WI-FI gratuit et climatisation et à seulement 20/30 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, notre appartement est idéalement situé. L'appartement Catalina est un élégant appartement très spacieux au rez-de-chaussée. patios Ceux-ci s'étendent du salon et de la chambre principale, vous pouvez donc profiter d'un verre de vin et dîner en plein air!.Il y a un parking à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'appartement, situé sur l'élégant complexe sécurisé quatre étoiles du Club Albufeira. Les environs sont magnifiquement aménagés. Réception 24h / 24, caméras de sécurité et de surveillance. Il y a un club pour enfants, un mini-golf, un tennis, 4 grandes piscines et est à proximité d'une piscine à deux niveaux chauffée en hiver, généralement d'octobre à mai, près du restaurant à la carte Casa Azul, jacuzzi, terrasses ensoleillées et de merveilleux restaurants et barre de céréales. La réception peut organiser des taxis et des excursions d'une journée vers les attractions locales et les heures de départ du golf. L'Algarve propose certains des meilleurs parcours de golf d'Europe. Il y a également des services Internet, un téléphone public et une bibliothèque. L'appartement est idéal pour les enfants. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute peuvent être fournis sur demande moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Il s'agit d'un appartement non-fumeurs, mais les clients sont invités à fumer sur la terrasse. L'appartement est proche de la vieille ville d'Albufeira et de la célèbre plage des pêcheurs qui peut être atteint par le bus de courtoisie ou à 2 minutes en voiture / taxi ou si vous préférez marcher 20 minutes Une fois là-bas, vous pourrez découvrir de nombreux restaurants, bars, shopping etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine and David's apartment. Beds were very comfortable, and the whole place very cozy and updated. The manicured grounds are amazing. We did not realize when we booked that we had access to 4 different pools which were all well looked after. The apartment is very well located to all amenities. We did not rent a car but all tours had pick-up basically on site. There is a lovely marked walk-way to walk to Old Town and to a bigger grocery store on the way. The hosts were easy to contact and replied straight away. This is a gem. Thank you again Catherine and David. Hoping to be able to visit the Algarve again.

Lovely apartment. Great resort.

Just returned from 11 days in this apartment @ Clube Albufeira, and we thought it was great. We travelled with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. The villa was well set up for them too.

Excellent property!

Lovely apartment with everything you need at hand. Particularly great with a highchair and cot for our baby. Great location just a short walk to the old town with lovely pools and bars/restaurants on site. Would definitely stay again if we were coming back to the Algarve.

Our vacation at Catalina Apt. was amazing. Wonderful to wake up in am & just step out onto ground floor patio with sunshine all day long. Had a wonderful time & would definitely recommend his property to future travelers.

Spacious apartment in a nice club.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit provided most of everything we needed for our stay. While we also enjoyed the evening fun of Old Town Albufeira, it was nice to relax around one of the many pools at a Club Albufeira. We also found it quite handy to have a few restaurants on the property for our first and last nights.

Only had a short stay this time but absolutely enjoyed every minute of it the food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced , the pools were all clean and surrounded with sun beds , the apartment was very clean and highly maintained it had everything we could possibly need , air con , sun beds the list is endless , we would certainly recommend this apartment to any couples or families its truly lovely thankyou David and Catherine we be returning very soon.

The best complex I’ve ever stayed on!

This apartment is amazing, it is really well located on the complex and it is one of the last ones to receive the sun in an evening, but it also has plenty of shade. It is close to the main pool which is perfect, lots of grass, mini club, park, swim up bar and a lovely restaurant. It is a lovely walk into the old town with a park on route to break it up for the children. The apartment itself has everything you need and all rooms are large and airy. I would highly recommend this apartment, we had a wonderful holiday.

We have dreamed of owning our own holiday home in the sun ,somewhere we can go on yearly holidays & eventually retire to a warmer climate. We have looked at main land Spain, Majorca & all the Canary Islands searching for the right place, but nowhere felt right like home.
We eventually decided to have a change from Spain & try Portugal as we had heard such good things about it, we have been coming to Portugal now for the past 2 yrs.’ & fell in love , The old town is charming and a real treat to walk around the Beautiful beaches the Friendly people, low price of living & warm Mediterranean climate with over 300 days of sun a year ,. We decided to buy an apartment in Albufeira to hopefully one day retire here, & I can say it has been the best thing we have done. We really hope you like our apartment as we have tried to make like home with all our extra touches, We come all year round and we love it. We hope you will too.
