Avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la marina notre appartement de luxe se trouve dans un endroit idéal pour des vacances en Algarve. Un luxueux et confortable sécurisé appartement, deux chambres dans un cadre exclusif et recherché emplacement au-dessus de la vieille ville d'Albufeira dans un cadre tranquille parfait dans de beaux jardins paysagers. L'appartement dispose de deux chambres, une chambre double et une avec deux lits simples, les deux chambres ont des fenêtres pleine longueur avec vue sur la piscine et placards.
Mer et le port de plaisance sont depuis le salon et balcon avant, avec vue sur les deux piscines fabuleuses avec une chute d'eau en cascade depuis le balcon de la cuisine et les deux chambres. Albufeira vieille ville et la plage de pêcheur est un agréable 10 minutes à pied où vous trouverez des boutiques, des bars et des restaurants. Le port de plaisance où vous pouvez prendre des excursions en bateau ou tout simplement profiter des cafés de bord de l'eau est à seulement 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement dispose d'un grand balcon et une finition de qualité supérieure, situé dans une copropriété fermée sécurisée et profiter des avantages de parking frais de sous-sol. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée danoises complètes avec des appareils Zanussi et plans de travail en granit. Toutes les portes-fenêtres et fenêtres ont actionné électriquement volets en aluminium thermo-laqué. Il y a waterparks et plusieurs terrains de golf à proximité et 7 autres plages à 5 minutes en voiture.

Great stay

Had a lovely stay here. Apartment was great, complex and pools very nice. Location very good to walk to beaches, marina and old town. Really enjoyed it!

Wonderful Stay In Albuferia

Amazing views from the balcony. This condo suited our needs for the 14 days we were there. Walking distance to most places. The walk down was generally good but the walk back up with groceries might be challenging for some people. Use Uber as it was very cheap and readily available. Overall, the complex was great!

Albufeira stay

Well maintained and secure location, splendid views of the Harbour and partly the sea front. Only minor issue was it was very hilly and some distance from the main shops and restaurants, having said that the advantage of being slightly further away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town heavily outweighs any thing else.

Nice spacious apartment with lovely views

Gerard's apartment was perfect for our stay in Albufeira and within easy walking distance of the Marina, old town and town beaches. We found it was also very easy to get an Uber to some of the lovely beaches down the coast to the west which we did on several occasions. Everything went very smoothly and Gerard's notes about the local area and how to get to different places were very useful. It was also great to have use of the pool on site which was never too crowded.

Enjoyed the condo , it was as advertised, very clean with a pleasant view from balcony . Short walks to both Marina an old town , but not easy walking back to condo as it is a tad steep . Great exercise though .

Great stay in Albufeira

We had a great holiday in Albufeira and the apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you could need including dishwasher. The apartment has 2 balconies one of which has a wonderful sea view and the other one overlooks the swimming pool. The apartment is located up a steep hill and if you have mobility issues would recommend using taxis or tuk tuk which aren't expensive. Tuk tuk is a fun way of seeing the sights but worth checking prices with a more than one operator. Thanks to Gerard for a very pleasant stay. Andy and Stella

Spotless Apartment

We found the apartment to be very spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could possibly wish for. The apartment is situated on a fairly steep hillside which entailed a 15/20 minute walk to the "Old Town" (the use of Ubers for the return journey was extremely useful and not expensive), the location afforded a wonderful sea view and also overlooked the attractive swimming pool. Gerard was very helpful arranging the transfers etc, and resolving a small issue on our departure. Over all it was a very enjoyable stay! Wendy and Geoff.

Amazing week in Albufeira

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment while visiting Albufeira. It is a beautiful spot-awesome views, great pool for kids, and tennis. You can access the marina to go on various excursions or the fishermen’s beach within 10-15 walking depending on who you’re walking with. It is high up, therefore the great views, but walking home is slower (at least in my case). We took Ubers easily to places farther away. The apartment itself is so well organized. When Gerard says you only need your towel and sunscreen he isn’t kidding. We cooked many meals here and it felt like a true home. This would be a great spot for staying much longer as well! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness- it was a great trip to the Algarve!

Great apartment in great location

From the moment we booked this holiday communication with Gerard was fantastic. On arrival Nicky met us at apartment and gave us a tour. Apartment was spotlessly clean with every amenity you could wish for, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, plenty of crockery and cutlery and a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Views from both balconies fantastic, one overlooking the Marina and Old Town, the other the fantastic pool area. The pool area is spotlessly clean with lots of sunbeds. The apartment is located a 10 to 15 minute walk from Old Town and Marina. The apartment is located at the top of quite a steep hill which wasn't a problem for us but those with mobility issues may find this an issue but taxis from both places only cost 5 or 6 Euros. Overall a fantastic experience and we would book this apartment again.

