and questions or worries were answered and sorted. Perfect place for children having toys and things already set up there. So quiet and relaxing we will be coming back for another lovely stay!
