The 3-star rating is due to location, price, and the owner refunding a portion of our stay and being apologetic for the issues we experienced. First, the location is fantastic and the price point is quite good. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the onsite maintenance manager was highly responsive. Now, the issues: the condo is a bit outdated; however, the appliances worked. The walls need to be cleaned and painted; there are smears and stains. We had to clean the floor, as it had dirt, leaves, and some small trash. We encountered three issues - the first-floor half bath had a constant running toilet (which is concerning due to possible overflow) and the upstairs bathroom tub clogged significantly; both issues were resolved within a couple of days. The major issue was the HVAC leak; there was standing water under the HVAC which would overflow into the dining room and eventually, worked its way under the tile and was seeping in the kitchen. We had to lay towels over the floor because each step would cause water to seep out of the grout of the tile. This was eventually fixed; it's highly likely and needed to remove the tile and clean the subfloor for any mold and mildew. The listing also needs updating: not a king bed, the double beds were broken down bunk beds, and the workout facility is very bad (4 dumbells, a broken treadmill). Koli is fantastic to work with and promised to address the walls and floor; the condo would be stellar with a few updates.