Fantastic Apartment

We had a wonderful weeks stay at Encosta Da Orada. The apartment is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. Nothing has been spared in providing everything you need to make it a home from home. The communal swimming pool is great and we never had a problem with sun beds, people actually take their towels with them when they leave!! It’s a short walk down the hill into the Old Town or Marina areas. It’s quite a steep climb back, which we had no problem with, but on a few occasions we just jumped in an Uber which was only 3 to 4 Euros. Gerard was a great host, providing a comprehensive guide to the area and arranging airport transfers with an extremely reliable company. We don’t often visit the same place twice as a family as we like to see as many places as possible but we would certainly book this apartment again if we return.

Great holiday!

Wonderful holiday. The apartment is large, airy and spotless. Pool fantastic. Great location too! Highlights included a day out on the Finimaris sailboat (booked at the Marina). And we took the kids to Slide and Splash (suggest getting their early to bag a sun bed or 2) - excellent waterpark. Beaches also excellent but water a little chilly! Loads of great spots to eat too. Taberna do Pescador (fresh fish) Olympique (tapas, squid and tuna amazing!), Mi Sombrero (randomly a brilliant mexican place) and Beach Basket (great for a quick bite). All in the Old Town. Used Uber to get most of further out places and supermarket. Was really good value, like it used to be in UK! Never had to wait more than 2 or 3 mins. And Gerard who owns the apartment was really helpful, providing great guidance for the area and most of the recommendations (and more) in my review. Highly recommend!

Super appartement, avec tout le nécessaire, la literie est excellente, la cuisine est bien équipée

La résidence est très bien entretenu et sécurisé. les piscines sont top, toutefois il ne faut pas frileux elles ne sont pas chauffés, mais avec cette chaleur ça fait du bien. Si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé, les taxis et Uber sont très abordables. La résidence étant nichée sur une colline. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Albufeira.

Excellent apartment with great view

The apartment is very clean and modern with plenty of space and a nice balcony. Very well equiped kitchen to allow cooking and eating in if needs be. A fair sized swimming pool and a separate paddling pool is also very good. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment on a stunning complex

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this apartment and I have to reiterate what the previous reviewers have said. The booking process was very efficient with the owner responding extremely promptly to any e mail queries I had. We elected to take the transfer offered by the owner and Dario was waiting at arrivals on our exit from the airport. We did hire a car later in the week for three days but instead arranged to pick up the car from Europcar just five minutes away at the Marina. The apartment itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. It was equipped with all the appliances and kitchen equipment you could want. The Ocean view from the front balcony was stunning so much so that we stayed in and cooked on a couple of evenings because it was just too nice and comfortable to leave. The view from the kitchen balcony looks over the pool where we enjoyed sitting eating lunch out there as it was cooler during the day. The private gated complex is of a high standard with gardens that are very well maintained. It was very clean and not too busy and being gated felt very safe and secure. The two pools are a really good size and were never crowded and there were always sun loungers available so none of that getting up early to claim your place with a towel. In fact the security guy at the pool prevented people from doing that with a quiet word. A 10 minute walk away downhill you will stumble upon the 'old town' which has a vast range of bars, restaurants and shops - if you're inclined you can party well into the early hours or return to the peace & quiet of the apartment. We loved the marina and the old town, we walked back most nights but there is a taxi rank in the Old Town which cost just 5 Euros for the short journey back to the apartment. The Intermarche supermarket was just 5 minutes away so it was not necessary to have a car. All in all, we thought the apartment and complex were great and excellent value for money and we would be more than happy to stay there again.

What an amazing holiday in this fantastic apartment. Stunning views and so comfortable. Pool was a great size for swimming and top pool was perfect for the children. Loved walking down to the Old Town and Marina. Gérard left so many helpful tips and was really helpful in the lead up to the holiday. First Class Apartment

Just back from Alburfeira at this fantastic apartment. Everything you wish for. Fantastic balcony views off lounge, and great balcony overlooking pool also. From start to finish communication was first class. Walking downhill is certainly easier , then taxi from old town or Marina up to apartment. There is not one negative although up the hill, most places are . So if you have walking difficulties Alburfeira is not for you. I do not have one negative on my stay although I know Alburfeira well so no bad points . Well done to Andrew and his lovely apartment hopefully see you again.
