We booked a 1 month stay for January/ February. This condo is very well equipped, clean, and the property manager Milene was excellent to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Large suite with everything you need for your stay. Beautiful property with a lovely pool. We arrived late at night had some difficulty finding the location from the google map link provided.

Had a lovely holiday in Albufeira and more specifically at this apartment. It’s probably a 8 to 10 minute walk downhill to the old town, so sufficiently far away to ensure we had a peaceful holiday. Whilst close to the action of the beach etc . Good timing Check -in was made super easy by Tony as was the checkout and we were delighted to find on arrival that the property was very clean and also came with lots of equipment , ( there was even electric pumped to pump up the inflatables) to make our holiday a success.Thanks, Tony

Lovely stay

Thanks for the lovely stay, everything was fabulous, I only rated the check in with 4 stars because the key wouldnt work and the apartment door was jammed, but Joe came to our rescue straightaway and the lock was changed soon after. Thanks for everything we will definitely be back.

Week in Albufeira

The process was very easy and the location was top notch. A 5 minute walk to both the beach as well as restaurants and stores. Have nothing whatsoever to complain about and I highly recommend anybody going to Albufeira to rent this apartment.

Perfect accomodation near city center with beautiful views

Lovely apartment, equipped with everything you could ever need. Baby bed, and chair and cutlery/cups all very convenient. The location is beautiful, short downhill stroll to the city center and beach. Only downside is the horrible WiFi but for us not a big deal as it made us turn the phones down.

We really enjoyed our first trip to Portugal. Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious, fab roof terrace, with lovely views. Pool area is nice, with a great pool bar. Apartment is in a good location for the beach and town (approx 20 mins walk.) Town can get quite lively in the evening with large groups, but we avoided those areas.

Fabulous holiday vibes

We had a wonderful stay at this light, bright, spacious apartment. Super clean and with a well equipped kitchen and comfy seating. The top deck was a fabulous spot to enjoy meals and drinks with gorgeous views over the property and to the sea. The onsite pool is superb and tennis courts were enjoyed too. Love having the wee shop for emergency toothpaste and ice creams. An easy walk to town and the beach. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

Retrirement Vacation

We went to this wonderful accommodation and it surpassed all expectations. The view was amazing it was close to the old downtown of Albufeira. Comfortable for 5 adults everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Was very clean, lots of extra little touches, host was extremely helpful and friendly. So many fine restaurants within a 15 minute walk, beach was also easy to access as well. Be prepared for some uphill walks.

Fantastic Property.

Beautiful apartment, 10 mins walk from old town. Apartment was meticulous. Welcome basket was appreciated. Only tiny inconvenience was the wifi was intermittent. View from terrace was breathtaking. The Windmill resort is beautiful. It has a good cafe on sight, ( though owner was unfriendly), with a mini mart, along with a fine dining restaurant.Would highly recommend.

Excellent Stay

We stayed for 3 nights in June 2018. We had an excellent stay and couldn't recommend this apartment enough! It was very clean, spacious and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. Tony the owner and Jan the manager were also excellent accommodating us before & during our stay and we were even able to have early check in and late check out which was amazing. The apartment is excellently situated only a short walk into the Old Town and the Windmill Hill complex also has great facilities. The private roof/sun terrace is also an excellent addition and we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful place to stay!

From all the VRBO’s that we have stayed at the directions to get to the apartment given by the owner we’re “spot on”! The apartment was beautiful, clean and the view from upstairs balcony worth every penny spent. Our only complaint was that the WIFI kept going out - meaning that we constantly had to re-connect. Check in and out was a charm and parking easy to find. The location up on the hill overlooking Albufeira is stunning and a great place to stay to get away from the crowds down below in town. I shall recommend this place to friends. Two thumbs up!

Great property

We spent a lovely week in Tony’s apartment in late June 2022. The apartment is very well appointed and part of probably the best development in Albufeira. The beds were very comfortable and we all rested well. The apartment had great space with everything in place to ensure the holiday was not a stressful experience. One friendly advice I’d give to Tony is to explain the challenging first attempt to unlock the door and get in. It took me a good 15 min to figure it out, but was no problem after that. All in all, I’d totally stay here again if I were to come back to Albufeira again.

Lovely apartment. Everything you need.

Stayed for 3 nights Sept 2017. Arrived early for bag drop and maids were just finishing up and were able to get in the apartment early. Food pack was helpful to get us through the first day. I assume that this is left in the apartment as standard as it was free. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. Upstairs veranda has fantastic views of the old town and beach. Can't recommend this enough. Complex itself is quiet and very well maintained. Uphill location might not suit everyone, but is useful for burning the extra calories!

Very nice apartment... but wasnt cleaned

Perfect apartment, good location but cleaners didn't arrive until morning after arrival so were left with unmade beds (previous occupants hairs & all), dirty towels and a big pile of rubbish in the kitchen.. then cleaners insisted on cleaning while we tried to sleep...a real shame because the apartment was very nice and good value

Great Condo & Property

The condo was a great size and quite clean. The pool and view exceeded our expectations. There is a small store and restaurant on the property. It’s a quick walk to the “old town” area but prepare for lots of hills. It’s downhill to old town and Uber is available to drive you home if you don’t want to walk up the hill. There was confusion with check in as the condo was not cleaned yet. Luckily the contact person, Milene was there and very apologetic. She had it cleaned and ready for us in 2.5hrs and we could keep our luggage inside. Inconvenient but seemed to be a miscommunication. Overall, I would recommend this condo for the price, pool, view, and cleanliness.

A lovely apartment with stunning roof terrace. Comfy beds which were great. It was myself pushing the communication, would have liked better comms from owner/manager when their account was hacked as I never was 100% sure who I was speaking to. Reassurance from VRBO was that people were still booking with no complaints. Few issues once we checked in which were quickly rectified the next morning which was great. A few things needing attention in the apartment is the patio in the main bedroom that did not lock and the ants in the kitchen(sealing behind sink should help) but even when blocked there was still plenty around. It’s a lovely complex but you need to be part of the towel brigade in morning to get a lounger at the pool, usual families having towels first thing and not turning up to the afternoon, would be good if the complex could manage this better. Concern is we only had 1 key which was always a worry if we closed the door and forgot the key we would be locked out, should give more than 1 key. Overall a lovely apartment which with a few fixes and changes would be perfect.

The apartment needs a little attention. The door/key/lock situation is a long a painful process. It can take a long time to get in if you don't get it just perfect. Some of the lights don't work. It is functional a standard unit that is a bit past it's prime. The water shut off on the last day mid shower. A call to the manager sorted it out in about fifteen minutes. There is a bit of a miss in communications and care. The door lock is very frustrating, we would re-visit

Nice apartment with fatal flaws

Good location with nice sea views. Generally stocked well, but missing minor items like a corkscrew, which seems essential in Portugal. Also dirty linens in one bedroom. Three fatal flaws (details below): 1. Front door key and lock are nearly impossible to operate. 2. Internet is so slow it's not usable. 3. Unresponsive host and manager. Lock and key: Even building maintenance manager says the lock should be replaced. We ended up locked out for two hours one day, then decided not to leave the unit our final evening out of fear we'd get locked out again. There is also just 1 key for a place that holds 5. Internet: shared with the entire community so bandwidth is so low. Impossible to send mail or browse any site. Unresponsive: The local manager never responded to our calls, nor did she stop by EVEN after we indicated we'd remain in the unit and wait for her, which we did all day. An urgent message to the host that we were locked out was returned 36 hours later.

Superbe appartement dans une copropriété bien entretenue. Tout correspond à la description. L'appartement très propre et bien équipé .Il y a meme des affaires pour aller à la plage. Nous avons eu la visite d'une personne ,qui voulait savoir si tout se passait bien: c'est appréciable de savoir que quelqu'un est disponible en cas de besoin. En conclusion:nous avons adoré notre séjour.
